Probably the worst Panda I have ever had. The Rangoon's were so burned( see pic). The beef dish had burned breading and so over fried that you couldn't even tell beef was inside the crunchy crouton burned fritter things. So at least I had noodles right? Panda Express - Fast Food Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

I ordered curbside pickup and I called the number on the signs literally 7 times. and they didn't answer. not a single one. i finally went inside and out decided to call to se if the phone even rang. it did not. after I called the first time an employee took the trash out and didn't forget looking at the phone or asking me if I had an order. I could see that it was busy but if I was working and saw a car in the PICKUP stalls i'd go and check. I told the guy who gave me my food that I called 7 times (literally) and he goes "i'm sorry about that I was just focused on helping the guests that were inside" as if I was any less important. i'm still a paying costumer too you should care about me just as much as the next. read more

Abhorrent speed of service. They prioritize the drive through and pickup orders over people who took the time to come in and stand in line. Line is understaffed and those on it appear to be... let's just say they came to work on a bus that was a little bit shorter than all the others. I am writing this while standing in a line I've been in for 15 minutes (which was not very long). NEVER again. read more

Normally I don't have anything bad to say about Panda Express in Spanish Fork, but today was horrific! I took my granddaughters and son there to pick up dinner, we were all tired so we went through the drive thru.  We got someone right away and asked for a minute.   During 30-45 sec, while everyone was trying to decide and tell me what they wanted, we were asked twice again.   Finally, after just a couple minutes we said we were ready.... no response,.  We said it again,  still no response.  After six tries we finally pulled around in front and went in.  The two cars that were in the drive thru also ended up going through the same silence.  We went in and waited 10 minutes in line.  The assistant manager was helping the front end so I asked him about the drive through.  He blamed it on us!!!  Said if we don't order within a minute the headset cuts off and acts like no one is there,  or we must have moved our car off the notification pad. We didn't move while trying to make an order and that is too short of a cut off.  Those with kids will understand this,  and I have worked fast food management so I know this is bs.  It also doesn't explain why the vehicles behind us didn't get help either.  Then as we were getting our food inside the ladies in the drive thru,  who stated they couldn't hear us outside, mocked us and gave us rude looks. While the food was good, the customer service and management is lacking to where I will not go back and support that behavior. read more

This location has been agonizingly slow every time I have stopped by. I was hoping that the delays were due to the fact that this was a new location with inexperienced staff. I stopped by this evening after a 6 month break and was disappointed to see that the speed is no better. We waited in line for 10 minutes without seeing a single person helped. This location is an epitome of mismanagement. If you're in Spanish Fork and want Chinese food, go to China Wok or Red 8. Or, if you must have Panda Express, drive to Provo or Orem. The workers were very impatient even though there were few people in line. They seemed to expect me to know immediately what I wanted even though it was my first time here! I asked for a small side of white rice, it was fried rice. Why does this Chinese restaurant not have chopsticks? This is the first time we've ever been to this location, I know that the Orem location is always pretty busy so when I saw we could do the curbside online pick up I was really glad we could just order in, well we got there and pulled in to the curbside and Called the number 4 times no one answered so I just walked In to the online order pick up thinking it would be quick cause there was a line out the door for people who were ordering well I stood there for probably 20 minutes while employees were running around, the weird part is there were so many people working but the whole time I was there not a single person in line were able to order, not a single person got rang up or handed their food, I had about 4 employees walk past me without acknowledging I was there, didn't even look at me, I finally got our food and left and I think I was the only person to do so then entire time I was there, we get home, husbands excited to get his food, first bite he takes I hear him gag as he pulls a long blonde hair out of his mouth... I have magenta hair and I'm the only woman in our home, also the walnut shrimp was super soggy and the noodles were cold, I'm not sure how that happened with as many people who were there I can't imagine there would be much time for it to get cold but I guess standing there forever watching no one in line receive food that would make sense. The whole experience was awful and it's not like they were short staffed cause I saw like 10 employees in there and they all seemed super stressed out but at the same time no one was actually doing much... this is the first and last time we will ever come to this location but the worst part of this whole thing was watching a hair pulled out of my husbands mouth but after reading the other reviews it seems like adding things to the food that aren't part of the ingredients is pretty common here. read more

Ordered online, said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up on time and went inside to get my order. The took my name and I waited, waited, waited, and waited some more. 20 minutes later they brought my order. While waiting I watched more than 20 orders processed for the drive-up and those ordering in store. A man was standing in line at the door when I arrived and he received his order at the same time I did even though I had ordered more than 10 minutes before he arrived at the store. Orders should be filled in the order received and online orders shouldn't be postponed to fill in house and drive up orders received after the online order. My son ordered food today from Panda Express, they offer delivery and because the driver couldn't find the address he [the driver] decided to insult my son through text messages, we have save every single text, why the driver couldn't ask for a pin to find the address? We are paying for this service, the food from Panda Express is not free, we don't deserve to be treated that way. We have been customers ever since Panda Express open in Spanish Fork, so we are taking our bussing somewhere else. read more

Their drive threw is terrible. If you give them specific instructions on your food they don't do it. They give no chicken and all sides.

today i pull in, place order and was informed that 3 of my order choices would tak 20 minutes, ok so change order.. wasnt happy but oh well, hard to get what you wnt these days... so pul up to the window and my order is $9.74, i hand the girl a 10 dollar bill and she says she can only take a card unless she uses front cash register, so she goes to front register and comes back and tells me she cant take cash because there is no cash registers up in the store and she cant cash me, i dont care if you keep 25 cent..nope...so now i am not having lunch because on my person i only had american dollars!! read more

Every single time I've been here I've had to wait for something. Wait for veggies, mushroom chicken, blah blah blah. If they aren't busy why are they ALWAYS out of food?? I'd understand if the place was slammed but when there's not a single car in the drive thru and only two cars in the parking lot, what's the excuse? It doesn't make any sense. Cheep Chinese food, but tastes great!

We love Panda.. We drive far for Panda. It's so disappointing that they havent learned yet to drop more teriyaki chicken when it gets low. EVERYTIME they are out, we wait and wait.. this time there was plenty, it was our turn.. no one finished our orders in their assembly line as we were NEXT in line and the drive through came and cleared it out. There has to be a better system for their food especially the most popular dish there. We were disappointed enough to write a review. We won't be making special trips there anymore. I order online to around 25 minutes before arriving. And when I come to pick it up, they did not start it AND there was people who just came in and got served first. I had to wait another 15 minutes while they waited 3-5 minutes. This is not how online orders are not supposed to be handled. read more

First time visiting this Panda Express and they need more training! I went and ordered 3 plates two of which had teriyaki chicken. He specifically asked me if i want the sauce on the side or on top and we said on the side. Took a minute to check out because cashier didn't know what to do. We came home ready to eat (we live in the next town) and there is no sauce for the teriyaki chicken. I call and they hang up, call back and he said I don't know what happened you just got disconnected. And I told them they forgot to add teriyaki sauce and he says if you want to come back we can get your sauce. Easy for you to say since we live 10 minutes away! Can't hurry to come back because I have another appointment so I asked if they can replace my food because by the time I can come back it will be cold! And he says hold guess to talk to the manager. And he said as long as you haven't eaten any we can exchange it and I told him oh no it's gross without the sauce but he was taking over me! Looks like it will be a while before I go back and hopefully they are better trained read more

Panda Express is the best. For those of you that haven't been there, I would go there now. They constantly have employees cleaning tables and floors. They always get you samples of the food that you are not sure about. They are speedy quick if you go in the line. I ordered the food on GrubHub once, and they were there in about 20 minutes, and it usually takes us 30 to drive there, get the food, and drive back. The only downfall is the people taking your order. It seems authentic because most of them are Chinese. Sometimes it is hard to understand them. Other than that, they are great! read more

Catering service not reliable. Ordered a tray of chow mein on Friday for pickup on Saturday at 5:30pm. Order was taken and assured it will be ready. called again on saturday to confirm order status and was assured that order will be ready. Show up 5:30pm to pick up tray of chow mein not ready. The food is delicious but service has been a disappointment. The first time we went it was at 8:45, the place was closing at 9:30 and we were reminded several times that there was no more of many items as they closed at 9 and were not going to cook anymore. There were 6 of us! So I tried it again, this time through the drive thru and although this time they were pleasent at 8:45 this time, they still had to check if they had enough food with each of our 5 orders then they messed up and gave me a bowel but charged for a plate. My impression is that it's just a bunch of high school kids without any knowledge of customer service. Maybe a little training could go a long way. read more

It's been a bit of a rocky start for this newest of Pandas. You really need to know when to pick your moment. If the line is out the door, maybe give it a pass. My first couple visits, the place was packed and they were running out of items - rushing to restock leads to ill prepared food. Since then I make sure to visit during off hours and I've found the food to be as good as any PE is known to serve. I love it. read more

First time I went there our food was cold. Second time the food was cold and when they handed the bag to me they put the food in sideways rather then laying flat so when I opened the boxes our food was falling out and didn't have the right food in the right boxes. read more
