The frozen pre made Dilly Bar was ok. I remember when they were made in the stores and were much better. This location needs a total refresher. The parking lot isn't Senior Friendly. Need new black top it's full of holes. Also needs lighting upgrade. You can only put lipstick on an outdated facility so long. read more

I had to download an entire app to leave a review and I am not even this kind of person. I was treated with such disrespect in this store it was insane. Just don't go to this establishment. There is a reason why it's empty every time I drive past. read more

Love their blizzards! They offer doggy cups for free! My pups love it! Fast moving drive through read more

I am not one to ever leave a review, so please heed these words. If you are considering giving this place a chance despite the many bad reviews, DO NOT. When we arrived, there were 6-7 people milling about in the area, waiting for food (mainly ice cream). The kitchen was smoky, like something caught fire. After ordering, we were waiting for 30-40 minutes, during which time the crew was arguing, and taking their sweet time getting icecream out. Many customers were waiting at least 15 minutes to get 1. Blizzard. We watched at least one person ask for a refund, as they were tired of waiting. On our part, we waited FOREVER to get our meals, which were apparently sitting on the warmer (no idea when they were actually made) and they never announced our number or made an effort to make us aware. Even when no customers were in the drive thru or in the dining area, they were pretty much just ignoring us till we went and asked for our food or a refund. When we got our food, it was (obviously) not hot, and the fries were so, so undercooked. I am an avid lover of DQ normally, and have never encountered such an awful experience anywhere, even at gas stations. Also, the bathroom doors have codes on them to get in. Not friendly. read more

Wow!!! Worst Dairy Queen I have visited! Never have I felt as I was inconveniencing someone who works at a restaurant the lady that took my order was rude, unpleasant and annoyed when I asked for extra ice. This was very unfortunate because the food was great but will never return due to the shitty service and attitude of the employee taking my order read more

Staff was very friendly. Food was delivered fast. Restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was inviting and friendly

My wife is not a fan of fast food places. Our friends love Dairy Queen restaurants so they wanted her to try them. Well, the mission was not a success. She ordered a shake, and it was not very good. It was very liquidy. Even our friends blizzards were not good. The staff member did not turn them upside down before giving it to them as would usually be the case. If they had turned those blizzards upside down, then everything would have fallen out. Very disappointing experience for my wife and our friends. I was the only one who ended up with something tasty. My strawberry sundae was good. The young man who assisted my wife and I was terrific. The woman who assisted our friends was awful. Overall, it was a two star experience. read more

See all

Went to the North one and they ran out of strawberry so decided to give the one on Second St a try. Tell me why we had to wait 22 minutes for the truck in front of us to move! The man at the window was like 80 years old so that could be a reason? At that point I chose to not even get our order as the wait time was already ridiculous enough. And we could not just get out of line due to them having some concrete barriers that make you drive through. This place has been going downhill for years but tonight was just ridiculous. Never going back again. read more

so many bugs everywhere the bathroom was gross and no one had any hair nets and it was just bad like we went back in 3 times because they kept messing up the order and they were just yelling in the back to whole time plus the ice cream machine was down like what in a dairy queen like come on read more

03/03/24 - The customer service at this location is hit or miss but the food quality has always been good. We eat here at least once a week and the burgers are hot and fresh. The chicken strips are great with country gravy. Better pricing than other fast food and of course DQ ice cream! read more

If I can rate this store zero, I would. The attitude of the lady with wrist tattoo was unfriendly. The hot fudge sundae I bought was already melting when I received it and it had very small amount of hot fudge. I wish I took photo of it so I have a proof of how small the sundae was. When I nicely asked if I can have extra sundae, the lady with the tattoo had an attitude before she gave it to me. It's unfortunate because the other staff seemed nice. My husbands blizzard was so melted when he got it that if they turned it upside down like they were supposed to, it would have splattered on the floor. If you can avoid this place at all cost, please do. read more

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen location that I've ever been to! We ordered six items two small Hartford Sundays two small chocolate dipped cones a mini thin mint blizzard and a peanut butter/hot fudge Sunday. They were rude on the drive-through speaker then when we got up to the window to pay the lady didn't say a word just grab my card for me and slam the window. I noticed they grab a premade dip cone from a refrigerator and hand me one of those although I didn't say anything I just let it go it's pretty bad when they can't quickly make a fresh dipped cone for an order. Then after giving me everything except for the two hot fudge sundaes the guy says have a good night and slams the window again. I knock on the window and say hey we're still missing two Sundays he says what I said two small Sundays with extra hot fudge he doesn't say a word slams the window goes away then comes back hands me the two small hot fudge sundaes doesn't say a word again and slams the window again. The worst service I've had from a Dairy Queen probably ever. Save your money and go somewhere else who knows what they did to the food. If I could give you zero stars I would they need to shut this place down and start over. read more

The food is great and the people are friendly. :) Dairy Queen is a wonderful treat every time. read more

This place is filthy. Person taking order was new. No one to assist him. Forget the bathroom.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. I just figured Dairy Queen was safe. The employee was new and didn't know how to order my Mushroom Swiss burger meal. He kept asking me what number it was, but it isn't a number listed on the board. It took forever to get my food. It was cold and my Mushroom Swiss burger had lettuce, mayo and Swiss - no Mushrooms! WHAT??? The fries were old. Nothing was handled properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE read more

This has to be the worst DQ I've ever been to in my life. Six people standing around looking at each other while nothing gets done. I think the universe is telling me I need to stop coming to the chain. read more

Disorganized. Chaos. This place is doomed to fail. They gave our food to the drive up window and when I had waited ten more minutes they forgot what we ordered. read more

Took my family out for a treat this evening but got nothing but an awful attitude. After receiving two extremely soupy blizzards, my husband brought it to the window server's attention. She said, "That's how it always is when you add the stuff" I'm guessing she's not aware of how blizzards work, regardless of ingredients, you can turn them upside down. She proceeded to argue with us before finally taking the blizzard back and making it again. She was obviously not happy. I also had her remake the second blizzard. She handed it back with a brief "sorry." If there was a problem with the restaurant's equipment, a simple explanation would have been okay. I'd even be fine with an apology for making it wrong. Instead the employee chose to argue with us about an item we regularly purchase from the very same establishment. We will never come back. read more

If I could've chosen no stars I would have. Gross. Disorganized. Dirty. More flies than my barn. Trying to eat and keep the flies off of ourselves was a full time job. No tacos? Isn't this New Mexico??? Just pass it by. Allsups for a burrito would be better. read more

Let the story begin. I order my food, wait about 20 minutes. I see the car in front of me has to pull away from the window up to the front, I pull up to the window. They ask me if I had ordered what I had ordered, I said yes, they told me the price, I payed on card. She then says "we charged you for the wrong order" I say "that sucks" she looks around at the 20 other girls working there and one says "just give him his food". Oh we're not done yet. I have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes while they get my food out to me, meanwhile the manager is outside talking to the truck that pulled forward for the same amount of time that I am waiting for my order. While I receive my food one piece at a time I look in and see the girls standing in a circle around my chicken strips. WTF! Finally after 10 more minutes I get my chicken strips and drive off. I still eat here tho cause it's the only choice I have. read more
