    Eggplant Tofu
    Lil V.

Panda recently added Eggplant Tofu to the menu and oh my god it is delicious! I didn't see it on the drive thru menu though-- so I had to ask about it, but they did have it made fresh for me I'm assuming because it's not on the physical menu not too many know they have it? I hope they update the physical menu soon! I am always happy to have another vegetarian/vegan fast food option.

My mom and I have always preferred this location over any other location. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. We had never experienced any issues with the food and we have always liked the portion sizes. It is always clean and the people are very kind. It's usually quiet and the times we have came, it does not get packed like other locations. I always get a bigger plate with honey walnut shrimp, grilled teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken with chow mein.

1/2 of the mushroom chicken. I ate the other half. Very good, low carb, no sugar, low calorie option

I had all intentions of making dinner today but it was already after 7pm when I left the nearby Petsmart so I decided to grab Panda Express on my way home to avoid eating too late. I was happy to find a decent low carb/no sugar option. I ordered the mushroom chicken with super greens. The mushroom chicken consists of well seasoned/sauced chicken with mushrooms and zucchini. The greens consists of broccoli, kale and cabbage. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Enough to split into 2 meals so now I also have lunch for tomorrow. They also have a flavored unsweet tea that is very good. Above all the meal was a good price. Just over $10 for food and a small drink and the small drink is more regular size than small.

    Panda Express for lunch.

The store was cleaned, as was the bathroom. The food was OK. The orange chicken and beef with broccoli were good. The fried rice was cold and bland. Had no taste. The egg rolls were hot and good. I probably would go back.

I stopped here out of a whelm. I was hungry, and Panda Express was right in front of me. They have two sets of doors, but one set instructs to use the other set of doors. As I walked I noticed they have a nice patio for outside seating. Ideal for normal Spring weather. Inside is spacious with not many tables and chairs. Definitely not kid friendly. The environment, and women's restroom was clean. That's always a plus. The process of ordering, and receiving your food is fast. The staff I encountered were jolly. They have carbonated drinks, and bottled tea. I ordered a bowl of noodles, and chicken with mushrooms for $6.10- the bowl was filling; I didn't eat all of it... they have lids for their bowls to go. Very convenient. Well...my noodles didn't taste quite right; the texture was rubbery. The chicken with mushrooms had zucchini in it. The zucchini was over cooked. The chicken, and mushrooms were bland. I hear their orange chicken is supposed to be good. I'll keep that subconsciously in mind for when I pop into another Panda Express.

I got what I expected. Like grade C Chinese food. I only eat panda when I'm craving. I'm mad about the prices going up but eh im definitely satisfied as far as my expectations.

Chow mein, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken and chicken egg roll

This is what I call a guilty pleasure. When you are in a hurry but want to satisfy your asian food craving, this is the spot. Some call it fake chinese food, but I call it delicious. I'm not sure what that says about my palate, but honestly, who cares! Sad thing is that they do not have one in Pearland....yet, its coming soon though! I always go with the chow mein as my side, and atleast orange chicken as one of my entrees. I change up my second entree with different things, but usually kung pao chicken is one of my top choices. Their fried rice is decent, but their chow mein is awesome. Now the orange chicken, that stuff is addicting. I love how tender the chicken always is, but it also has that nice crispy exterior. Its sweet and a little spicy. The kung pao definitely has a slight kick to it. Its made with zucchini and peanuts which add great texture. Their chicken egg rolls are tasty as well. If you can't decide, they always let you sample the other dishes. Fake or not, I love me some Panda!

I've been coming here with family for years and even remember when this location first opened (see…read moreoriginal review from 2009). 888 Bistro has had its fair share of ups and downs and ownership changes over the years, but this was our first time back in about 2 years, so I was curious to see if anything's changed since our previous experience was not so great. We came on a Thursday night and there were only a few other cars in the parking lot. Dumpling World across the street had a fuller lot, so we were about to reconsider our choice, but decided to follow through with our original choice. Upon walking in around 7pm, there were a few other tables dining in. In case you didn't know, there are two menus here: an Americanized menu and a Chinese menu. Be sure to ask for both so that you get all the choices to select from! We ordered, the Honey Black Pepper Steak, Triple Delight Pan Fried Asian Noodles, Pork and Bamboo Shoots, and Sizzling Black Pepper Beef. The former two are on the Americanized menu and the latter two are on the Chinese menu. The Honey Black Pepper Steak has been my favorite dish here - it's deep fried pieces of beef coated in a black pepper sauce with a touch of sweetness...so good! The Pan Fried Noodles were crispy, but meat/vegetable to noodle ratio was a little off, as they could've put a good amount more of beef/chicken/shrimp on there. The Pork and Bamboo Shots and Sizzling Beef were both very tasty and hadn't changed from how I remember them. Our server was someone we recognized as having worked here for years. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but she's an expert here and knows the menu by heart. She constantly came around to check on us, and we were warmly taken care of. One thing I noticed was how adamant the staff was about watching your step as you get into and out of the booths. There are even signs on the tables and out the exit doors warning you to watch your step. Something must have happened here recently that caused them to take extra precautions (and make it known). This is a good local spot in Clear Lake that my family and I will continue to hit up for an easy dinner since there are not many Asian options in the area. The locations in Pearland and near Gulfgate are also worth trying (just know that some menu items may differ).

The interior is an old school setup and feels like an early 2000's Chinese takeout spot. The menu is all in English and mainly comprised of takeout favorites. We ordered a few dishes family style; General Tso's chicken, honey walnut shrimp, green beans, stir fried beef, eggplant etc. The dishes came with white rice. Most of the dishes taste like what you would expect, and the pricing is honestly pretty low for 2025; the portions are pretty decent as well. Not sure about authenticity either but it is Chinese American through and through. Definitely a decent spot for affordable late night dine in or takeout but don't be expecting super authentic dining or the best Chinese food you've ever eaten.

I really enjoy their hot and sour soup and beef lo mein, and I tried the chicken pad thai for the first time today and it was delicious. The pan fried dumplings were so good. They were lightly crisped, not greasy, and had a fresh homemade taste and texture. I also love their cheese puffs. My husband always gets the egg drop soup and swears their hot mustard is the best. It clears his sinuses and has him nearly in tears every time, and I love watching his face turn bright red. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are great.
