It was not good the day I went. The rice was not cooked throughly and the food was tasteless.

I've gone here several times. Every single time it's been sub-par service. Or slow. This last time we were missing several entrees, and the cashier told us they didn't have something *AFTER* we had paid for it. I made this Yelp account specifically for this place. I went through the drive thru last night. My order was placed at 722pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 2 people inside. I was asked to pull forward at my food would take 7 minutes. 30 MINUTES later someone came outside and asked what I was waiting for because they had lost my ticket. She assured me she would be right out with my food. 7 minutes later I took my receipt and headed inside. The food I had been waiting for was being served to other customers. No manager in duty. They had to call one to be walked thru refunding money. Very polite but horrible service EVERY time I am there. 45 minutes later I was able to return to work. This has happened multiple but this will be the last time I visit this place! read more

Obviously this is a chain restaurant and each location varies, but we've never had a good experience at this location. Today we used the online ordering tool to take advantage of the coupon. After struggling with glitches on the app For about twenty minutes we'd made our order. I went to the cash register and asked if when they prepared our order they could put them on plates instead of To-go boxes; I'd say this was a reasonable request. The girl working at the counter said "I guess" and ran over and quickly made my plate. I got 4 pieces of chicken per entree when usually they pile it high, and it was old and saturated in sauce (this is how it is typically served at this location). She handed me my tray without a word. My companion had a better transaction but was disappointed that they had discontinued the Sweet and Sour chicken. I guess we will probably go back because we love their take on Chinese, but really wish this location would step it up. read more

I keep trying to give Panda Express a try but more time then not the food is poor quality and tastes old. Customer service is lacking as well. It just feels like they dont take any pride in their jobs. I highly doubt I will be back. This wasn't the first time they let me down but it will be the last! read more

the best chinese-american food around. keep in mind this is coming from a basic white boy that orders orange chicken & chow mein every time.

Ordered mushroom chicken in the drive thru. Tried to add broccoli. Told cant add broccoli. I asked if they serve beef and broccoli. they said yes/ I said ok just add some and charge me for it. they said no. I said ok. Was told to pull aside and they would bring it out. I asked how long? they said 5-10 min. I pulled aside. After 20 minutes, I went inside. One other person in drive-thru and they gave up and left. 3 people eating inside. Asked about my order. they handed it to me (ice cold) and when I asked how long it had been there I was told about 15 min. Incredulous! Too lazy to walk 20 steps (like they said they would) to bring my order out. NO business! NO orders! Just lazy! Never go there! Big mistake. When asked I was told by mgr to just be glad I was in the drive-thru. Walk-in customers must wait behind ALL drive-thrus, and if you are there to pickup...or doordash, you are at the back of the line. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. Such a bad attitude at the menu board. Constantly "will that complete your order" and with attitude saying "will that be all??" Like..... hello you work in the food business you can't be mad at people for ordering. Get a new job! I work in fast food and yes it gets frustrating but literally every time I come through they are so rude. read more

Not very good. The food here taste like the frozen Chinese you can buy a grocery store. Prices are a little high but it is a clean restaurant. Move along there is nothing to see here. read more

This is the first Panda Express I have ever visited. The quality is not the best but it is yummy! I forgot who was serving us, but this guy was one of the nicest people I have encountered in fast food. They'll let you sample something if you're iffy if you want to order it. It seems like this Panda is pretty new since there are a lot modern decorations and the ambience is great. read more

I had not been here in a long time. Now I remember why. I do not normally write negative things, but my food was not good. One young lady was polite and helpful and one was rude. Crab tangoons were burned and the veggies were almost raw. Very disappointing. Will not ever be back. read more

The food is just fine. About what you'd expect. They seem to cater to drive thru, often ignoring the people standing in side. There isn't much seating. I've had some nice meals here. However today I walked out, along with a few others because we were totally ignored for quite some time. After a couple minutes a started counting. This place was good when it opened. Their standards have dropped and the last 5 times we have decided to give them another chance we get told "8-10 minute wait" for the one thing I go there for. Last week they didn't have orange chicken. I do believe this is their prized dish, how do they not have it. I am disappointed and after many times have decided to never waste my time with this place again. Management has been notified and still nothing changes. Forty-five minutes before closing.....seems the staff are ready to go. The sweet fire chicken which the cook was making was still luke warm when received. The egg rolls were burnt on the outside but raw on the inside. The staff are too busy putting up the chairs onto the tables to notice. With 30 minutes still to close and customers inside the only place to sit is a booth as EVERY chair is already up. Won't stop by here again. read more

Valparaiso, Ind Panda is really good! Love their food and the service here is great! My hubby and I ate here a couple weeks ago and we had a fantastic meal. Plus, the servers and manager were so courteous and nice. Actually, the guy running the buffet personally came to our table and asked how our food was, which was excellent! The food and service here is top notch. Although, the drive thru is not so good. We have used it in the past and waited a long time, then when we got home our order was wrong. My husband went in for the first time last nite they did not give us everything we ordered and when my husband placed the order the young man at the counter kept saying ok no problem on things he was ordering and when we got it it was not what we ordered we wanted lomein and got chow mein wanted chicken fried rice and got regular fried rice and was not told they did not have what we wanted until I called back up and talked to a manager. Forgot half of our order through drive through. When we turned around to get it we have now been waiting 20 minutes (and still waiting) to get rest of order. We also ate what we got waiting in the drive through. Needs to be a better system here for when they screw up in the drive through. read more

The noodles were hard in places and the meat was gross. I love Chinese food but this was hard to even eat. A waste of money and time. Just go to a China buffet, pay less and get more. Worst birthday meal ever. My boyfriend who LOVES Chinese food couldn't even eat it. read more

The drive thru associate was very friendly and professional (receipt says Ashley O but I don't remember if that was her name). She was patient as I ordered (couldn't make up my mind). Notified me when I was ordering a spicy item made with peanuts. An item ended up being out and she was very sweet about not notifying me upon ordering. We loved Panda Express when it first came to town. There was a bit though where the food went downhill. Not to the point we didnt go but to the point where we werent excited about it when that's what the kids chose. Last night we went in again. The food was great. The lady who took care of us, wish I would have gotten her name, was extremely courteous and made sure all of our selections were fresh and big portions. Worst service. Ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The clerk in the drive-thru dropped the money out the window so I had to back up to retrieve it. When I got home, the sack with the order had some sort of beef/mushrooms/noodles with about half a cup of liquid spilled in the bag; NOT what I ordered or on the receipt. I called Panda Express and it rang 20 times. Later I called again and it was 15 times before someone answered. Surly person claiming to be manager. No remedy unless I would bring order back then. I refused to drive the 15 minutes back to Panda Express and then 15 minutes back home when I wasted the 30 minute round trip initially to get the mess they served. I tried Panda Express website to submit feedback; their online form claims to accept 400 word comment but refuses more than about 100 words so the corporate headquarters has as many problems as the local store. I would not recommend this location or company unless you enjoy aggravation and poor service. read more

I usually don't like Chinese food, but I enjoy the Orange Chicken and the Kung Pao Chicken. Portions are good and service is way fast.
