When the doors opened, we were told that of their 11 tables, the only one available was a table for four. The remaining tables had been reserved for parties of five or more. No alternative was offered--not even a later seating, assuming one existed. We left and went to El Charro Beer instead, where we were promptly seated despite having no reservation. We enjoyed excellent service, drinks, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and coffee--all for roughly one-third to one-half the cost per person of a single entree at The Pasta House. Based on customer service and reservation management alone, we won't be returning to The Pasta House.
