It's pretty good chinese food, at a pretty good price, and it's right in front of Target. What else could you ask for for a quick lunch destination. I really like the cream cheese rangoons best. The chicken can be hit or miss depending on if you get a grisly fat piece, but it's usually pretty good. I even like the ice tea they have. My only complaint is they are so stingey with the sauces. I came here for lunch with my roommate. I had the Bejing beef and the Orange chicken and an Egg roll. The Beef and chicken were divine. So damn good, i may have some occasional dreams about the beef, the egg-roll was meh. I would skip it if i were you. The people behind the counter were very nice, the place was very clean. My only grip is that the Bejing beef is so good but so bad for you. Its last meal type good, like if you were going to get the chair i would say shamrock shake, McRib, and some Bejing beef. This location is very poorly managed and run. I work within 10 minutes of their store and have ordered lunch roughly once a week there the past month or two. Each time whenever I preselect a time for pick up, they never have the food ready when I arrive. I head to the register at the time the food is supposed to be ready, only for them to just start making the order, and that's conveniently when they realize they need to prepare more of at least one of my items. I don't believe I've actually had my food in hand less than 10 minutes after the pick up time that I arranged on. As well, they rarely follow any of the instructions I type into the notes field while ordering, so I suppose I've just been wasting my time typing any of that. Despite all that, if the employees there were actually kind, or apologetic for this, I really wouldn't take to writing this review. However, the same woman at the front register every time I'm there looks at me as though I've distirbed her and bothered her when she rudely asks "What do you want?" I've brushed it off many times, I've continued to give the location chances as the food really is good, but I can't keep going with these issues persisting for as long as they have. read more

Been to this place several times, when the food is fresh and hasn't been sitting there for an hour it's good, but the rice is always either hard (has inedible hard bits) or it smells like the rice cooker is not clean or something, or both. The lo mein is always good but I've been to other panda expresses and they never have a problem with their rice. It seems multiple online orders came so they kept the line standing more than 40 minutes including kids and there are 30 customer in line and staffs working very fast for online orders only. I do appreciate if you guys give same importance to the line standing very long time front of you. Please improve your plan and hold/accept orders based on your availability. Also why don't you manage mixing in person and online orders simultaneously. Also when my turn come the staff got tired of service and can't hear and understand what I am choosing. The people here were incredibly polite. Seriously, they were polite to the point that it really warrants being the first thing mentioned in this review. We came a little before closing (when I would expect people to be a bit short), and our guy actually thanked us after each question that we answered for him, and was incredibly pleasant, even though he had to have noticed that the family before us in line sat down to eat in, despite the fact that they were about to close. The portions were pretty impressive, especially for the price, and the food is pre-made. So it's ready very quickly. I liked the fried rice a lot. Most places go overboard with the soy sauce. Panda Express was a bit more subtle, which I like. They did put peas in it, though. That's borderline unforgivable in my book. I wasn't very impressed with my entrées, though. I had read about the orange chicken in a number of reviews, and perhaps I just got my hopes up too high, or perhaps it had just been sitting around for too long as closing time neared, but I wasn't very impressed. It wasn't very crunchy, and the orange taste just didn't spring out the way that I would like. I had some other kind of chicken, too. It was strips of chicken in like a teriyaki sauce, or something. I think that it may have been called Mandarin chicken. The teriyaki, or whatever it was, tasted OK, but was a little overpowering. The chicken strips themselves were hit or miss. Some were very good cuts of chicken, others were a bit too fatty. I guess that is understandable at the price, though. All in all, I'll most likely return. read more

Since the pandemic, we regularly order family meals from here on a monthly rotation. The last three times we've ordered from here we have noticed that the portion sizes have been drastically smaller. I wouldn't have commented at all if it had started out this way and they maintained a consistent amount, but this is not the case. My problem is the way that the portions have been smaller but the actual Family Meal price of $45 hasn't changed or went down to reflect this reduction in the amount of food purchased. I also come here often!!!!! No complaints my favorite dish is the bowl with fried rice and walnut shrimp. You must try the walnut shrimp, thank me later. Customer service is good. I adore Panda Express. I still remember my first time trying it in California. Soon after, this location was opening up and I was beyond ecstatic. I brought my parents and brother to this location on opening day. I remember getting a complimentary gift of a little plastic takeout box filled with fortune cookies. My favorite thing to get here is the two entree plate with fried rice, black pepper chicken, and beijing beef. Sometimes, I spoil myself with a side of the crispy shrimp. The only downside would be if you come here a bit later into the day, around 8 or so, they run out of the black pepper chicken or the crispy shrimp. And since it's near their closing time, they don't always make more for you. Other than that, I always enjoy this place and it's good for takeout as well. read more

The food is decent as long as you don't arrive near closing time. There's plenty of parking in the area since it's located in a shopping plaza. It's a quick alternative to made to order Chinese food, but it's not really as good. It's also a little pricey compared to other local takeout spots. In the end, it's better than getting McDonald's or Taco Bell, but don't expect anything spectacular. read more

We have been going to this Panda for the last 2 years and the food continues to be tasty. However recently we noticed that they have been more skimpy with portion size. They only fill the boxes to be about 3/4th full. There are definitely more fillers like onions. Who wants half of their entree to be onions and celery?! This was a great place to go to, but now they don't know how to treat to treat people or know how to handle issues that goes wrong. I ordered ONE MEAL for $7.80 and was overcharged three times. A cashier name Daisy who rung up my order told me that there wasn't a manager that was available and gave me a 800 number that was for technical support, and another co worker gave me the correct number. I called the manager the next day to told him the issue. Instead of being professional, he chose to cut me off and be rude and nasty towards me. When I called the 800 customer care number, I filed a dispute and complaint against their so called manager. There are over 100 Chinese restaurants in the area that I could have gone to. I love Panda Express. I used to order the orange chicken as a child all the time! Now I love the option of the bowl. You choose one side and one entree with the bowl. It is just the right amount of food for an affordable price. My favorite is the chicken and mushroom or the beef and broccoli with the steamed vegetables. The vegetables are extra crunchy. Stopped by here today for a quick bite after an afternoon of shopping. Very disappointed! Lack luster and tasteless. The hot & sour soup was like dishwater with mushrooms. Fried rice I couldn't even finish eating. Beef and broccoli was more like broccoli with a tablespoon of beef in brown sauce. Walnut shrimp breeding was funny and laid like cement in my stomach. My personal favorites are the Kung Pao Chicken, String bean chicken, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp!! I prefer the chow mein over rice but you get half and half to try it out. After a long day out shopping, the bestie and I decided upon Panda Express to fulfill our hunger needs. It was a great experience! There was a huge fridge in the front that you can see all the chopped up fresh veggies, which leads me to believe that the food was made fresh and not some thawed prepackaged crap that most places serve! Hopefully that's the case! However it was delicious, I got the pick 2 and I did 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 lo mein "yes! They allowed you to do 1/2 & 1/2 with teriyaki chicken.
