We were visiting Bass Lake and wanted to order some pizza. Oakhurst was a little too far (don't want cold pizza!) so we decided to try the Pizza Factory in North Fork. We ended up eating there twice on our trip because it was SO GOOD. It is so hard to find a pizza place that I like the pizza, wings AND salad. All three of those were amazing, and our entire group of 6 agreed. I also think it is really cool that they do so much with veterans. The fact that I emailed with my information and NOBODY has reached out to address it confirms bad behavior and service on their part. An automated response does not count. Having grown up with a Pizza Factory in my town I missed eating their pizza so while visiting the area we had to come have some if for no other reason then nostalgia. Impressed. Came for a family friendly environment with our granddaughter. Pizza, salad bar, wings some beer and wine. We ordered a pepperoni pizza... loaded. They are not cheap with the toppings! Salad bar isn't huge but has an ample amount of toppings, all fresh. Had a small mix up with out wing order. When we ordered we were back and forth with the quality- paid for and got 10 but our intention was to get 24. Easy mix up and really no big deal. The staff was very apologetic... we paid for another 10 and got 16! Very generous! Again it was an easy misunderstanding. Kids had fun playing games n such. Clean tables and plenty of staff hustling in the kitchen. We don't live here but come to visit our daughter and granddaughter often and will definitely be back. read more

I was excited to see gluten free options. They have both gf crust and a cauliflower. I got the regular gf in a the factory special. It was amazing! Not your typical flavorless cardboard. I had another gf pizza down the street at an other spot but was not impressed. I also had a yummy fresh and crisp house salad that I inhaled. Very friendly and smiling staff. They overcharged my pizza, when I called them on it they told me several versions why I was overcharged $3. They also charged me $1 extra for extra dressing on my side salad, without telling me a head of time. Pizzza wasn't anything special. This is my 1st visit in probably 5 months. It was intended to see if there was an improvement since my last experience. There was not. Since this was take out, I will not comment on ambiance. Service was fine ordered and drank a beverage while waiting on food to come up, estimate was 20 min actual wait was about 15.. Here is the reason for my 2 star. Food and Price. I ordered a small thin crust black olive, tomato, xtra cheese and a medium red onion sausage xtra cheese, also thin crust. Total with tip was $52 and change. Got home and neither appeared to be thin crust, looked more like regular or hand tossed. Other than the crust the medium was fine, good amount of toppings cooked properly and generally a good pie. The small, which was also supposed to have xtra cheese did not even have enough on it to cover the crust, so more dough than toppings, which is the same reason I quit buying pizza there months ago. When I am paying a premium price for a pizza, ($16.50 for a small) My expectation is I receive a premium product. This is not what I feel that I got. So I will go somewhere else that has more consistent quality and value for my dollar. Maybe I will try them again in a few months. read more

My family & I met some friends here after the Show Low Light Parade the other night. I didn't have high expectations (since I haven't found a good pizza joint since moving from the valley to Taylor) but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly all the team members were & how good the food was. We got the family deal for like $29.99 (I think) it included an extra large 2 topping pizza (we got double pepperoni) plus it came with 4 regular sized fountain drinks & bread sticks with ranch & marinara. The pizza was the best I've had since moving from Mesa to the mountain. Their bread sticks were a hit with our kids, my kids said they were like Little Caesars Crazy Bread but 1000% better & super soft. Their ranch was really good too, I guess they go through 5 gallons of it a day. I am happy to have found this place & it will now be my family's go to pizza spot in the Show Low area. read more

Not sure if the guy that treated us so rudely and poorly was the manager. or not but he was dressed differently and seemed like he reveled in his power. We called 15 mins before to get our 100 dollar worth of pizza. (4) we get to the store and wait 30 more mins we had good company so it wasn't a big deal but when we received the pizza to go we asked for 2 cups of ranch. The guy mentioned they are a dollar a piece. I asked "we just spent 100 dollars on these pizzas and waited 45 total mins and you can't give us 2 cups of ranch?" My Husband and I recently moved up to the mountain from Tucson and we're searching for pizza to compare to our favorite in Tucson (Grandma Tony's). After looking at reviews we decided on Pizza factory. The interior has a lodge feel to it, with a lot of patriotic artwork and flags (!). They just recently reopened the salad bar too which I'll be trying next time we go. So we've visited here FOUR times since we moved up a little over a month ago. Yes, it is THAT GOOD. I've gotten the mini pepperoni and mushroom every time and my husband has tried the Factory Special and the hot Italian sandwich. Both he said were excellent. Let me tell you, they LOAD these pizzas with toppings. Everything is super fresh, the sauce is amazing, the crust is crunchy and the cheese is freshly grated. To boot, leftovers in the oven are just as good if not better! The service here is impeccable and the employees are super friendly. It may take a little longer than "fast food" but you get what you wait for! This is our go to spot now for pizza. We usually get it delivered to our hotel and it arrives quickly and is HOT. The delivery person is always friendly and brings plates, napkins and crushed peppers and parmesan. Went out to dinner and wanted to try the Pizza Factory. We had one in a town we lived and really enjoyed it. The place was near empty and quiet when we got there. You have to order at the front desk, pay and then they bring your food to you. I ordered a small Pizza Factory special pizza with and hubs chose breadsticks and the spaghetti and meatballs. I wanted a salad but the salad bar is $8.50 whether it's with a meal or without. Made no sense. We also got one soda. They have a drink machine at the front where you get your drinks. The meal came to $33 before tip. They brought the breadsticks first. You could pick between ranch, marinara and another sauce. I chose marinara. They weren't on the stick as we expected but they looked ok. They had a bit of buttery-garlic sauce and parmesan (probably canned) sprinkled on it. The breadsticks were soft and chewy. The marinara was thick and cold but ok. It was better without. We took most go then home. The pasta about 10 minutes before the pizza came out. It was ok so it had time to cool down but it was strange. The pasta sauce wasn't as good as what came with the breadsticks-or good enough to dip but just not good enough for pasta. The meatballs were awful-rubbery and they didn't taste like any meat I could recognize. My husband didn't even eat them they were so bad. The pizza came and they sit it on this tall stand so I had to get up to get a slice. The crust was crunchy, the sauce good, the meats cooked crispy and the veggies were thin and had a nice crunch. The pizza was definitely worth doing. The size seemed bigger than the picture on the wall. I ate one and a half slices and really enjoyed it. There was 3/4 left to take home. Service was good. The decor was a cross, Christian sayings and uplifting plaques. Not anything I expect in a pizza place. Pasta was not worth getting but the pizza was. The place (right in our small area by the fireplace) filled up with families. They were nice and well behaved but conversation wouldn't be easy. We probably will just call the local Dominoes for our pizza next time. Food wasn't worth the price and we wouldn't go back. read more

I haven't never eaten in the restaurant I always pick up a pizza on my way home from work on Fridays without fail. Our family loves the pizza here -- would love to come in and get a pitcher of beer with a pizza at some point. Always order online and usually it takes about 40-50 min to make a pizza for carry out on a Friday- that's great in my book for a restaurant who is normally packed on a weekend. read more

It's been a couple weeks since we were in the Show Low area and I still think about this place and the meatball pizza. It was delicious! The crust had the perfect amount of crispy chewiness, a good pull to the cheese, a flavorful sauce and plenty of toppings. The restaurant itself is your typical pizza place. There was plenty of seating, a private party room and an arcade for kids. They could use another Coca Cola Freestyle machine as there was frequently a line for a drink and there were no napkins on the tables but it's easy to overlook these things since the pizza is so good. If you are in the area it is definitely worth a try and a great option instead of national pizza chains. read more

Wow was I surprised and very impressed! I live in downtown Phoenix and we are really spoiled with amazing pizza. Ordered a thin crust with pepperoni and mushrooms, they do not skimp on the toppings. The sauce is excellent and unique. The pizza was perfectly cooked. I liked the crust a lot and it has some crunch. Ordered some habanero wings which were descent but not as spicy as I was hoping for. I picked this place because I was feeling lazy and it was close to the hotel. Wasn't really expecting much, but dang!!! I'm going to order again on my next trip. read more

We went to Pinetop to escape the Tucson heat and decided we need pizza. I looked at Yelp for several establishments and this one seemed to stand out. I always worry about what it really going on now with all of the virus protocols different eateries put in place but decided to chance it. I ended up getting a Hawaiian type pizza on cauliflower crust and some hot wings 1/2 habanero and 1/2 parmesan. All was great! They had half of the tables blocked off but still plenty of seating.
