I like to come here because the food is good. However...EVERY time I go through the drive-thru the wait is 15 minutes or more. why is that? I try to go inside whenever possible just to avoid the long line. Also, in drive-thru, I have to state my SIDES first! why? because that is how they serve the line of food? I shouldn't have to be told "how to order". Tonight, I also had to repeat my order 3x, which also happens a lot here. This could be one reason why the drive-thru line is always 5 cars or more deep, and moves slowly. For fast food, this is slow food. No other drive-thru takes this long, not even Starbucks. I'm writing this from the pot praying my significant other isn't hearing any of the completely foul devilish noises coming from my bottom half. I'm generally a fan of Panda Express but it only takes one episode of total food sickness like this to leave a lasting impression. I suspect it might have been because they didn't place the lid back on the tea brewer. My husband and I bought lunch at Panda My Panda Express on Monte Vista St. Vacaville, Ca. The portions were not what you paid for and not only that but the entrees I ordered tasted like it was the leftover from yesterday. I ordered chicken with string beans, Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. The beans were soft and limp, no crunch to it at all and the fried rice was hard as if it was made from the crust of the cooked rice. Went through the drive-thru and had a horrible experience. Took me 15 minutes to get to where I could order. When I ordered I was told they were out of string beans and I had to order something else. I then ordered something else and they were out of it. When I finally got to an item they did have I then ordered a Pepsi. The guy says, "um our Pepsi is kinda watery and tastes like crap at the moment." I about died. I then ordered another drink. When pulling up to the window the guy in my picture was standing there with his pants almost to his knees. He pulled up his pants and then took my money. stood in line about 30 min, the place was a zoo. Kids were running around like it was a playground. No supervision, lack of food servers, lines out the door,and the place looked very dirty. They are closed inside but have a aign for online orders, so I see the shelf blocking the inside for these orders, mine is not there. There are none. We stopped going to this location because of the lack of customer service and the fact that they are always "out of food" 1-2 HOURS before closing. Tonight they're were out of multiple items and refused to make any of them, saying they were too close to closing time. It was 9:15pm. Passing through town and needed to get a quick lunch for my family. I went through the drive thru which was a huge mistake. I ordered 2 bowls, a bigger plate and three egg rolls. I got all the way home to find that items were missing from the bigger plate. I was missing an entire entree and received double orange chicken instead of orange chicken and broccoli beef.
