I had difficulty ordering a catering order online or on the app so I went into the store. The assistant manager was very helpful. I was able to order 40 bags of potato chips for Catering event on Monday at our church. They were very helpful. the chips will be good. I'm sure and the dining room was great very busy but they were moving people fast through the dining room. The dining room was very clean and welcoming. Even though several of the staff on duty seem to be former students who were always top notch in school, they aren't putting on a show. They are genuinely nice employees. I came through the drive thru and while pulling up one of the employees who was blonde, had refused to take our order as soon as we pulled up into the line. After that, we then were asked if we washed our hair I don't know how that matters. While taking our order when i tried to call and report the matter to a manager no one answered. hire better employees read more

I never been to this one, and I'm disappointed along with my boyfriend, but my order was wrong I ordered a cobb salad, grill chicken as my option , with ranch, simple , my boyfriend orders his meal. We go sit down and I noticed as I open my cobb salad they threw my grill chicken on top not cut up, whole right on my salad, every salad I have ever ordered or prepared myself working in the restraunt business or at home has been but in strips or cubes, I say fine I will deal with it I cut it up, then realize didn't get my salad dressing I look at my boyfriend I said to him I'm sorry but I'm upset, told him I will be back I'm going to go get my dressing, this was the kicker, mind u me and my boyfriend was very nice to all staff, not rude,or hateful, because one we both worked in the food industry , so we dealt with hard ass, down right rude, unfriendly, u can greet them with a smile and say nice things to them and u ruined their day by being nice to them. I getr it, I worked in food and retai most my adult life, seen my fair share of asshats, but what I have never done was not acknowledge someone standing right in front of u patiently waiting, although fraustered in my head and made it clear to my boyfriend I was fraustered, I stood at the side counter where u can get refills and what not and that employee did not acknowledge me, say hello can I help u?or give me one moment as I finish this drawer. Or say let me call over someone that can help while I'm doing this at the moment, wouldn't look at me ignored me to the fullest, I waited almost 10 min at that counter for my dressing, finally walked away, went to sit with my boyfriend I'm peed at this point, he saw the whole thing our table was right there in view of side counter. In the mean time he is done with his meal, I said did u eat already he said yes, sorry don't blame him he wants to eat it while it's warm but was hoping to be able to enjoy our lunch together, nope I look at him I try to take a few bites with no dressing on salad, dry and what do I noticed they put corn in my cobb salad, that is meant for a southwestern salad, and the peppers in the little bag for the spicy southwestern, I look at him I said since when does those two go into a cobb salad, I think what happen is they messed up a salad earlier a customer didn't order that was southwestern so it sat and instead of making my cobb they thought I wouldn't notice if a bunch of lettuce hid it and we will throw the whole grill chicken on it not cut up, I look at my boyfriend I said since u are done and I'm upset I'm getting my dressing and I will just take my meal with me, I go to front side of counter and one young girl noticed me and ask if I needed help, told her I never received my dressing she apologized I said thank u and we left. My boyfriend said his chicken sandwich and fries were not great, he informes me it was dried out and fries cold but it's food. I don't care about my food being wrong what I care about is treating the customer with respect, if I'm giving u please and thank u, and a smile, and being nice and polite and acknowledge u as an employee and a human being,, I expect the same along with others, I was taught working most my teen to being an much older adult now, customers are number one, but in this day and age I believe some things not always, I was taught to greet, and acknlowdge my customers and with a smile on my face, and ask if u found everything, and at the end u look them in the eye and say u have a great day, thank u, but I don't see any of this hardly anywhere, it's sad, truly, I get it we have bad days, but u don't do things to a customer that showed u respect and kindness even after my order was all messed up. There be times I asked my bosses that I needed a time out and cried it out in the back room or yelled it out in a freezer in the restraunt no one can hear u and it's great release. I have never been to this Chick-fil-A before. It looks as if it's pretty new. The building looks beautiful and very clean. There is a line in the drive-through as usual, but it is moving quickly. Just going through the drive-through today to grab some thing on the way to an event at Indiana State University. The person that greeted us in the drive-through to take our order was a very friendly young man who had a nice conversation with us and was always polite as they typically are at Chick-fil-A. The person at the window also was very welcoming. Got us our food quickly. I got chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Both were cooked well and came out hot. I would certainly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone in the Terre Haute area. read more

Chick-fil-A is consistently good - no matter which location you stop at. We were traveling between St Louis and Columbus on I-70 when we got hungry for lunch. Saw a roadside sign for a Chick-fil-A at the next exit. We stopped, knowing what to expect. There were two lines for ordering and both had a fair number of cars in line - BUT - the lines move very fast and the service is very prompt. I love Chick-fil-A but this one on my particular visit was a let down. Crossed over the very busy road after passing several other fast food places because I like Chick-fil-A. BUT, they were out of paper towels in the Men's room, the Sprite was flat and the fries were not cooked long enough. The spicy chicken sandwich was really good though. This place is good. The staff are friendly and the place is usually clean pretty clean. The only reason for four stars is a lot of times my fries are cold and soggy when they should be fresh. They sometimes also forget to put sauces in the bag which irritates me because I need sauce for my chicken. read more

So we finally get a CFA near us and so far, not so good. The first time we tried the new Schererville location was around grand opening. The drive-thru lines were backed up all the way to 41 so we opted to order online and pick it up. Wait wasn't terrible, but the food was. We both got chicken sandwich meals and both were cold with cold soggy fries. This may be the first bad experience I've ever had with CFA, and I've tried locations in over 13 different states. We gave them another chance last night and the food was much better. However, CFA needs to figure out their drive-thru logistics. People towards the middle and end of the lines were getting their food before the people at the front of line, which led to people sitting in their cars with their food, waiting for people in the front of the line to get their food. We were probably in the drive-thru over half an hour. Fortunately, we received our food when when we were at the head of the line, but there were a lot of people behind us who had already received their order. Sorry! Blame MGMT. This location is super busy. And in true Chick-fil-A fashion, they were able to move people quickly. The only downfall of this location is the way the drive-through is set up. If it's backed up, you can't get through the parking lot unless you're lucky enough to find an open space to drive through. It makes it super congested and hard to get through. It can't get any better than this for a fast food place. Exclusively chicken!!!! Food is fresh, people are nice and polite. Service is prompt. They even bring your food to the table and help with drink refills. My favorite are the waffle fries and Spice chicken sandwich. They have good sauce variety. Chick-fil-A caters to my place of employment and they've always done a great job there, but I went through the drive-thru during the pandemic last summer and the line went out in the street, I thought I was going to be there all night, but they really had their s**t together and it didn't take long at all, and on top of the quick service my food was all correct and tasted great, something that McDonalds struggles to do when there are only a few cars in line. Wife and I have tried on multiple instances to get into this place. On each occasion the place was too crowded. Today we attempted an early lunch, and it wasn't too busy. Had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal. Very tasty. Wife had the chicken strips, and had nothing bad to say of it. Place is clean and well kept. Condiments were fully stocked and of ample supply. One thing worth mentioning in our visit today was the upbeat and pleasant disposition of the workforce. This makes for a positive experience. I have been here several times. The food is always good and the service is even better. The crew there is always polite and actually act like they are glad you are there. I have never received bad food or bad service at any time and I recommend this nice clean place to all.
