Panda express one of my favorite asian restaurants with many different locations, they have many varieties of items in the menu, I ordered a bigger plate as usual, my favorite is orange chiken with rice and vegetables, this time i feel sad because the pricing have been increased and the size of the food have been reduced including the extra sides that have an extra charge, probably i will replace this store. Food was good as usual made with fresh ingredients, store was clean as the restroom, service was fast and friendly, I recommend to use de app to get a faster service, I usually order online. read more

Panda Express - Orange Chicken Panda Cub Meal™ - Chinese Near Me - Roswell, New Mexico

I quit coming here years ago because the service was so bad. Today I thought I'd run through just real fast and grab a quick lunch but I have already been in the line for over 25 minutes waiting and still have not been served. It's busy but not that busy everything's already cooked usually and if not they should pass those people along and move on to the next person while the other one waits in line read more

Don't stop here the drive thru is dissponting they have taken over 20 minutes to get my meal ready

Come here couple times and the Joseph who put my meal put it like I'm child little portion on bigger plate

Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes. They added no sauce that I asked for, my walnut shrimp had only three walnuts in two orders of it. This is not the first time they forget sauces or hardly give any walnuts. Tonight was my last order for Panda. read more

We know the food is good and the restaurant is clean. The problem is that it is too small. We arrived around 430pm-ish on a Saturday night hoping to beat the crowds. There were at least 10 cars in the drive thru. We went inside and it was backed up halfway into the dining room. It was so uncomfortable because we were inches from people eating. We were blocking when the diners needed to get up or to get a drink... After 10 minutes, we moved up once! Several more people had come in and it was backed up to the restroom almost. Need to expand or offer a 2nd location. We left. read more

So I was wondering why there are so many negative reviews, and then realized that they're over a year old. So I'll update it! This place is amazing. Good food, as always. But the main thing people were saying is the service. The people are so nice! When my mom and I walked in, they greeted us and were very patient and kind while we ordered. When they didn't have the apple pie rolls and the veggie spring roll, we still ordered it and they brought it out to us!! We didn't have to wait next to the counter, like I usually had to do at other locations. The music is the perfect volume. Not too loud, just perfect. Kind of like Starbucks ambience. While sitting and eating our food, I'm pretty sure it was the manager, who came around to check on everyone and make sure they were doing all good. Loved the service, food, all of it!! We will definitely be coming back. read more

Don't bother going when they first open. Food tastes like it was old from overnight/cold ,drive-through lady (receipt says Sylvia b) barely fills my kids portions and is always super unfriendly. It's a constant. As a customer who drives out of their way into town for panda express, Definitely go 5pm- close. Food is fresh then and staff is very friendly at that time. read more

Let's start with the manager! Today July 29, 2023, whoever the manager was, that man was giving customers and employees bad attitude. This guy needs to get fired quick! Good portions were so cutback, it was ridiculous. No lids by the drink machine so my wife asked for a lid and the manager already had the attitude. And tables were super dirty but a nice employee got to them quick. read more

Waited in line in the drive thru for literally 45 minutes!!! I couldn't get out of line because there isn't a way out. Just in and out. 45 minutes!! Ridiculous! read more

alexis seemed miserable. there was no positive customer service, yes it was busy but how hard it is to smile and say "have a good day". basic human manners are taight as a kid sucks seeing an adult act like one. read more

Food was always good especially the orange chicken. Service in drive thru fairly quick and employees usually always pleasant.

If I could give zero stars I would , showed up at 10:30 when it says they open , waited outside for 15 mins still weren't open , so I went thru drive thru , and they said they only have a few things available and were rude , they seem lazy and like they don't wanna work. Poor Management read more

This location is constantly rude, running out of food, and more than 45 minutes late to have food ready for a pickup order. We love Panda Express and have kept going back trying to be patient and understanding thinking maybe things will get better, especially with Covid, but this restaurant location continues to be a disappointment. Staff does not communicate with customers or each other. They were trying to work hard but no one was communicating. We ordered online for pickup and waited for more than 45 minutes while they continued to serve drive thru and grubhub orders but ignored the line of people inside the store that now wrapped around the outside. They ran out of multiple types of food. Did not offer any sort of discount or refund for the order after almost an hour. They weren't understaffed at all, there was 8 people working, just completely under trained. Disappointed. Will not be spending money Update: got home (we live only 5 minutes away) the food is stale and cold. The portions are very lacking, and they messed up on the order. How anyone can mess up an order they've had for over an hour is beyond me. read more

Traveling to visit family after all this covid stuff and found yelp! It has helped me decide where to eat and stop many times over. Stopped at panda express and it was very good. Very busy but fast service food tasted quite good. For a fast food type of food it's definitely a winner! read more

Had a very Bad experience today at the restaurant. A worker named Karen. Was very rude to me and my daughter. We were simply trying to order food and she made it seem like we were wasting her time while making exhausted faces when my daughter was trying to pick something out. I don't understand how someone like that can work in the food industry when you greet people all day. Will not be returning. read more

The food is good and all but I got orange chicken and chow mein and when I got the bowl it wasn't orange chicken or chow mein just broccoli and rice with barely any beef so I asked them about it and they said that they can't take back the food so he gave us the chow mein and orange chicken in separate boxes and when I opened the chow mein it was good and filled to the top but then I opened the orange chicken and it was still beef but only like 4 pieces. read more

Despite the poor reviews, we tried it anyway. Food was wonderful and one of the more flavorful Panda Express we have ate at. Service was good. They are not the friendliest bunch of servers, but not rude by any means. Ambiance was busy. It was a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was full. read more

I give 5 STARS for serving generously like most of Chinese food, they're known of their GENEROUS SERVINGS. Though most Panda Express I have tried serves a little this one is generous. Food flavors is AWESOME as always and warm coz it's freshly cooked. read more

Please go elsewhere. I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes to even get to the speaker. Went to order my food was told they were out of one of my entrees and then it would be another 15-20 minutes for the other. Panda Express - a takeout container with rice, broccoli, and chicken - Chinese Near Me - Roswell, New Mexico

A bowl with "broccoli beef" this is the LEAST amount of food I've ever received from Panda Express. Extremely disappointed and probably won't be coming back to pay over $7 for some noodles and broccoli. read more

Welp , I have eaten in many places and never , ever written a review good or bad ..... but felt compelled to let this staff and owner know that the lack of customer service and basic decency is so thick inside this establishment you can taste it ! We finally left without even getting most of our order after having waited patiently for over 30 minutes and not offered any refund or EVEN an apology . A smile and a little communication regardless of what's going on ,goes a long way, and it wasn't just us several guests while we were there didn't get their food or the rest of it was cold by the time they did! Thankfully , we were traveling through and will never if given an opportunity to stop in Roswell Nm , stop at Panda Express read more

Usually there extremely good about getting the food out and are very polite. This last visit however was quite unsatisfactory, the lady at the window seemed very annoyed to take our order, when our food was brought to us they seemed like they didn't want to bring it. This was after we waited over 15 minutes for food. I understand having to prepare food especially when your out of the specific food type. We were informed that it would take a bit and we agreed to wait. The food it's self is usually very good and is packed full, this time there was around 4-5 pieces of meat and the rest was nothing but the rice. Again Panda Express is usually a lot better then this maybe it was just a bad day for the workers I'm not sure but this visit was very unsatisfactory. read more

Not a place to eat! Waited for rice and turns out to be undercooked rice was still hard and the service was horrible.

The food is good but the service no. The lady that is serving your food is not the very nice. Her name is Sylvia and if she gets a job working with customers maybe she should work on her social skills and be polite, if you don't like your job quit. Everytime i come in here and she's working her attitude has always been the same. TERRIBLE. she doesn't respect the culture. It also stinks in here like my dog Manchesters ass when he gets nervous. The music bumps tho, so that's a plus. read more

worst food i do not like it bc i ordered rice and orange chicken but it was rice. bad service.

Very distraught from this panda.. they wouldn't let me order more then one meal.... I felt discriminated against because that was panda way of telling me I'm fat.. I wouldn't recommend this for my heavy set friends.. so disappointing.. read more

I love eating at Panda Express and haven't in a year until now. Wtf happened to it. It does taste the same at all. The staff was elsewhere in their mind cause everything had to be repeated due Th I them paying attention to whatever behind them and the cashier girl had to open my to go box 3 times to see what was in it. The shanghai angus steak is new so I got it; wrong choice it's bland at best. The sweet and sour chicken and chow mein noodles are very dry. Also the egg roll was burnt on one end. They were out of 4 of the entrees which I've never seen before at a Panda Express. Hey it is Roswell though read more

Worst service we have ever had. Don't walk....RUN from here. Go ANYWHERE ELSE instead. From burned food, to out of food, to undercooked rice, to the WORST customer service ever, this place was terrible. The one redeeming thing was a sweet young man that rang us up with a helpless look on his face....he was pleasant. The food was completely inedible. The manager WAS the problem. read more

In the drive thru line they ALWAYS seem to be in a rush. They don't wait for you for to finish your order. They don't say thank you (for paying their wage or for coming back). They also at times mess the order up.. Go inside and don't use the drive thru. They need slight help on cleaning the bathrooms more read more

Where do I start... When this place first opened, they were on it. But, I wanted to wait at least a few weeks before writing my review. I've been to Panda Express four times since its opening. And the service has gotten worse each and every time. Even when it's not busy, it seems they're always running out of one dish and you end up waiting for something to get cooked. The workers behind the counter have a hard time hearing your orders. I have to attribute that to the loudness of all the tvs in the restaurant. The food is the saving grace. It's good, not the greatest, but good. However, I will be returning to my local favorites that I've been neglecting since its opening. I'll hit up the Panda if the other places are closed. read more

Panda Express is normally really good. This location is very hit or miss. Almost NEVER have any ice in the dining area for drinks. Second, the vegetables are often undercooked. Walked into the dining room to order once at 5 minutes after they were supposed to close it. Was told to leave and go through the drive through. We did, and as we sat in the parking lot eating, we watched some people walk in the front door, order food, and sit down to eat. Not sure what that was about, but as we were driving through, we didn't think it was too cool. read more

Panda Express is very good.a little under cooked on the shrimp. Other than that its very high quality. If you ask for sweet tea they give you green tea. read more

If I could give this store manager negative stars for BAD ATTITUDE I would. Short manager lady literally rolled her eyes after I asked fir a basic condiment for my chicken. It's like this every time!!! Store owner please tell me you can find someone else who demonstrates more respect to your customers. It seems like the other staff are always trying to not mess up as they are walking on eggshells around short manager lady. Keep up the good work team! Please show your customers some respect short manager lady. read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Roswell, New Mexico

Usually good, but bad tonite. When we brought the food home, we discovered that my BF had shrimp, instead of the chicken he ordered. My Wok-Fried Shrimp had no pea pods. And my Chinese veggies were a big pile of undercooked broccoli with a bunch of parsley. Parsley?? When I attempted to contact a mgr. I was told all mgrs. were at lunch. When I asked when they would return, I was told, 'Oh, an hour. Hour-and-a-half'. Really, any employee, esp. a mgr., can take that long a lunch? And the place closes in 2 hours! I will keep trying to talk to a mgr. Thinking it's a franchise. The Panda in Rio Rancho is horrible. Someone commented that this PE is hit-or-miss. I've found that to be true of most restaurants in Roswell. At least as compared to the same restaurants in other cities. read more

I am not impressed by this restruant. I have eaten at far better Panda Expresses. Food is never warm. Very disappointing. They are always low on napkins or out of them, or low on tea. If you let them know they are out of something they say they will take care of, but they never do. Tables are dirty. Unfriendly servers. Bad service. Music is too loud and you have to talk over it. Its a restruant not a bar. read more

I wish I could rate this with more stars. I love Panda Express, and I nearly fell over when I found out Roswell was getting one. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back. Customer service is non-existent. I ate there at 6:30, and almost everything on the serving line had run out. The place was filthy- we couldn't find a clean table, the trashes were overflowed with trash all around the floor of the trash can where it had spilled out. There were no forks or napkins so we had to ask them to refill them, in which the cashier rolled her eyes. I know this is a new place and its JAM PACKED with people excited to eat there, like I was, but it's no excuse. There were plenty of employees standing around talking that could have cleaned up the place, or helped refill the food. read more
