Solid 4.5! Dropped by for a quick lunch with a coworker on a weekday, and the place was busy. There was damage to a couple of the windows in the front, and they were boarded up, however, it was tastefully done and evident that repairs were being made. As soon as we entered, the manager greeted us and asked if we had been at Qdoba before. Fortunately we both had, and we were able to order and pay quickly and the line employees were friendly and efficient. I appreciate that the bowls they use are compostable. Every little bit helps Mother Earth! We found a table quickly despite several not yet wiped clean, but as we were eating, the manager made his rounds and was wiping them off. He checked on us and was kind enough to throw our bowls away. I really appreciated his commitment to great service. It was a good experience and a quick, healthy lunch. If you want to order shrimp as you protein, don't go to this location, as there is no shrimp available. When asked why, we were told this franchisee is allergic to shrimp so it cannot be sold here. We were traveling through and had a family member who does not eat meat but gets shrimp at every other Qdoba we have been to. She ended up getting cheese & veggie quesadilla, since this chain does not have another alternative like Sofritas at its competitor that does not have a location in Terre Haute. read more

This place is decent. The food is good and fresh. Typical establishment run by high schoolers. Whenever I place a mobile order it is always wrong, meaning I'm always missing a topping I paid to get. Ordered from uber eats from this location about an hour ago. This meal is unacceptable! I paid for double meat and got hardly any meat at all! There is more tortilla crisps and beans then meat in this bowl. And this meat is not meat that you get when you go into the store! I wanted to make sure I took some time out of my day to show this whole staff some appreciation. I travel to the Terre Haute area frequently for work, usually for a week at a time. I am also a competitive bodybuilder and as a result both measure out and prep my meals. When traveling, this can be frustrating. The team at this location made sure I had everything I needed covered for my entire stay, allowing me to easily purchase rice, chicken, and steak in bulk; further allowing me to stick to my meal plan. I went here for lunch one day with a group of guys from work. Never having been there, I was curious about what they had to offer. I instantly recognized the similarity with Chipotle, with whom I'm a huge fan. It resembles their layout and theme. They have several burrito/fajita/bowl combinations with a garden of items to add to your taste. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It was good but way too spicy! I would have understood if I'd ordered that way, but I clearly didn't. It was as if someone dumped hot sauce on it. I like a little kick of flavor but this made me sweat! One of my buddies thought his was too hot as well. The Coke Freestyle machine is always cool. Prices seemed reasonable. The place was clean and well staffed. Moderate traffic during midweek lunch hour. I'd like to go back since we don't have a Chipotle around, yet I'm cautious about the on-fire-chicken-in-a-bowl. I believe this Qdoba location just recently opened, but the staff was not trained very well and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I ordered a queso burrito, which is almost a dollar more than the regular burrito. It is supposed to have poblano peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, and queso sauce, but they did not have any poblano peppers, jalapenos or tomatoes. The first girl I spoke to put up a big fit when I didn't want to be charged for the premium price for just the queso sauce. Finally, I was able to negotiate down to the regular burrito price with the cashier. As for the burrito itself, it was not put together very well. They just heated up the wrap part and it fell apart very quickly. The staff made it took thick and did not roll it properly. They barely put any cheese on and their hot sauce is not hot at all. Hopefully, this location can get its act together. If they do, I will certainly come back. read more

Qdoba is Chipotle on steroids. I'm a fan of the spicy queso. They also do the craft two even though I don't see it on the menu anymore. I usually get some chicken or steak nachos and a quesadilla. They have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine so you have 100+ soda flavors to choose from. Overall the quality choices make this place a favorite. read more

I still prefer chipotle as a company by and large. Local food is more important than a few extra options and vegetables on the menu. I do think qdoba has improved in flavor over the years. That being said, this location is amazing. Very friendly staff, always clean, and about the best quick dinner(most options don't fill you up like burritos do) between Cincinnati and St. Louis. I would like to start by stating that I have been to all three kinds of restaurants like this (Chipotle, Moe's, Qdoba) and this location left me with a smile just as I had come to expect. I believe the gentleman (Mark) is wrong. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a veggie queso burrito and it was very good. The peppers and tomatoes are in the sauce. They were chopped up very fine and are IN FACT in the sauce. I just hated to see such a good establishment get such a slanderous review from someone who did not know or did not ask about such "problems". I ordered a fajita burrito, it was prepared in front of me, but when I sat down to eat it in the restaurant, it was cold. The peppers and onions, were heated in a skillet and added fresh, but were not cooked through. Tables were left dirty, and I watched a customer go up to the counter to ask for a rag to wipe down the table, they handed her a rag, and let her do it herself. I visited on a Saturday around 2pm, they were not busy, only about 6 customers, there were at least 4 people working. This is a relatively new restaurant, only a few months open. It is either very poorly managed, or still going through opening pains. Either way, servers are poorly trained, and lack service attitude, place was not clean, food was improperly prepared, time for upper level qdoba people to re evaluate this restaurant. read more

We are frequent customers of this Qdoba. The staff are always friendly. The owner (Andrew) is wonderful.

Highly Americanized Cali-Mex style chain restaurant food that somewhat resembles actual Mexican food. Highly overrated like Moe's and Chipotle, though Chipotle is not as bad as the other two. The "habanero" salsa is not spicy at all, and not very flavorful. The cheese dip tastes like Tostino's white cheese dip from a jar. If you're looking for a similarly style burrito Chava's is much better. If you're looking for Mexican food in general any of the other Mexican restaurants in town are much better and give you a lot more for the money. read more

We ate here on our way to Pennsylvania from Kansas and again on our way home. Both times the food was good, the people were friendly and we enjoyed our meal. Mark, give it a try again. If I remember that location had just opened when you visited, so cut them some slack. Every time we go back home, we go to Qboba. This place is always clean, food fresh and friendly staff. We've visited each time we are back there and we couldn't have a better experience.
