    Gluten-free Four Corners (add mushrooms)!!
    Mike D.

I'm a fan of Pitalian! The gluten-free pizza crust is a bit too dense, but overall offers a well-seasoned flavor and crunchiness... although the toppings are really where it's at! I went with the Four Corners specialty with red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and two types of salami... and I added mushrooms - a truly wonderful flavor profile! We sat outside in one of the covered seating areas to enjoy the views... and stayed safe from the intermittent downpours! Service was friendly and informative... and helpful in offering to-go boxes bc we ordered too much. Overall rating: ****FOUR STARS**** Gluten-free Rating: ****FOUR STARS****

The food was all pretty good but I've for sure had better. Service was fast and then didn't talk to anyone after our order was taken. The vibe was good and they had great music!

Service was super friendly and helpful. It was a bit busy on a Saturday night, but they kept the tables cleared and everything was clean and comfortable. A bit of a mixed review from our family. I really enjoyed my mushroom pizza with a few extra things added on. We didn't really like the elote pizza. The thin crust was good and all the toppings were really fresh. You get your food super fast. Faster than most fast food restaurants. The spinach choke dip was OK. It is served cold here. I've had it served both warm and cold and it's definitely a taste preference .

EXCELLENT SERVICE from EVERY SINGLE PERSON working there! Kudos to the management! I was happy to see this restaurant opened at the hotel I always stay when I'm show low for my snowboard trips. Their pizza was pretty good. I loved the cheese they used on their margherita pizza. I tried my bf's gluten free pasta and it was pretty good. I don't like gluten free pasta that much but theirs was pretty not bad. Restaurant is very spacious and comfortable. I also like their mocktail.

This place was surprisingly really good! We've had similar places that create your own pizza but this place had better crust and better quality toppings. We've got a bbq chicken pizza, mushroom spinach pizza, margherita pizza and a gluten free pizza. All were really good and came out piping hot. The place is connecting to a hotel (Marriott Townplace) so it's fairly new and the restrooms are nice too. The staff was really nice and helpful, as well as patient with us ordering. They have a full bar with beers to choose from and cocktails and wine. Happy Hour on Monday to Thursday.

Meal set combination. Great staple - The image shows a wooden table with a meal consisting of a sandwich with lettuce and grilled bread, a bowl of creamy pasta with vegetables and cheese, a bag of Deli-style potato chips, and a large Pepsi soft drink in a cup with a blue straw. The table is set with a fork and spoon on a napkin. The background features a restaurant interior with black chairs and a patterned floor.

The food was a very generous amount. I had the pasta and Sandwich and it was fantastic. The service was very quick and staff was very friendly. Music ambiance is very stress relieving as well.

Salads - Two salads are presented in round aluminum containers on a wooden table. The salads contain chopped lettuce, croutons, and toppings, with one salad having additional ingredients like sliced vegetables and possibly berries. Small containers of dressing are placed on top of the salads. Additional food containers and small cups are visible around the salads, indicating a meal setting.

Amazing. Finally a great food place here in show low. We stayed at the Hampton and tried this place. Great customer service and clean environment. We ordered: Chicken parm pasta Large house salad Small Ceaser Sausage soup Cookies and cream ice cream

Came in for dinner one night while in town. Go up to the counter and order off the menu or customize the pizza the way you like it. They bake pizza pretty fast, while I was ordering my wine from a bar, they were able to deliver my pizza. Pizza was so tasty, its largest portion size to eat on your own. Reasonably priced and very friendly service. Bar staff was also friendly. My glass of wine was only about $8. Due to the elevation, I took it easy on my drinks. Located within a Marriott group hotel, across from the parking lot of a Hilton group hotel.

Two pizzas are shown in open cardboard pizza boxes. The pizza on the left has sausage, tomato sauce, and melted cheese. The pizza on the right has ham, red onions, tomatoes, and cheese. The pizzas are placed on a dark surface, with the boxes slightly overlapping.

We picked up pizza to go and it was pretty decent. A few misses: the size of the pizza for the price. My mornay sauce was soooo salty. The Italian Soda was not good. The dough was really good! The basic Caesar salad was really good, I liked the dressing.

Izza Meatballs and Margherita Pizza - A round Neapolitan-style pizza with a slightly charred crust, topped with basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce, is placed on a white plate. Next to it, a rectangular dish contains three meatballs covered with tomato sauce and grated cheese. The setting is on a wooden table with black plates and utensils nearby, suggesting an outdoor dining environment.

Fresh from the brick oven, pizza lovin'! I finally got the chance to try the pizza at Pitalian ever since they opened months ago. Pitalian in Show Low has a nice ambiance, and we enjoyed our meal while sitting on the patio, looking at the lush green on one side and the passing cars on the highway. The inside of the pizza place is also spacious and inviting. We ordered the Izza Meatballs, the classic Margherita pizza, and a S. Pellegrino drink. The meatballs were flavorful, especially with the creamy white sauce that complemented them perfectly. The Margherita pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and that classic taste you expect. Service was just on time. Pitalian offers a unique BYOP (Build Your Own Pitalian) option, where you can choose up to four toppings for your pizza. They also take pride in their Marra Forni pizza oven from Italy, which can cook pizzas in just 130 seconds at 650 degrees. Besides pizza, you can also pasta, salads, appetizers, and soups. We enjoyed our casual meal, and I'm looking forward to trying their bruschetta and buffalo chicken on my next visit.

    Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza

Wanting to escape the valley heat, a friend and I embarked on a road trip to Show Low. I've been craving pizza for a while and Pitalian was our destination. The inside was very open and inviting. Without knowing anything about this place, I thought that it would be a regular dining type pizza joint. It's actually very similar to Fired Pie, Pieology and MOD Pizza. You select the ingredients as they prepare your pizza for you. They have a large brick oven from Italy that cooks your pizza at 650 degrees in 120 seconds! I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and had them add mushrooms to it. My friend ordered the Pitalian 4 Corners Pizza with four different meats. I also ordered some Cinnamon Puff Bread for desert. The pizza was brought out to us quickly. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and they were delicious! Some people will probably complain about some charring of the top of the pizza. It's normal! It's inevitable when you cook a pizza at high heat. Not knowing the exact science of these type of overs, I believe a lot of the heat and cooking if applied from the top, which causes the dough to bubble and sometimes char. It adds character and some flavor to the pizza. The staff was impressive as they were very helpful and extremely attentive. My overall experience here was excellent and I would not hesitate to go back and try some of their other menu offerings.

Build your own, red sauce, Mozzarella, Kalamata, onion, red bell peppers (not roasted) jalapeno and pepperoni.

We understand Cattlemen's Steakhouse and Lounge has been in Show Low for quite some time, but cannot compare it to anything prior to February 8, 2026. We understand a remodel occurred in early 2025 and have seen a few pictures of the 'old' look to compare to what we experienced. Overall as far as the decor, it looked nice and the booths were comfortable, however the chandeliers with the bright white LED lights are out of place and annoying! The ambience of a rustic steakhouse should be comforting and relaxing, not cause anxiety due to bright lighting. If the bulbs were softer and less bright white more similar to old fashioned incandescent lights it would probably be fine, but those bulbs are just awful. Yes, it's nice to be able to see your food, but those bulbs make you feel like you are eating in a Walmart. As for decor on the walls, it's too bland and generic and from pictures of the old place, the rustic cowboy look is virtually non existent compared to what was on the walls before. Sometimes less remodeling is better than gutting and removing everything and replacing it with something totally different. It reminded us of the Show Low Cafe as they removed ALL evidence of what was there before that made the place charming and feel LOCAL. Both SLC and Cattlemen's would fit in just fine in a big city now with no evidence left of the previous local charm and art from the looks of it other than the outside of the buildings. I am guessing that many of the locals may feel that they are being thrown under the bus in favor of attracting new customers from faraway places that may have bigger bank accounts. As far as our meal is concerned we actually were pleased for the most part. That evening someone in the kitchen ruined the clam chowder soup by putting broccoli in it. To be fair, the waitress (Stephanie-very nice) did warn us about it and said we could get something else if we didn't like it. We tried it and it tasted like both soup pots were just combined to make one soup. It didn't taste anything like clam chowder, but it wasn't disgusting, so we ate it. A bit on the salty side, but it was edible. That's a huge mistake to make; hopefully the person that made it learned not to do it again. My husband ordered the $45 Filet Mignon and I ordered the $35 12 oz Ribeye. Both of our steaks were cooked properly and tasted very good. The Ribeye could have used a bit more seasoning, but the flavor of the steak itself was very good. The baked potatoes were quite small and I couldn't even cut through the skin on mine, so that was disappointing, as I like to eat the peel of the potato if it's baked right. It was a bit shocking to be served the steak and potato on a normal sized dinner plate where most of the plate was empty. Apparently the soup or salad is included as one of the side options and not above and beyond the 2 sides included in the meal. I remember the days when you got soup or salad and 2 options meant you get 2 side options and soup or salad. At least that was the way things normally went at a restaurant other than a fast food place. It was nice that the menu stated that bread is served upon request, so we didn't sit there and just wait for the bread and not have a clue that you have to ask for it for it to come to your table. Our waitress was very nice and the servers were nice and our meal was served in a timely manner, so no complaints in the service department. Have read that this place has new owners and food quality and service have gone downhill since change of ownership--cannot comment on that other than to say to any 'new' owners or any old owners looking to remodel or refresh an existing long time establishment, it isn't wise to remove all evidence of what existed prior to the remodel or refresh or change in owners. You don't throw the baby out with the bathwater if you want to continue to exist, especially in a small town where the locals that live there year round consist of your most likely customers on a consistent basis. Coming from someone coming from a big city environment down south, that is why we leave the city--to experience local places with local ambience and locally inspired decor that reflects the town we are visiting or moving to and are different than what we have in the big city. Don't just copy and paste what the big corporate owned chain restaurants or stores in the big cities are doing, that's not what most people are looking for. We can get that by spending our money at Outback or The Keg or the likes of those places. We choose your establishment because it is locally owned (hopefully) and different than the usual chain restaurants or stores.
