We go to this subway at least twice a week. This location always has the best customer service (special shout out to Dave). On top of that I always get the best sandwich ever, I feel there actually trying to make the best sandwich for me, which is greatly appreciated. So we did an online order tonight for the first time. My husband went in to pick it up and some door dasher had already took our order for someone else. The employees were nice enough to remake our order but one of our sandwiches was a meatball pepperoni and they had used the last of the meatballs on the sandwich that was taken. So they had to defrost meatballs in the microwave which made it rubbery. There has to be a better way to ensure customers are given their correct orders. Maybe keep the orders behind the counter until customers get there and verify the correct name and order cuz apparently delivery drivers can't be trusted to pay attention. My mother stopped into this Subway on Sunday, August 17, 2025, and as we usually do, since I was 15 miles away she asked the cashier if she could put me on speaker to give him my order and he told her he's not allowed to do that. Well, first of all, you might want to check with every other Subway on the mountain because we literally do it every Sunday AND Wednesday at this store and every other and this guy was the first person to ever give me that load of bull. I worked in fast food for many years and no manager will ever tell you not to accommodate a paying customer. And for that matter, he didn't even have to touch the phone, she could've just held up the phone while on speaker. On top of this crap after he told her to relay the order to him herself he proceeded to walk away and help someone while she was actually telling him what I wanted. I asked my mom to get his name and she didn't want to do that, so I'll just say he was there around 3 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2025, and he might want to consider finding a job that doesn't involve customer service. read more

First time in a long time at this Subway. Service was great and store was clean. Food was also good.

I stopped to get a sandwich on my way home. I asked for Swiss cheese and was told they have it anymore so I asked for provolone and was told the same thing. All they had was pepper jack, American and mozzerella. I chose mozzerella. When I went to pay I found that they charge me an extra dollar for the cheese. read more

15% off all foot long subs was the first thing I saw, when I was getting ready to order 3 foot longs. Put my order in and immediately received a call from one of the workers asking if we ordered at the right place and that they weren't doing any promotions. It said it right there on your page, when I ordered? Ya, well that's the corporate and the owners aren't doing that. So, you're not going to honor that, even though that's what it said on your page? No. Well, then cancel my order. Ok, it'll be 3-5 days before your money is refunded. WTH?! They lost a $30 order, because of that. Got up to the front and ordered a 6 inch tuna on white with onions and pickles went to pay and now the internet wasn't working. I come here for lunch all the time. My lunch time is weird, at 2 o clock usually, but they're always open. I walked up today, and the door was locked. There wasn't any signs, and the "open" sign was lit. I just figured maybe someone forgot to put the sign out, but as I was walking away I saw a couple workers inside talking. One looked at me so I mouthed to her "closed?" But instead of nodding or shaking her head she just turned back around and proceeded to talk to the other girl working with her. I stood there for a second hoping that they would either realize the door was locked, or come tell me there was a problem but they just stood there talking to each other. If a machine went down, or whatever that's fine. But atleast hang a sign, or turn the sign off that clearly marks that the store is open. I watched 3 or 4 more people walk up to the door as well with the same response. So frustrating. read more

I called to report 3 cases of food poisoning. I was brushed off by the manager and told, "Those teenage boys were the only complaints for that day. She was sure the owner would say the same thing". In other words, it was a total brush off and they assumed ZERO responsibility for their actions. I would stay as far away from this Subway as I could. I have only been to this subway only a handful of times due to it being my post-ski resort choice, however, over those times I have notice something that is always consistent about this subway, the men's bathroom is always out of paper towels (this Saturday it was also out of toilet paper too) and the employees never wash there hands after returning from either a break or another duty (this time the employee was taking out the trash) I am not sure if this employee realized that when you touch clean gloves with dirty hands, it contaminates the gloves, luckily for the employee she was also not wearing a name-tag so her name will not be mentioned. Unfortunately for this store it will not be receiving my business, the only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because the other girls (Stephanie) who I did see wash her hands once while I was there, had a great attitude and smiled to the guests, Hopefully management will see this post and act upon it. read more
