I have enjoyed this place for years. Last Tuesday I ordered food to go for the first time. There menu lists taco specials for 10.00 each, fish or beef. I ordered 2 fish , and a ground beef. The bill should have been 30.00 plus tax. Upon paying it ended up being 43 dollars plus two. I asked the waitress why and she provided no explanation. The menu didn't list any special To go fresh. I recently went there because I wanted to try their Friday Fish Fry. The food and service was ok, but they use an inferior fish (Vietnamese Cat fish), when every other restaurant in town uses Cod. The real issue here is that when I gave the waitress my debit card, she took it in the back and skimmed it, photographed it, or used some other method to steal all the numbers from my card. Within a couple of hours I started getting fraudulent charges at Walmart and Home Depot, hacked into my PayPal account, stole $500 from my CashApp account, etc, etc, etc. The management is aware of this situation but wouldn't do anything about it. So no, I would not recommend this restaurant, and I would encourage everyone to stay away. read more

Honestly I am not sure we haven't stopped here before since we come out here often, I guess it's because when in the valley long wongs tend to be a hit or miss depending on the location and as of lately have been more miss. But we decided let's give it a go since there aren't very many places open well at least not on Sundays. We were see seated right away, our waitress was really nice. First off, if you are from the Valley then you should know that this is not an actual "Long Wongs" location. It's a restaurant/bar (and I saw that generously) that has the same name and that's it. There was a sign stating that it was the home of their world famous margaritas which tasted like there was no alcohol so that was disappointing. Also, their variety of beer was extremely limited due to the fact that they are trying to get rid of the remaining inventory to make way for locally brewed beers but there was no mention or advertising of this until you went to order. As far as the food goes, the food was less than par when they got it correct, and even worse when they didn't. The two stars is for the server and manager who tried to make it right after a member of our party ordered a Bacon Burger that was served without bacon... They charged us for the cheeseburger price (rightly so). To top the evening off, we had ordered a cheeseburger and an 8 piece of the battered shrimp to bring home to the kids and realized, after we got home, that they didn't have the cheeseburger in the takehome bag. Serves us right for not checking before we left given the dine-in experience. Everything considered, we will not be returning and we do not recommend this place. read more

With reasonable prices and friendly service this place at least a must try. The potatoes are small but good. The XL pizza are large for maybe 4 people. We had the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Good amount of cheese and chicken was very tender and delicious. The BBQ sauce was a bit much, pizza was bathing in it and it was very-very sweet. Probably won't be having that again but I am sure we will come for something else. They were playing Christmas Music videos at a reasonable volume, was enjoyable. Today was my third visit to Long Wongs for lunch. It was not the best showing for them. The sauce on my medium, bone-in wings was lacking flavor, was watered down, and oily at the same time. The wings were swimming in this flavorless, oily water. It would not even stick to them. Not what I was expecting. My fries were a bunch of little bits. Not the whole cut fries from previous experiences. The salad was ok. A little on the small side for being almost $5 for a simple side salad. I hope this is just a fluke and not their new standard. We've always been frequent customers of Long Wongs. We live here year round, not summer tourists. Always good food, good service and the outside area is great when the weather is good. We went yesterday and the service has definitely degraded. So, I would have mixed feeling about going back any time soon. Servers come and go, so it's a crap shoot whether you get good service or bad. There were two occupied tables when we arrived. The rest of the tables had not been cleared and were full of what previous customers left. They remained uncleaned, with plates, pizza pans, etc., the entire time we were there. We were unfortunate enough to get the laziest, slowest server that I'd seen there. She dropped off menu and said she'd be back for a drink order. After about 10 minutes, she emerged from the back and sat down at a table with what appeared to be her family or friends. While we waited another 5 minutes, she finally looked over at us and told her friends, she'd be right back. She finally took our order, borough our pizza out, which was quick, then left. No plates, no napkins, nothing. I walked through the bar and grabbed a napkin dispenser for our table. Another server brought some paper plates. The pizza order was wrong and she completely forgot what one of us ordered for drinks. We had to go up to the bar to remind her and she when she brought it, she acted as though she was doing a great favor by saying it had extra alcohol in it. Long Wong's sounds like an Asian restaurant but specializes in burgers, wings and pizza. Perfect place for lunch. There is an outside seating area as well as inside. The restaurant is very causal with wooden booths that look like picnic tables. Service was really good and friendly. Food does take a while since food is fresh and made-to-order with hand-formed burgers, homemade hamburger buns, slow cooked ribs, the freshest chicken, and homemade sauces. My friend decided on a burger and I had the wings, salad and fries on the lunch special. The portions are huge! The lunch salad was enough for us to share, the burger was thick and juicy and the wings were crispy in a nice, spicy sauce. My wings had Buffalo sauce with the level hot. They definitely had a bite but were not too hot to enjoy. We both had enough to take half as leftovers home. They have over 16 different beers on tap as well as a cocktail and wine as well as sodas and tea giving plenty of choice for drinks.
