We came in close to closing time- staff was very friendly & they didn't rush us to finish eating. Wok seared steak & shrimp gets 2 thumbs up!!! read more

They served us with patience and we're professional though we hit there drive through right before closing. Thank y'all!

I was so excited to see Panda Express replacing the shut down Arby's. The place is extremely modern looking on the inside and out, it's extremely convenient with a drive thru, and their employees are very kind. This is Americanized Chinese food (similar to Taco Bell and Mexican food) so expect it to taste different. Nonetheless it's fantastic and may be my new fast food choice on Laskin. read more

I don't think I can say anything bad about Panda Express. Their food is a little more on the healthier side, which is good, and they are very generous with the portions that you get. I like to get the 2 meat option and I don't normally get the same meat every time. I like to play around with it and try different ones. They are usually very friendly and are eager to help you. The place is usually clean and we always eat there because it's normally out of our way. The staff will give you whatever condiments that you want to spice up or flavor up your food more. Their sweet tea has a nice tang to it that I enjoy, as well. I usually leave with a doggy bag because of the portions. I like this place and will keep coming here. read more

Visited for the first time today. My husband and MIL also came. I have eaten at the the food court location and was happy with my meal. The service was great, but we had a few things we would suggest improvement. The meat portions were very small, but rice helpings were great. The chow mein was dry too. I had the string bean chicken, but really wanted the black and pepper chicken. There was a 5 minute wait. I enjoyed the taste of my food. We like the atmosphere, but I think Panda should increase portion sizes on the meat entrees. Also, the food could be hotter. My chicken dish wasn't hot at all. We would try again, maybe when they have been open longer. read more

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you go inside they will let you try anything you want if you are looking for something new. The orange chicken is the best! I'm not a fan of their sides but the entrees are always yummy. read more

I placed an order online at 3:58 p.m at store #2263. There was some confusion with my online order when my daughter came to pick it up at 4:30 p.m. I called and in a series of "store manager", I was hung up on, disconnected, gave them my phone number, and was told my cell service was spotty when the store sounded so busy, that the workers had to yell to be heard. I've dealt with six phone calls to resolve my query. I was talked down to, treated rudely, and the workers at this store ruined the brand of Panda Express for my family and myself. You have lost a customer for life. read more

Brand new location- with a drive thru. I was actually going to the Arby's that used to be here. This was the first time for me eating at any Panda Express. For almost $7, I got a bowl of mostly steamed rice with some chicken and green beans on top. That's it. Food was good but waaaaaay over priced. First and last time. read more

The food was very fresh, and it had great flavor. We love the Orange Chicken. The portion size was just right. I really appreciate that this location does a great job with keeping it nice and clean. They are also friendly. I will be back. read more

Panda Express was my first job, and it used to be that you can only find it at the NEX in Norfolk in Hampton Roads. I'm glad to see Panda Express in more places now, and I think this is the first stand alone Panda I've seen in the area! The place is pretty big and because it's still newly opened, everything looks clean. Used the drivethru, and it was quick and easy to order though I wish my food came out hotter. I imagine it's because they don't want the food like orange chicken to get soggy. As a person who worked at Panda, you'd think I would've gotten tired of their food, but I will always, always order half fried rice, half chow mein with orange chicken and another entrée! Don't forget to to do the surveys on the back of your receipts, so you can get a free entrée on your next visit!!! They still do it! read more

The worst experience I've ever had... Waited over 35 min in the drive-thru line and then I get home and discover I only received ONE piece of steak in my steak and broccoli bowl. read more

The fried rice dry and burned, personal so friendly and nice. However the food so poor!!

This Panda Express location is great! I always get exceptional courteous prompt assistance when using the drive-thru window. Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Food is amazing and fresh everytime. Location is close to my work, which makes it a convenient option for lunch. read more

The food here was absolutely great and the employees were some of the best I've ever encountered in a restaurant!! Their attitudes were so positive and friendly! This will now become a regular spot for me! read more

All the food was delicious it was very good and my whole family loved it the food was great and the service was fantastic and everybody that works there is as very nice to us read more

The picture in the menu reflects beef and broccoli - RICE and broccoli with 4 medium pieces of beef and several tiny scraps of beef. What a sucky meal!!! I truly understand the concept of beef and broccoli and have on occasion even made it at home. But to include 4 pieces of beef is truly unacceptable. Remember the legendary lawsuits over a fistful of peanuts in every bar and two scoops of raisins in every box. read more

After deciding which local place (there are many around Hilltop) to buy my dinner I decided on Panda Express. After waiting some time and debating on whether or not to leave... I was finally able to ask if I could have the Lo Mein without vegetables since it is made fresh. The last time I had it at this location I barely had any noodles and basically a plate of vegetables (I do not like onions). The cook flat out said no. I then asked if I they were making more Beijing Beef because the one on display only had small pieces that looked like had been sitting out for awhile. They said it would take about 6 minutes. I said that was fine. The cook was very rude to the person serving me and proceeded to bang pans around. When my food finally came up (later than said because they got busy serving people who came after me and the drive through)I had to check it. I should have asked for my orange chicken to be put in the container because it was put in a Chinese to go box and was cold when I got home. The server thanked me for my patience. He was friendly but overall the rest of the restaurant did not make me feel welcome. I was sad I didn't even get fortune cookies(silly I know). I much sooner go to the mall food court than return to this location. read more

Did absolutely no good to order online. The couple that walked in right before got there food just before I did (just like it would have if I'd ordered in restaurant). Same amt of fried rice and two spring rolls that would have cost abt $4 at a neighborhood Chinese restaurant cost $6 here. I was disappointed in the small portions but willing to pay more for speed and ease of ordering ahead online. But it wasn't easier or quicker. read more

My second time eating Panda express in over 9 years and I was so excited to try it again from the first time at Six Flags in GA. I love the fact that this chinese inspired restaurant has a drive thru. I appreciate the fact service BUT the food was NOT what I expected. I ordered the green beans with chicken breast, honey walnut shrimp, and chow mein with a chicken egg roll. The food was nasty. Im sorry but it wasnt even hot and the chow mein was dry. I had such high hopes and even drove a little out of my way to purchase this and I was not pleased with my decision to do so after tasting the food. I gave 2 stars because of the fast service and helpful employees but the food would have gotten an one star. I wish I could have a different review but this is my honest opinion. read more

Chow mein was extremely dry! Side dishes just ok even though they were served from fresh bowls. Soooo disappointed! West coast Panda Express all of them always delicious! I was excited at this location, glad I tried it but won't be back. Very pricey and didn't enjoy it :( read more

Food is good always! Though the last time I was there the cashier had a little bit of an attitude when I asked for chopsticks. No big deal they were a bit busy I understand. I love the orange chicken with white rice! :) read more

I was really happy to find out that they opened a location with a drive thru in Virginia Beach. I got the bowl. It was delicious and the portion was perfect for me. The drive thru server was very friendly. I will be coming back! read more

fried rice is yummy and the employee vanessa stopped what she was doing in a heart beat to jump my car for me and literally saved the day.

My son LOVES the Orange Chicken and Panda express in general. He was thrilled that they finally opened a store. We go several times a month. The Drive Thru person was clear and polite. The person was polite by welcoming us to Panda express and offering to take the order. His tone of voice was pleasant. He asked questions to clarify as needed. He was polite and efficient when he collected the money. He thanked us for the order and wished us a nice evening. The order was correct and hot.. Honestly that is exactly what is sought from a drive thru. The staff is always polite and always get the order correct. My son is always happy. Thanks. read more

Put my husband on to Panda Express when we lived in NY. Was pretty excited to see they took down the Arby's to replace it with a PE. The food tasted REAL.. you know compared to "Chinese food". It was not greasy and very filling. A tad costly but you do get what you pay for. Good for those rainy weekends when you really don't feel like cooking. read more

I have been to this location several times now and each time I go I am asked if I would like to donate $1 to children's hospital. I understand this is for good cause, but if I am going to be served at a lower standard for choosing not to donate then this needs to stop. On my previous visit I was greeted with a happy, energetic voice from the cashier taking my order. Then, once I pulled up to the window that same person told me my total with the same level of enthusiasm and asked if I would like to donate $1 to children's therapy. After replying with "no, thank you," I was seemingly brushed off and after saying thank you twice when receiving my food and drink, there was no eye contact or "your welcome" from this same cashier who was so energetic and enthusiastic when taking my order 5 minutes before. Why should I receive this decreased level of customer service for choosing not to donate. If you are expecting people to donate, do not do this program. For those who say $1 is not that much, you're kind of wrong. If I went there for lunch just once every two weeks that's $26 per year that could've bought me about three more meals at panda express. Add that up for a 30 year working career there's 90 more meals I could've bought. Some people just cannot afford this. So, Panda Express, if you are going to continue with this program your employees need to learn that the word "no" is a perfectly acceptable word because some people simply may wish to keep their money. read more
