Benji's rating: (3/5), It's ok, but not the best. I eat here a lot, mostly because of the location. I tried a Bic Mac for the first time a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. They get my order right most of the time, and are fast enough that I don't mind waiting in the line. I have had a couple of bad experiences though. One day I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal, but only got the normal sandwich, despite being charged for the deluxe. And on another day I waited for over 5 min at the order station (or whatever it's called) before someone finally answered to take my order. I know 5 min isn't a lot, but watching the other lane go through 5 different people while you're stuck waiting to be acknowledged is frustrating. But overall, it's a decent restaurant. read more

McDonald's - Big Mac Meal - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Statesboro, Georgia

terrible service. wouldn't let us do more than 2 orders even though they had the dinning room closed. It was only 930PM. The gentleman who took our order wasn't listening to what we were ordering and would speak back rudely. When we got our food the gentleman took my friends phone off the phone charger when she was doing Apple Pay. The fries were cold and unsalted. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you do not want to work then don't get a job. read more

Sat in the drive-thru for 20-minutes, ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with a Coke (Easy) and was asked to pull forward and wait. i waited another 10-minutes while seven cars behind me received their food, and was then rewarded with a cold hamburger and really cold fries. I would avoid and pick another fast food chain. read more

I haven't ate here before but I don't like it just by the cover photo I seen on this mc Donald's

The store itself is honestly not that bad I think other than the teenagers in there playing it's fine wait time is kinda bad but it's fine... one employee called my boyfriend baby read more

The people who work a this restaurant are actually the rudest people I've ever encountered with. Not quite sure who the manager is, but they should maybe look into hiring nicer staff. read more

Horrible; cant even explain; there frozen drinks not working; I know from facts they are to lazy to clean the machines; do better pls

this place is FILTHY let me tell you this is my first time attending to this McDonald's. My very first time and something horrible like this happens to me the first time I went in. I went in to tell them that my fries were cold, and then I waited in my car and they bring me the fries along with my big Mac burger, when I checked the bag in the car, the fries were hot and I checked my burger and then I went into my home and I checked the food and there HAIR IN MY BURGER i noticed the hair because when u bit into into it went between my teeth i immediately threw up i have a very weak stomach read more

McDonald's - HAIR IN MY BURGER i immediately threw up how could someone do something so nasty to me ?!????? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Statesboro, Georgia

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They took my order 4 or 5 times and still managed to get it wrong. Tried to once again get what I requested and the very disgruntled worker told me "You are just going to have to come inside!!". I declined that kind offer. The food I managed to receive was not fresh. At 8 in the morning??? Was it cooked last night. Luckily I know which one to avoid in the future. read more

Absolutely the rudest employees i've ever encountered while paying for food. The manager needs to do better.

I give this restaurant zero stars. I put one because it won't let me not put anything. After buying food there several times I want to state that the food is horrible and it's the most unorganized and unconcerned workers I have ever seen. I will never go back. read more

The employees that work here really need a lesson on customer service on how to be respectful and kind to customers. Instead of acting like they hate their life and their job and being disrespectful and rude with the tone of voice and with how they speak to customers. Every time I come the wait is so long and the food I order is 95% of the time not made correctly or something is left out of the bag. The store doesn't look like it is cleaned regularly and this just speaks to the volume of pride the employees have in their work which provides a disgusting and aggressive atmosphere. read more

We ordered food and when we got it it only had mustard and tasted like it has been under a heat lamp for a day. would not go there again.

Normally this is our go to McDonald's. There are two in town. Last two visits were awful!!!! Won't be going again. Burgers cold and burnt. Buns hard. read more

I went here tonight and the dining room was closed way before the restaurant closed. They also had one of the drive thru windows closed making the line long. I waited in the line for 30 minutes just for them to be out of nuggets with no apology. I was so annoyed I went elsewhere read more

If I could give 0 stars I would , how y'all don't have any drinks except fountain drinks and done cut the oven supposedly so no baked sweets are available but y'all open 24/7. It don't make sense why y'all open 24/7 but don't wanna make anything out of laziness. Do not go to this McDonald's I just left and went to the other one on north side drive and they literally have everything that this McDonald's said they didn't have and they're oven works and they can make my cookies I wanted . this McDonald's have workers that lie and simply don't want to do anything . read more

The McDonald's at 810 Archway Dr, Statesboro, GA has got to be the worst there is. I witnessed employees horse playing during lunch rush and they even ran through the prep area, cashier's area like they were running from each other all while foul language was being exchanged. Apparently, this location needs lots of supervision. Someone could have gotten really hurt if they had fallen in such a small and busy area. I normally go to the drive thru and the service seems faster but decided to go inside since the drive thru was backed up and now I know why. This happened on Tuesday, August 22nd between 11:56AM and 12:15PM. My order number was 202. I will be calling the Manager to report this as well along with filling out my survey. The only person that was doing their job or trying to by avoiding all of the stuff going on around her was the cashier. I do not see her name on my receipt but it says KS#2 Side2 if that means anything. read more

I placed a mobile order, paid for it at 11:50PM. The app stated that the store was open 24 hours. I pull up at 11:59pm there are cones blocking both drive ways, I pull up to the window the guy tells me they're closed with no explanation. He told me to get a refund thru the app, which there isn't an option to do so. So I'm out of my money and no food for my daughter. I hate it here. I'm really annoyed about my experience with this location. It seems as if the managers can close up a restaurant whenever they want. That's not fair. read more

This McDonald's is terrible I've been here 3 times and each time something has gone wrong. 1. They didn't have fries, how do you run out of fries at McDonald's? 2. They didn't have sprite or sweet tea 3. They only took cash no card read more

"Sorry about your wait but I don't have enough employees to make anymore orders tonight".

It's not open 24 hours a day, don't believe them, I was in line, just got off work, trying to get some nice hot food, and they closed while I was two cars away from ordering. Total crap! This was at 12! read more

Can this McDonalds get any worse? You place a mobile order and after checking in and waiting 20 min. We were the told to get In the drive thru line that was backed up! Why use curbside then....dont bother calling owner or McDonalds Corp, then just feed you a big hole line of crap...shame in this college town....actually less then 1 star read more

Just wanted outside 45 minutes at the location in Statesboro by Panda Express for 2 quarter pounder This place was a total and complete JOKE !!!! 8 dollar meals , didn't put fries or give my 13 year old his drinks. My husband had to go in and ask for my sons fries .... read more

I had to wait to get my food in a parking spot which was no big deal but then they forgot all the sauces I asked for at the window so they had to go back inside to get them. My fries are so undercooked they literally are soggy. Neither of the McDonald's in statesboro are good what so ever. read more

Literally the worst customer service ever. Everyone acts miserable and they go out there way to be rude it's like they were never trained to interact with customers or just people in general. and whatever you do DONT go here at night time they're even more rude and frustrated and it's almost unbelievable. They will close lobby ridiculously early like once i went around 9:30 and i went in and they said it was closed. despite online it saying they are open 24/7. This place needs new management or new employees in not sure what it is. This is not a review written after just one experience either, i've gone multiple times and given this location multiple chances and they're always the rudest and most impolite, like the most stereotypical fast food worker. read more

ThIs McDonald's has always helped me when I don't have a lot. The workers are polite and are always sure to welcome me as I walk into the door. I come here to have a quick convienent spot to stop and enjoy a welcoming environment. Always a great spot to go read more

Slowest McDonalds in town. Hands down. Every time I go here I'm waiting over 20 minutes for my food. And that's the drivethrough

Terrible place to go. Bad service and attitudes at night. I have to ask someone to take my order and the have to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes to get it. I sincerely hate the service here. read more

Order food in Drive-thru. Got sent to a reserved parking spot to wait while our food was being made. Waited 20 minutes to get food. I had to go and obtain the food from inside. I found out they gave our order to the car next to us, and had to remake it all. Managers were just standing around talking about a barbershop. They had a lot of employees on deck working, I don't understand why we had to wait, maybe for the good, I don't know. read more

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for my small caramel iced coffee. They were shouting back there that no one knew how to make it. After getting tired of waiting sitting down, I got up and went to the counter. I was completely ignored. They made eye contact with me but they'd either walk away or turn their backs. So I waited some more. I guess the manager on duty got tired of me standing there and flipped around and told one of the girls to make it... So you mean to tell me no one was making it this entire time or looking up how to make it? Were they hoping I'd forget about it and leave? After a few more minutes, they handed over my drink. The manager was unprofessional and all of them would have their backs turned towards the customers as they continue on their conversation. read more

Worst McDonald's in the world and that is not an exaggeration. Takes 45 minutes when there's 3 cars in line. I also walked in one morning about 20 minutes after they opened and was greeted with "why can't y'all just go through the drive thru???" as they proceeded to take an hour to get 2 chicken biscuits made. read more

worst service ever. the curbside delevery is crazy slow and there was no other car in the parking lot. ridiculous.

Terrible drive thru service. Some people just need to be fired. I sat in the outside drive thru while never being ask for my order. Several cars in the other lane passed they after giving their orders. Then when I told them what had happened the girl at the window didn't even acknowledge I was talking to her. I wasn't rude just thought maybe they didn't know? But instead she Looked at me like I wasn't even there. So rude!! I miss a world where people care about their jobs and those they serve. read more

Can I give it less than 1 star?? On two separate occasions I have waited almost 30 minutes for the food I ordered... it literally blew my mind because everyone knows it's frozen and they just warm it up! So why does it take 30 minutes to hand me an iced tea and a biscuit??? Do not go here if you are in a hurry or very hungry bc you will be waiting for a while and don't dare ask about why your food is taking to long because most of the staff will just fuss at you for asking... read more

I would have never thought a McDonalds could be this bad but they proved me wrong. The wait time for two drinks was ridiculous. It was in drive-thur but we sat about 10 mins after paying for a sweet tea and a vanilla ice coffee. When we finally got our drinks, there was no "sorry for your wait" because the crew was too busy chatting with each other. When my husband asked for a straw we were greeted with a "Are you serious?" look like we were bothering the woman. To top off our experience the tea was unsweet and the vanilla ice coffee was missing the coffee. read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. This by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They're supposed to be open 24 hours but they decide to stop taking orders whenever they please. The line is always extremely long because they put crates in the second line so nobody can order in it. This McDonalds needs new management and new employees. Nobody there actually wants to do their job. You are way better off going to waffle house or cookout if you expect getting food. read more

Clean area to eat, supposed to bring your food to you per tent, put my food on counter and never called my number. Great food

Straight up fuck this place. They only had fried products so I got a chicken nugget meal and paid $11 and they only put my fries and sauce in the bag. Straight up fuck this place. I was starving too. Fuck this place Bottom line. read more
