I've never seen the place full, though; not even on a weekend evening. It's on the right side of 3rd street just before Texas Roadhouse, so for left turns, getting in and out can be a pain. But no more so than Roadhouse or any other place on that side of 3rd. Granted, the food is the same Mexican food that you get at any Mexican place. We have all realized, I think, that they all use the same vendors. But it's still good. The drinks are good, too - and actually have alcohol in them, and look like the pictures on the menu! I've never seen the place dirty, either. The restrooms are fine, could use a paint job. My only complaint with them is that it's dark inside. Spend some money on light bulbs. It's not romantic or trendy. It's dark, and you can't see. It's possible (even probable) that you're going to have a bad experience anywhere you go, and I have to wonder if this place established itself as "not good" some time ago? For those that have had a one-time bad go there, I'd recommend giving them another chance. It certainly beats having to have a reservation just to get in at one of these overrated steak houses.

I know this was a delivery and I have to make concessions for some saturation making the chips not as crunchy, but even the chips they gave me on the side were very thin and oily and would never hold up in a nacho setting. The meat (carnitas) was very dry and stringy. The guacamole lacked seasoning as did the rice and beans. And, the salsa had a pulled-from-the-refrigerator flavor. I maybe ate a third of the nachos and then tossed those out as well. I did not eat any of the chips and salsa after the initial taste. I was really bummed as I had hoped for a good meal, but I won't be trying this restaurant again and will try others next time I am in town.

Another corner had a college age couple enjoying conversation whilst nibbling their food. There was a clean cut family of 6 on some tables. A fellow walked in wearing a muscle shirt of some sort. Another customer appeared like a weary Fed Ex driver getting Carryout. My Red (for Ed) sweatshirt kinda stood out.
