Who is running this place? I've never seen so many workers in there at one time and somehow it was chaos. The line was full with everything, 4 cooks making more food, so why is it taking so long? they gave my my food and then told my friend and i to wait because the chicken wasn't done which is fine...except we ordered the same thing. They gave me the old chicken then made us wait over 15 minutes for my friends food. Now my food is cold and soggy. I asked for a remake and they said yes, then told me I couldn't get my plate remade and I could only get the entrees. Better than nothing, as the rice could still be eaten. When I got home, the sweet fire chicken was great and I could tell it was freshly made. My orange chicken was horrific and inedible. It was so squishy I thought I was going to throw up. Holy moly, worst experience ever. Ordered door dash, took over 35 minutes, to only have a messed up order and end up having to go to the store itself. Literally took another 30 minutes to try and get my order right!! Manager wasn't present at first, the line was a total wreck!!! Nothing but a bunch of teenagers and they were lost!!!! read more

Ate here for the 1st time. Great selection of food and really great portions! The price made it all the better. 2 people with 2 plates and a drink, under $25. Absolutely amazing! The look was rather basic, but clean. The food was delicious. I will definitely be coming here more often for these prices and quality! read more

They need to change there name to just panda because there is nothing fast about this place. Showed up at 735 pm and they said kitchen was shut down and would take 1/2 house our more to make basic menu item. They were to be open until 8.30; but already shut kitchen down. Avoid this location. Went at 5pm and saw a sign on the door that said closed inside until 4pm. Approached the counter and waited 3 minutes without someone even acknowledging me. Staff talked amongst themselves and exchanged jokes and profanities. I asked if they were open and someone could help us and they told me they were busy. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Waited another two minutes and then left. As I was exiting a staff member told me to "come back after 6pm" while laughing. I would review the food, but the staff refused to serve me. Was I just denied service due to my race and age I thought to myself... It's unfortunate that these things happen. Convenient location, clean place and friendly staff. I like the Pepper Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki. You can sample the entrees if you like to before ordering . Super spicy chili sauce is my favorite sauce. They also have beef, shrimp and vegetarian entrees. Food is cold sometimes but overall it's ok for a Chinese fast food place. read more

This place does a crazy amount of business. Food is good and hot for a serving line Chinese restaurant. The Beijing beef is one of my favorites. Down side is the amount you get depends on who plates your order and the "spicy" is not very spicy. I understand it's not made to order, but the spice level is below where I would expect it to be for the spicy dishes. The value is also not really avoid deal. A two entree dinner with a side of crab rangoon and a side of chow mein you're going to spend about $15. I can go to a nice sit down restaurant for less then that. read more

I was very disappointed with my order today. I ordered the Black Angus Pepper Steak with steamed white rice, the plate size so i could have some for later. There was 2x more rice than entrée, only a little bit if pepper steak, the rice was dry, and didn't realize i had to request soy sauce, so it was very dry. Will not be returning! read more

I appreciate the Panda Express stand on using face masks! They have a posting on their door that insists that customers must be masked to enter and their indoor tables are taped to ensure social distance. All service and prep staff were masked and wore them appropriately. This 70 year old diabetic with Afib felt pretty safe picking up my order. Dining room closed, waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars in front of us, got to the window, 15 minutes for orange chicken, 20-30 minutes for teriyaki chicken, obviously understaffed . If you pay people you wont have staffing issues. If they dont have food cooked and cant even keep up with popular dishes in the drive through how can they possibly have time to clean. The food was delicious, I love Panda Express. However the service was subpar. I came in with a group of 4 and we all ordered the walnut shrimp. So we used up all the shrimp and they said they bring the last 2 orders out to our table when they were finished cooking. Well the shrimp came out and they continued to serve other customers before bringing us our shrimp. I think because I've already paid, I should get my shrimp first before a customer that just walked in. They never brought it to our table. I had to go stand at the counter and she finally gave the shrimp that we'd waited 10 minutes for. read more
