If the young boy with black curly hair is there...don't order dessert. Our blast was not mixed. Just chucks of ingredients. I ordered a turtle blast that is supposed to have nuts and they are some kind and of very hard crunchy something. They are not nuts. The bathroom is nasty and the charge for a cup of water. What a disappointment for our first time thru Roswell. read more

The drive thru at all Sonic's in Roswell are slow! I have not been happy with the length of time waiting for "fast food". At this location, they have placed paper over the pickup spots for app ordering. They make you sit in the drive thru for your order. Just absolutely bad. My family quit coming to this location a long time ago due to cleaning issues in the store and bad service. Thought I would give it another chance. Bad choice. read more

The service sucks. Manager dosent even tell the workers nothing. The inside is disgusting. When you place an order online when you arrive still takes 25 mins to recieve food. A family member ordered a Oreo blast Medium and they made it half way full. SMH I don't recommend going to this location read more

I was visiting Roswell last week and had a great experience at this Sonic. I went through the drive-thru, the line of cars of which was long since it was around lunch time. Despite that, the line moved fast, due to the drive thru employees' efficiency. The breakfast burrito I ordered was great! It was hot and stuffed with bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, hash browns, and cheese. I had to pull forward but only for a couple of minutes. The sweet lady that brought my order out actually went back into the restaurant and brought me back some green chili! That was so awesome. read more

I'm generally not a fan of reviewing fast food joints, and for the record, I'm also generally a fan of Sonic. I mean, those limeades are the bomb on a hot summer day, right? Speaking of, we popped in this Sonic for some limeades while in town. Rather, we first tried the drive thru and after a painfully long wait we shouted out if we should come in. Sure enough, we heard a response finally that said, "Yeah that would be nice." So in we popped, ordered our limeades and sat down to cool off on a hot afternoon. While there, we observed total chaos! Customers' food sitting in the window that just sat there. The manager asked about it and the employees response was, "Sorry, I'm kinda busy right now." Customers came in and left without ordering. Others came in yelling about their drive thru experience and what was omitted from their order. I swear I even heard some F-bombs being uttered back in the kitchen. How management tolerates this is amazing. If I lived in this area I'd never come back, and unfortunately, that may be the only way management does anything to correct the poor performance, only after they see customers no longer coming in. read more

When I dined here it was previous to the current remodel and it was a very simple looking building. In fact my first thought was this had to of previously been White Castle. It had their same exact features!!! Aside from that this store was quite different than any other Sonic's that I have been to in the country. It was actually a sit down restaurant as most fast food restaurants are. Even more indication that it may have been a White Castle in another life! :) I went through the drive thru and ordered just a beverage. There was little wait time, the beverage was correct and the cashier was polite. Easy peasy! It then occurred to me that something very important was missing. There were no stalls! That's why it's called Drive In!! You pull into one of many stalls, order and a carhop skates out to your car with your order in hand. You sit in your vehicle and enjoy your food. There certainly was plenty of room for stalls so what happened to them?? You're missing out on the complete Sonic experience. There's only one conclusion as to what happened to their stalls. One of Roswell's famous UFO's came down and beamed them up onto their planet for the aliens to enjoy! :) read more

Surprised that there's so many Sonic locations per capita in such a small town, but to eat their own (yes, that was on purpose). 2nd indoor Sonic I've been to. Don't know if it was because a windstorm had just rolled through or because they haven't cleaned in the afternoon, but there were papers scattered everywhere, receipts, and wrappers (don't know if that is a reflection of what their kitchen looks like). There was only one cashier and it was taking forever, as the couple in front of me ordered $30+ worth of food (who does that). Then, it was another wait. People that had ordered after me were showing on the screen that their food was ready. Ocean water was good and cheese sticks nice and hot for the price. Went for something easy read more

Sonics is a family favorite but this location has very slow service. Cranberry limeade is the best ever. Don't waste you're time on the lime slushes. They don't have any flavor and my little boy was disappointed. Also the nerds in the slushes are not the best idea. I'd skip that add in. read more

This is a Sonic like I've never been in...like a regular fast food place. Counter, etc. Service was friendly, food was fine. Restrooms were clean. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Roswell, New Mexico

I love sonic, recently moved here and came to this location for some half priced shakes at 1130 5/9/18. I had someone in the parking lot yell to my car "hey, we're closed". I asked the person over the intercom who the manager was and we we're told "Jessica Montoya, she's out there in the parking lot" I thought that was weird since they were supposed to be open till midnight so since we were really wanting sonic shakes we went to the sonic father south on north main. We waited over 10 minutes for three shakes and one of our shakes had rotting banana in it. Asked the drive thru attendant if they were connected with the sonic up north and he said they were. Maybe the DM should contact me before I post more negative reviews on the sonic restaurants in Roswell NM. read more

We love Sonic, however, this is the worst that we have ever been to. We were there to get two route 44 ice teas. The drive through was really long so we went inside. Got there at 3:30 pm, two people ahead of us. We finally gave our order at 3:56. We got our two route 44's at 4:05. 35 minutes to get two drinks. Will NEVER go to that location again. I also saw an employee drop something on the floor, pick it up and put it in a drive through bag. Just disgusting. read more

Bruh. We repeated SWEET tea 3 times. Then asked for 3 corn dogs with ketchup and a small chili cheese tot (repeated chili cheese twice). They made cheese tots instead and so we pulled up to wait on the right order. Didn't even get sweet tea and they forgot the corn dogs and the ketchup. Went back in and came out with the corn dogs no ketchup. Idk if they need a new speaker or what but sonic disappoints me 60% of the time no matter the location so what should I expect at this point. Update: no fork either so I'll have to wait 2 hours till I can eat my tots read more

Can I give zero stars? This place just can't figure out how to get orders right. I after the third or fourth order TOTALLY wrong that maybe there was some sort of miscommunication with their systems because it's so bad. One time they actually got irritated with me for asking for the drink they forgot and they tried to argue the fact when the drink was on my receipt. Totally horrendous management here read more

This sonic has gone down hill the service is so slow and half the time my order isn't right the burgers are made sloppy and a mess when you take them out of the bag. Also what happen to putting fruit in the drinks every time I get a drink with cherry there's never any cherries. Sonic use to be the best food and drinks and I would go out of my way to get a drink or eat there now I don't. read more

Truly the worst sonic I've been to. EVER. I've lived all over the country and travel for work, so I've been to a fair few, but this one is an absolute waste of real estate. It's very close to my house, so my laziness has afforded it more opportunities to redeem itself than it deserved, and i'd say 8/10 times I've been, they've been out of what I came to order, the kids working there can barely be bothered to help you, and when they do, it's a snails pace while they chat with their non-employee friends. Tonight was the last straw...and they actually had what I came to get! A late night sweet tooth combined with a well timed commercial for a molten chocolate lava cake sundae persuaded me to give them another go. I think these kids have no idea what "molten" means, as every part of my sundae was cold. Even the "hot" fudge. Had I wanted cold cake and ice cream, I could have saved the 2 block long drive and the change back into pants! NEVER AGAIN. read more

I don't think they've gotten my order right one single time in the 5 times I've been to this Sonic. Embarrassing.
