There isn't anything really wrong with the Arbys by the mall but its a 3 for average and this is a 5 for great. My order is always correct here, which really stands out because I order my items without tartar sauce or mayo. I don't have to wait forever for those edits and they get it right every time. The food is consistently hot, the drive-thru staff are friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. If you download the app, they also send some really good specials and deals, which makes it faster and even better. It's rare to find a fast-food place this reliable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.

The restaurant was open for dine in. It is a smaller restaurant and was not very busy. We arrived at about 11am. and we were their first customer's. I order the Pizza Sub and French Fries and he got the Ruben and fries. The Pizza Sub was loaded with toppings and had a very good taste. The bread was fresh and so were the other toppings. (See the Picture) My rating on the sandwich would be 80. Their French Fries are fresh cut which I love. They were seasoned well and cook to the right crispness. My rating on the French Fries would be 77. (See picture of the French Fries) I asked my friend to rate the Ruben Sandwich and he said he would give it an 84. (See picture of the Ruben) My overview of this restaurant is that the prices are on the high side but the quality is on the high side as well. This restaurant is in the same category as a subway restaurant but is noticeable better. For one the sandwiches have lots of meat and toppings and they are a higher quality. As soon as we entered, the manager greeted us and asked if we had been at Qdoba before. Fortunately we both had, and we were able to order and pay quickly and the line employees were friendly and efficient. I appreciate that the bowls they use are compostable. Every little bit helps Mother Earth! We found a table quickly despite several not yet wiped clean, but as we were eating, the manager made his rounds and was wiping them off. He checked on us and was kind enough to throw our bowls away. I really appreciated his commitment to great service. It was a good experience and a quick, healthy lunch.
