Aweful! We have a large family and everyone loves Panda. Unfortunately the serve and quality of the employees have drastically gone down hill. 1. I called in to try to place my order. I was placed on hold 3 times, mid order! This is understandable if only she has said something before she put me on hold. I ended up hanging up causing my husband another 20 min of waiting to come home in a storm. 2. We ordered the family feast with a large egg roll side. When we got it home and started to dig in, there was no sweet and sour sauce. Not a big deal but my husband asked 3 times for sauce and to assure there was sauce! 3. Our noodles were beyond tasteless, the sweet fire chicken had some random meat mixed in with it. You maybe the only panda up here, but I would have guessed standards would be upheld in every store. So I was at home craving me some teriyaki chicken and orange chicken so I decided to go to The Show Low Panda. Let's just say that for how late it was, it was probably the best experience I've had ever! I pulled up around 8pm on 12-6-20 and Kay had greeted me at the drive through. Let me tell you, she was super nice and sweet! She didn't rush me at all and just judging from the tone of voice, (couldn't see her face because of the masks) she serviced me with a smile! Absolutely trash. Worst Panda Express experience I've ever had. I love panda and have it all the time, but this was the worst one I've ever been to. First of all they were not nice or welcoming. Secondly they have no soft drinks because they ran out of co2. And the food was terrible. The chow mein was dry and tasted like chemicals and the chicken was stale and cold. Went through drive through and of course you can't see the food being put in the bowl. Ordered the new steak and shrimp. Got mostly veggies and a few tough pieces of steak. The worst part is I got one shrimp. I could have gotten that by going in and asking to taste. read more

When I, the customer, have to call the store while I'm in line at the drive thru because the line hasn't budged in 10min and when I call and ask what is going on they say 'oh it's closed'. Would have been nice to know that 10min ago and who knows how long the other customers were waiting. My boyfriend went up to their cars and let them know because when I told the guy he needs to 'let the customers know' they were closed he didn't come fast out the building like you think he would do, no, we waited a bit to see if he would before we told the other customers. Waited for over 25 minutes for our food. When we ordered they said it would be 5 minutes for the fried rice and the sweet fire chicken breast. I was second in line after the lady I held the door for, they served her but didn't come back to me, after five minutes a couple with their kids walked in and received service by the same employee that served the lady in front of me, the employee skipped right over me. We walked into this Panda Express just minutes BEFORE the normal lunch rush, when you would expect the food pans to be full and waiting. The young man who served us was very nice, but most of the food pans were almost EMPTY, so when I ordered a 2-entree meal, I received the dregs and scrapings of the pan. For example, one of my entrees was the Honey Walnut Shrimp, and the server gave me the last 4 shrimp in the pan. Yep, 4 shrimp for almost $8! The breading on the shrimp was yucky & soggy and there wasn't a single walnut left in the pan to give me!! It was terrible, especially considering how COSTLY that entree is!! They should've renamed it SOGGY NO-WALNUTS SHRIMP! I felt very cheated! The shrimp tasted like something they'd scraped off the floor! We also had to wait 5 minutes extra for our cream cheese rangoons because, you guessed it, the pan was EMPTY. At least, because we had to wait, the rangoons were hot and fresh, unlike the rest of the food. Since our food was this crappy, and the pans mostly empty, I wonder what happened to the folks who came DURING the lunch rush. Did they turn around and walk out? I wouldn't have blamed them! I don't know if we'll go back to this particular Panda Express in Show Low, AZ. It's not very good, and the food is soggy and tasteless. The servers were great, and it isn't their fault that the food pans aren't restocked very often. You could tell that they were frustrated too with the laziness of the cooks. I could hear them call out for the pans to be refilled, and the cooks laughed at them and mocked them (in front of the customers!!), then took their sweet time refilling the pans. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with Panda Express, today we decided to come here for lunch. My husband got the Kung Poa chicken, which he has had before on several occasions. Today it was beyond hot, the hottest I have ever tasted and him told. He couldn't eat it. We headed back to the store to get it replaced with some orange chicken. We went they the drive thru and the manager told us she could only give us a small chicken instead of replacing the bowl. We argued that it was way to hot to eat and she said as a one time courtesy she would make a new bowl. This manager just scraped the king poa chicken into the trash, left the noodles, put the lid back on and gave us the bowl with noodles and a side of chicken, rudely gave it back and gave a very salty thank you. We took it back inside and got a refund. Management here is crap! They clearly don't care at all about their customer. Portions have recently shrunk! Not a tremendous value for portion or food quality. Poor service, orders consistently messed up in drive thru. Service is not Express! They don't answer their phones! Yelp I've been to Panda Express before and it's pretty good for fast Chinese food. I love the fresh veggies and the variety of options. I don't care for their chicken egg roll. It tastes like something I can get in the frozen section of the supermarket. My friend was a skeptic, but the only other Chinese option in town is a buffet. We ordered medium entrees of kung pao chicken, chicken and string beans, a medium fried rice. We sat at a table and ate out of the cartons, pretending we were in a Seinfeld episode. Too bad we weren't offered plates when we said it was For Here. My friend really liked it. She even checked to see if they sell their sauces in the supermarket. So yes, we will be back. I have worked fast food and last I checked you are trying to sell more items not be annoyed at someone who had a 5 person order. She had no name tag, but had dark hair with glasses. Came here a few times when they first opened. Everything was fresh and perfect, even with long drive thru lines it moved along smoothly. But the last time they gave us 2 completely wrong meals and forgot the egg rolls, and have been out of our favorite chicken for over a week. The last time they gave us no teriyaki sauce and everything was dry...even the noodles. The other half the lady getting your food is just looks angry and talks to you like she is annoyed then the rice comes out burnt or uncooked.
