I come up from the valley to visit my 5 grandchildren. This is the most friendly, helpful place ever!!! We have our birthday parties there and the staff goes out of their way to make it wonderful, we request our favorite pizza's and poof.. Its out on the buffet. The food is exceptional and the salad bar is clean and always well stocked..Pizza Factory is our most anticipated visit to Show Low.. Love this place and the people... Food is always good, but for a lg pizza, 1/2 pitcher of beer and a salad the bill came to almost 60 dollars for lunch! wow! Prices have gone UP!!!!! The prices are really killing the business!!!! Last experience, same pizza, same salad and a full pitcher of beer, at least 10 dollars cheaper. And there were more people in here last time. And why all the noise cleaning, putting chairs up and then down to mop and garbage taken out the front door??? read more

Spending all day in town. We didn't want to go out and eat. So, we ordered Pizza Factory.... We had the large pizza with pepperoni, black olives, and sausage and fresh artichokes.. and a side of wings... We picked it up. Friendly ppl working and the pizza and wings and a Greek ..were really good. If you are ever too tired to roll out after a long day. I would recommend Pizza Factory.. and a reasonable price... read more

Pretty solid pizza spot! Even though we only got take out, the customer service was very good and it has to be to make that type of impression on me in such a short time. They do not skimp on the toppings and I would certainly come back again. read more

Pizza was very good. The toppings are generous! The salads were fresh and we enjoyed the dressings. No remark on service because it's counter ordering and pizza is brought to the table by calling out names. read more

First time trying this pizza place! The pizza is made fresh. There is an arcade there too which is really cool! read more

We were visiting Bass Lake and wanted to order some pizza. Oakhurst was a little too far (don't want cold pizza!) so we decided to try the Pizza Factory in North Fork. We ended up eating there twice on our trip because it was SO GOOD. It is so hard to find a pizza place that I like the pizza, wings AND salad. All three of those were amazing, and our entire group of 6 agreed. I also think it is really cool that they do so much with veterans. We will definitely be eating here every time we visit Bass Lake :) Bonus - I found out that they are opening one up in Huntington Beach (where I live) and that will be our new pizza spot from now on read more

Spent over $120 on a family dinner. The ingredients tasted old and/or burnt. The spaghetti sauce was like it had been simmering all day, so it had a burnt taste to it and was a thick paste. 3 different pizzas and they were sub-par freshness of the ingredients; not to mention the crust was like rubber. A few people in the group had the all you can eat salad bar; however, they only got one serving as the staff broke down the salad bar at 645 pm despite the fact they are open until 8pm. It also doesn't make for a comfortable atmosphere when the staff are putting chairs up, mopping and cleaning the bathrooms at 7pm. It's great trying to eat with all the cleaning chemical smells. read more

Called in a late order for dinner and the team there were great! Got our order cooked up, on time and great customer service. Pizza was delicious, not soggy or over sauced and toppings were plenty. Breadsticks and marinara was warm, not to sweet and a great addition. All in all a wonderful dinner and can wait to order more. read more

Having grown up with a Pizza Factory in my town I missed eating their pizza so while visiting the area we had to come have some if for no other reason then nostalgia. It didn't disappoint at all and was everything I remembered. Our food came out quickly and was hot and the cheese melted. If we're here again this will be on the list of places to eat at. read more

Impressed. Came for a family friendly environment with our granddaughter. Pizza, salad bar, wings some beer and wine. We ordered a pepperoni pizza... loaded. They are not cheap with the toppings! Salad bar isn't huge but has an ample amount of toppings, all fresh. Had a small mix up with out wing order. When we ordered we were back and forth with the quality- paid for and got 10 but our intention was to get 24. Easy mix up and really no big deal. The staff was very apologetic... we paid for another 10 and got 16! Very generous! Again it was an easy misunderstanding. Kids had fun playing games n such. Clean tables and plenty of staff hustling in the kitchen. We don't live here but come to visit our daughter and granddaughter often and will definitely be back. read more

This used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is great, but today's experience was disappointing. The lunch buffet sat empty for over 45 minutes while customers waited, and staff appeared to be in the back eating instead of refilling the food or communicating with guests. I hope this was just an off day because this restaurant has always been much better. read more

Delivery order arrived fast, hot and very good pizza! Small Hawaiian and small awesome combo, plenty of toppings cooked perfectly.

Great family spot! Pizza was excellent. Loved the bread and sauce! You order/pay and they bring to your table. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend going here. read more

I was excited to see gluten free options. They have both gf crust and a cauliflower. I got the regular gf in a the factory special. It was amazing! Not your typical flavorless cardboard. I had another gf pizza down the street at an other spot but was not impressed. I also had a yummy fresh and crisp house salad that I inhaled. Very friendly and smiling staff. Was a lovely lunch and I highly suggest popping in here! Prices not too bad either. Medium pizza, salad and drink $30ish. They also offer first responders discounts! read more

Pizza was great. The sauce was my favorite as it wasn't too acidic nice and balance. One good pizza spot.

What a change. New people. Broken ice machine. Flat Pepsi. Pizza dough rubbery with no taste. I'm done with this place.

They overcharged my pizza, when I called them on it they told me several versions why I was overcharged $3. They also charged me $1 extra for extra dressing on my side salad, without telling me a head of time. Pizzza wasn't anything special. The only saving grace was a lady who came to us and apologized for the way the manager spoke to us. Won't go back. read more

Ate the lunchtime buffet including salad bar twice in 2 weeks. First time the pizza was flavorful with great sauce ratio. Second time the sauce was skimpy and flavor not there. The service is very good, place is clean, and the salad bar is small but good and very fresh. read more

The pizza was delicious!! I always recommend and the salad bar is on point as well!! The atmosphere is fun and uplifting

Pizza was good. Quick service with a smile. I had take out, place looked very family friendly.

The pizza is great but the salad bar is unbeatable. I love going there. Staff if friendly the the premises are clean.

My family & I met some friends here after the Show Low Light Parade the other night. I didn't have high expectations (since I haven't found a good pizza joint since moving from the valley to Taylor) but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly all the team members were & how good the food was. We got the family deal for like $29.99 (I think) it included an extra large 2 topping pizza (we got double pepperoni) plus it came with 4 regular sized fountain drinks & bread sticks with ranch & marinara. The pizza was the best I've had since moving from Mesa to the mountain. Their bread sticks were a hit with our kids, my kids said they were like Little Caesars Crazy Bread but 1000% better & super soft. Their ranch was really good too, I guess they go through 5 gallons of it a day. I am happy to have found this place & it will now be my family's go to pizza spot in the Show Low area. read more

This is my 1st visit in probably 5 months. It was intended to see if there was an improvement since my last experience. There was not. Since this was take out, I will not comment on ambiance. Service was fine ordered and drank a beverage while waiting on food to come up, estimate was 20 min actual wait was about 15.. Here is the reason for my 2 star. Food and Price. I ordered a small thin crust black olive, tomato, xtra cheese and a medium red onion sausage xtra cheese, also thin crust. Total with tip was $52 and change. Got home and neither appeared to be thin crust, looked more like regular or hand tossed. Other than the crust the medium was fine, good amount of toppings cooked properly and generally a good pie. The small, which was also supposed to have xtra cheese did not even have enough on it to cover the crust, so more dough than toppings, which is the same reason I quit buying pizza there months ago. When I am paying a premium price for a pizza, ($16.50 for a small) My expectation is I receive a premium product. This is not what I feel that I got. So I will go somewhere else that has more consistent quality and value for my dollar. Maybe I will try them again in a few months. read more

Eating healthy on the road isn't easy. While pizza isn't the healthiest option, I think the veggie pizza here moves that up a few notches. Veggies, especially a robust layering of olives, made this pie an unexpected pleasure. read more

Pizza Factory - Veggie pizza - Pizza Near Me - Show Low, Arizona

My Husband and I recently moved up to the mountain from Tucson and we're searching for pizza to compare to our favorite in Tucson (Grandma Tony's). After looking at reviews we decided on Pizza factory. The interior has a lodge feel to it, with a lot of patriotic artwork and flags (!). They just recently reopened the salad bar too which I'll be trying next time we go. So we've visited here FOUR times since we moved up a little over a month ago. Yes, it is THAT GOOD. I've gotten the mini pepperoni and mushroom every time and my husband has tried the Factory Special and the hot Italian sandwich. Both he said were excellent. Let me tell you, they LOAD these pizzas with toppings. Everything is super fresh, the sauce is amazing, the crust is crunchy and the cheese is freshly grated. To boot, leftovers in the oven are just as good if not better! The service here is impeccable and the employees are super friendly. It may take a little longer than "fast food" but you get what you wait for! This is our go to spot now for pizza. I'll probably go again tomorrow after thinking about it and writing this review! read more

Pizza Factory - This is a small pepperoni and mushroom. The mini is perfect sized for individual, I always have half left! - Pizza Near Me - Show Low, Arizona

Went out to dinner and wanted to try the Pizza Factory. We had one in a town we lived and really enjoyed it. The place was near empty and quiet when we got there. You have to order at the front desk, pay and then they bring your food to you. I ordered a small Pizza Factory special pizza with and hubs chose breadsticks and the spaghetti and meatballs. I wanted a salad but the salad bar is $8.50 whether it's with a meal or without. Made no sense. We also got one soda. They have a drink machine at the front where you get your drinks. The meal came to $33 before tip. They brought the breadsticks first. You could pick between ranch, marinara and another sauce. I chose marinara. They weren't on the stick as we expected but they looked ok. They had a bit of buttery-garlic sauce and parmesan (probably canned) sprinkled on it. The breadsticks were soft and chewy. The marinara was thick and cold but ok. It was better without. We took most go then home. The pasta about 10 minutes before the pizza came out. It was ok so it had time to cool down but it was strange. The pasta sauce wasn't as good as what came with the breadsticks-or good enough to dip but just not good enough for pasta. The meatballs were awful-rubbery and they didn't taste like any meat I could recognize. My husband didn't even eat them they were so bad. The pizza came and they sit it on this tall stand so I had to get up to get a slice. The crust was crunchy, the sauce good, the meats cooked crispy and the veggies were thin and had a nice crunch. The pizza was definitely worth doing. The size seemed bigger than the picture on the wall. I ate one and a half slices and really enjoyed it. There was 3/4 left to take home. Service was good. The decor was a cross, Christian sayings and uplifting plaques. Not anything I expect in a pizza place. Pasta was not worth getting but the pizza was. The place (right in our small area by the fireplace) filled up with families. They were nice and well behaved but conversation wouldn't be easy. We probably will just call the local Dominoes for our pizza next time. Food wasn't worth the price and we wouldn't go back. read more

This was my first time going to pizza factory, the food was good the service was not so good. Not sure if the guy that treated us so rudely and poorly was the manager. or not but he was dressed differently and seemed like he reveled in his power. We called 15 mins before to get our 100 dollar worth of pizza. (4) we get to the store and wait 30 more mins we had good company so it wasn't a big deal but when we received the pizza to go we asked for 2 cups of ranch. The guy mentioned they are a dollar a piece. I asked "we just spent 100 dollars on these pizzas and waited 45 total mins and you can't give us 2 cups of ranch?" He replied, " I don't want to lose my job over 2 dollars ." I replied, " Well you will lose a good customer now with how your service was just bad compounded by a terrible climax. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend read more

Highly recommended!!!! Food was delicious and staff were very nice and helpful!!! Will come back as often as I come to town!!

We order a pizza from The Pizza Factory every time we are in Show Low. We get a thin crust with mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage. It is always terrific! We usually get it delivered to our hotel and it arrives quickly and is HOT. The delivery person is always friendly and brings plates, napkins and crushed peppers and parmesan. In our opinion, they do a great job! read more

It's been a couple weeks since we were in the Show Low area and I still think about this place and the meatball pizza. It was delicious! The crust had the perfect amount of crispy chewiness, a good pull to the cheese, a flavorful sauce and plenty of toppings. The restaurant itself is your typical pizza place. There was plenty of seating, a private party room and an arcade for kids. They could use another Coca Cola Freestyle machine as there was frequently a line for a drink and there were no napkins on the tables but it's easy to overlook these things since the pizza is so good. If you are in the area it is definitely worth a try and a great option instead of national pizza chains. read more
