I've ordered online at least once a month with Domino's in Show Low, AZ for the past 8 years, usually a "Build-Your-Own-Pasta" dish and the Pepperoni-Stuffed Cheesy Bread. Minus a few preparation disasters, it's been a seamless, easy process with tasty food. For some unfathomable reason, Domino's has decided to do away with several pasta dishes, including the "Build-Your-Own" option. I tried to order online then call the store to ask for mushrooms to be added to my Chicken Alfredo, and was told they're not allowed to do that anymore. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo anyway, and will NEVER do so again; the chicken was NOT grilled, and was flavorless, the overall dish was beyond bland. Not sure if I'll be ordering from Domino's in the future. read more

Haven't had Dominos in years. Tried their Italian Sandwiches- they were great. I would order again over their Pizza (which from memory years ago is just average). I did pick up service. Often (not always) I will tip carry out at 10%. I feel this is generous considering it is carry out and I am generally put off by the assumption of the tip when you pay for your carry out order. That said, the person has to earn it by ensuring I don't need extra napkins/sauce or just being friendly. The girl ringing me up wasn't rude but had a very sterile manor. A little hospitality in the attitude may have got me to add the 10% to the credit card total. As a former Domino's delivery driver - sorry they missed the mark. read more

Ordered online. It claimed it would be ready in 11-16 minutes when I got there it hasn't even been started. 15 minutes after order. I asked for a refund and explained I understood they were busy but I wasn't thrilled. Asked what the point of ordering online was if they hadn't even started the pizza 15 minutes later. Another customer (not an employee)told me I had to leave and used profanity calling me names. I was cordial but insistent that the other customer wasn't in charge of me. After that an employee asked me to leave. Apparently he was ok with another customer calling someone crude names out loud. I never raised my voice, or used profanity but I was the one asked to leave. Guess what. Little Caesars is really close and had pizza available. I was asked to leave and am pretty sure I won't be back. It ain't that good of pizza and Little Caesars actually had pizza available. No brainer. read more

Dominoes is pretty reliable in most every town we've been in. They aren't craft or Neapolitan-style oven pizzas but to us, they are good...and tonight was very, very good. I've been wanting pizza for a while but hubs wasn't ready until tonight. We were starving after a day of moving more things. Hubs saw the Mix and Match deal on TV but I didn't see it on the app (I'm still getting there) so I called. Louis answered and was really helpful in getting me what I wanted. We called early and had it set for delivery when we wanted it. So nice to be able to preorder! We got the Mix and Match deal. You pick any two or more of the following menu items for $5.99 each: medium two-topping pizza, salad, oven-baked sandwich, stuffed cheesy bread, eight-piece chicken, pasta in a dish, bread twists, or marbled cookie brownie. We got 2 medium pizzas with Italian sausage and mushroom-one thin crust and one hand tossed. We pre-ordered it for $4:30 and they got there a few minutes early. Our pizza was delivered by Cynthia who was very nice! She greeted us and we traded money for pizza. We dug in right away while it was really hot! So sorry, there are no pics tonight. Oops! Delicious!! There were lots of toppings on the hand tossed and the crust was crisp on the bottom. The thin crust was perfectly thin and very crispy. The sauce was just right-not too much or little with a slightly zesty touch. I freeze the rest for later so we can have it again. We will definitely order from Dominoes there again! So we ordered food (1st time) from here last Thursday. Got the New York style pizza and garlic bread twists. Loved everything. Twists were light and crispy. REALLY loved those. Pizza was thin and yummy. Ordered extra sauce and extra mushrooms. It had the sauce but didn't have the extra mushrooms we paid for. I sent a complaint to them. Here it is 3 days later and they've already called and offered a free pizza. I'm very impressed with their service. Since we already love the taste of it all, we will definitely go back. read more

After my third order from Dominos in two months, I'm able to adequately rate them. I had to go with a 5 star. I'll explain. They typically quote me a time of 30 to 45 minutes, however, I never have to wait more than 20 minutes. The quality of pizza is very good. I'm impressed! It arrives quite hot. Both the persons over the phone and delivery drivers are super polite. Normally, when I'm leaving a help review, it's a spanking. I'm happy to be able to leave one on the polar opposite, I seldom ever leave a 5 star rating, but here it is. One thing, please ask your drivers to stick around for a minute or two, so I can put my pizza down and give them their tip. I know they are busy and trying to get to their next delivery, but they have earned a tip and I'd like to give it to them. Strange problem to have, right? Thanks guys' read more

Can't believe the horrible experience we had this evening. I used the on line ordering tool and all seemed fine. Then the pizza arrived. At first it seemed really soggy and it wasn't hot. When we started eating it, we realized the dough was not cooked. I called the store and told my issue to the guy who answered the phone. He asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. However, the manager did not want to talk to me. He said to offer a replacement pizza and they'll cook it longer. Gee. I hope so. Let's see what the replacement is like. read more

I was staying at the Super 8 Motel. Had a craving for pizza and ordered from here. The pizza was probably the best I've had ... ever. I also ordered a garden salad. It looked so good. I didn't get to eat it though. They didn't include any utensils or napkins. Major disappointment. read more

I have lived in Show Low for eight years and have Domino's many many times. The food is pretty good and its quick. My complaint is simple, they must not look into the pizza box to actually see what is in it. For the third time now, I have ordered on line and gone over to pick it up and when I got home, it not what I ordered. I know what you're thinking, "why didn't I look at it before I left the shop"? I went to Dominos on Saturday to pick up a large pizza and an order of garlic Parmesan bread twist. I got to say the nicest Dominos staff ever meet. They made the best pizza and bread twist Ive ever gotten from Dominos. If every Domino's would take the pride and respect into making there pizzas they all would come out as good. The garlic parmesan bread twist were just amazing every bight had garlic parmesan on it they were cooked just right and the same goes for the pizza. I can't say enough good things about the food. If I would have known the food was going to be that good I wouldn't have not bought food for myself somewheres else. And the staff at the counter were just some of the nicest guys. When I walked in they staff was working hard together while singing and having fun at there job and I think that make a huge difference on how the customers feel when the come in to pick up there food. I know personally it made my night better for it it put me in a better mood and made the food amazing because you could see they oust so much pride into there job. I really hope the manager see this I was in there 7:00 or so and 10-10-2020. Show Low is luck to have such an amazing Domino's Pizza. read more

Some of the employees were friendly with a smile. As I observed of their cleanness. Hand washing is very important when preparing your pizza. Right? They didn't sanitized their hands either. We don't know where their hands been? Right? Imagine it. I know. If you tell me if you don't like then.. Well, hello hospital for you! I also observed their cleanness atmosphere, which they needed to clean up their area. I wanted them to take pride in their pizza and place that is clean. It tells me you care about your customers. Overall, the pizza was good, but health concerns I would watch for. They should add lighting outside for poor eye sight and you might get mug in the dark. read more

Love the on-line ordering! Makes it so easy. I usually choose carryout. My pizza is ready when the on-line tracker says so it's always hot! We have ordered the NY crust the past two times with the robust inspired sauce. It is great! Maybe not as good as the real thing, but great for Show Low AZ! Amazing service. I work right down the road from them and order pizza from them regularly. Always get my orders right, and done quickly. Although, one day they were behind on deliveries and my order was delayed, they just calmly let me know what was going on and that it will arrive shortly. Won't order from them again. Ordered pizzas today, while I was waiting for my order they handed it out to a nother customer and that customer left. They sent an employee out to get the order, he came back in with only one pizza, so sent him back out to get the other 3 pizzas, he bought them back in about 5 minutes later. This is what I can't believe, they wanted to give me the pizzas that had left their building!!! When I said something to them, they acted put off that I didn't want the pizzas. They did replace the order which took 26 minutes to remake. While I'm waiting for my fresh order, they stood in back eating the food that had left the building. For the ones of you that know the Show Low area, the pizzas where carried to the motel next door, don't think I need to say more and that's why I didn't want the pizzas or could I believe that employees would eat food that has left, then came back! You don't know what could of append to the pizzas!! On top of this not even an apology from them! Not real good customer service! Won't order pizzas from them again and will make sure to share my poor experience with others. Because, by the way they joked and acted about it, I don't think this is the first time wrong orders have left, then came back and given to a nother customer.
