I like Panda Express for what it is; American style Chinese food at a reasonable price. The food at this location is good when they have it, but they always seem to be out of something. Also, many of the rank and file staff treat the customers as though they are a bother and not the reason they have a job and managers are rarely in sight. With a bit more managerial oversight, these problems could be corrected and this could be a much more pleasant place to eat. read more

What's the point of using their reward program when it never gets done right. I think the confusion came from when I used my rewards and added an extra box of food. I get lunch here once a week. Same thing every time. Bowl of fried rice with orange chicken. The last few times I've been here, the food has been borderline trash. The rice is dried up and chunky and the orange chicken is overcooked and almost tasteless. Just isn't good anymore. The female employee at the drive thru was rude as well. This Panda Express excels at customer service. Every time I come here the workers are sweet and respectful. It's also got a pretty fast drive through as well, so it's one of the places I go to regularly. I recommend just getting a bowl. It's cheaper than the plate and it's enough to fill me. I've always been a fan of their orange chicken. YUM! What a great addition to the slim pickin's of Statesboro cuisine. Went in here recently with a coupon from their opening promotion and tried a little bit of this and that. Aside from the orange chicken, the beef and broccoli was probably my favorite, with LOTS of fresh broccoli that wasn't too overcooked (I hate when that happens). The green bean and chicken dish was pretty good, too. I wasn't a big fan of the chicken, but the sauce in it was pretty tasty. My suggestion is to go inside because the drive through lines are pretty redic. I went in because they were wrapped around the building and the workers were offering samples of things to try before deciding on an entree. They were out of a few dishes, but it looked like the cooks were working on them while I was in there. I view that as a good sign because you know the food isnt just sitting there for hours in a warmer. read more

I've been there twice in the past week, both times, I will be honest the food was absolutely awful. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and try it again with no luck. The beef and broccoli was cold and was for sure old and the broccoli was practically mush in the bowl. The noodles were sitting in a bowl full of oil, so much I couldn't eat it. My partner said their grilled chicken was cold and only enjoyed their rice. Food is always good, I have yet to have a problem with it. My main issue with this Panda is that almost every time I go to eat there, they are out of many choices. I'll go 30 mins after open, and they still don't have things ready. My choice is to wait on the drive-thru or pick something else. Very good place to get cheap Chinese without it actually tasting like cheap Chinese. They have an open kitchen so you can watch them make all the food. They use fresh ingredients for all of their items which makes a big difference. read more

First this trip here was a total disaster. Line person picked up my husbands plate, she was told Mushroom Chicken, she put down his plate and puts it on mine. Which meant they had to replate mine. They used the last of the Mushroom Chicken . Waited7-10 minutes to tell the cooks they needed more. I asked to speak to manager only to be told, " we don't have one".
