03/15/26- Besides the fact quality of Pizza Hut has gone in the toilet this particular restaurant is terrible. They have no soda fountains so all soda are in cans and priced high. Pizza takes forever to get once ordered. No salad bar and a crappy buffet. read more

Pizza is good but it's not consistent. Don't get me wrong, for the price is totally worth it but like I said, not consistent. Staff is always friendly when I drive up for my order though ! read more

This pizza hut is always out of some ingredients. The pizza hut app takes an hour and a half to navigate. Not worth the stress it causes.

This used to be a great pizza place, but now horrible customer service- cold hard pizza tonight too. I had to take it back get my money. I will no longer waste my money there as the new staff need some training and higher standards. read more

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Stopped in Roswell passing through. Ordered delivery 9:15 Said it would be 30 minutes. Only to not get order. Got refunded but no damn call letting is know you cancelled the order. 2 small kids hungry. Shame on you!!! read more

Here for a road trip, didn't feel like driving to the store so we stayed at our hotel and ordered for delivery. (Days Inn -literally 4 mins drive) ordered at 6:14pm... called them 22 mins ago and still on hold with them not sure what they are checking. All we were told was they weren't able to dispatch any deliveries out including ours... it's been over an hour and no phone calls were made to us telling us the issue. It is now currently 7:59pm, driving to the store now to get a refund (while still on hold with the guy that picked up our call. 26 mins hold) 8:35pm edit: (46 mins on hold in total) Drove to the store, husband went in and waited in line with 3 other customers with the same issue. One worker told my husband that they have our orders ready to go, but who wants an order that's been sitting on their shelf for over an hour. Told them no on the order and got a refund instead. This store is consistently short on service. We have got carry out for years because of the food. The issue is the incorrect orders, the slow service, the inconsistent recovery from errors, the occasional impolite personnel. The window help tonight was fairly good and professional. The kitchen help dropped the initial order on the floor had to remake the order while I waiited in the car pickup line. The order was not what we ordered or usually get with the our normal phone order. I tried to put this comment in the Pizza Hut webpage but it would not let it be done so I came to yelp to vent my longtime frustrations. read more

I ordered two pizzas and two order of wings. One pizza was a stuffed crust. Crust wasn't stuffed but they sure charged me for the stuff crust. Wings weren't tossed in the sauce. They just put the sauce on the bottom of the bowl and threw the dry wings on topped. They also took about 10 minutes to come to the window when I pulled up. I could see the employees threw the window just standing around. I had to call the store and let them know I was there. I asked for parm cheese and red chili flakes. They took another 5 minutes grabbing them. All that wait just for my whole order to be wrong. Just take the longer drive and go to the south store read more

They said 30 to 35 minutes for delivery. I swear we waited almost 20. Very friendly and polite. Great salad and great wings. The pizza was custom for mostly veggies. We loved it. Ordering again tonight. read more

It took about thirty minutes to get our drinks. No joke. The only reason we didn't make such a big deal about it is 'cause my party was pretty caught up in a conversation. Once we got our drinks and food, we had to ask for plates and silverware and the order of wings was grossly undercooked. Most travelers choose chain restaurants because they feel like it'll be like all the rest and there are standards that all of the restaurants must keep up with, but holy moly, this was bad. read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever dealt with. We had been here traveling, were at a hotel, and had a simple delivery consisting of a pizza, wings, and ranch dressing. The order was incorrect and the driver said she would correct it within 10 minutes. She never returned. I called the restaurant and spoke to Kalmb, the manager and told her the situation. She could have cared less. She said she would not be able to correct the order for 45 minutes to an hour because there were other orders she had to fill. Clearly she had no clue about customer service and only cared about the next sale. We felt like 2nd class citizens. We were very disappointed and will never choose the north main Pizza Hut in Roswell NM again. The order was never corrected. read more

Called to order delivery and the Mr. Ramone was rude as all get out. We was staying at a hotel and while looking for address he became rude and very impatient with our family. Notice the lows marks when searched but thought I would give them a chance. Will not do that again. They don't deserve one read more

Not impressed one of our orders was not ready until everyone had finished there food. One of the workers young daughter was helping serve the food. We're talking about 10-12 years old and was wearing a spaghetti strap top. Not very appetizing! Will not return here. read more

We had ordered are food at about 2:14 and arrived before the range of time which was 26-36mins. We waited there for about 30 minutes and me and my roommate decided to call them. The lady who had answered our call was condescending, and proceeded to be very defending herself for no apparent reason. When we asked if they could deliver it again so I could receive it and they said I would have to pay again for the order I had already paid for. We would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes. When we got our order the boxes had looked like they were thrown in the trash and the pizza was re-heated. This chain has been the worst order I have ever received in customer service and I recommend you choose wisely when ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. read more

If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would have. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with regular crust at 7:00pm. They said it would be 15-20 minutes and that we should sit down. After 45 whole minutes, they finally called my order. When we walked up the only words the cashier said were "it's $10.78." The working manager (Kalmb) on Saturday night, November 20, 2018 is the rudest, most condescending individual I have ever encountered. We ordered online a very simple delivery order which was not delivered correctly. When the delivery person delivered the order (bright pink hair) she assured us it would be made right in about 10 minutes. After 30 minutes came and went we called the Roswell. North Main Pizza Hut and spoke to Kalmb which was the manager on duty. Kalmb was hostile, condescending, disrespectful and could have cared less the order was incorrect. She let us know that the 'correct ' order would take more than 45 minutes because she now had other orders 'more important' than ours in her queue. It appears this Pizza Hut is very willing to take your money but could care less about assuring that your order is correct. It appears that management needs to send their employees to classes and training on customer service (starting with their managers). I am one customer who has no plans to return. If you are staying in the area for one or 2 nights please do not order from this restaurant!!!!!! Please orders from a restaurant who cares and doesn't want to take advantage of you. read more

A month ago we order 89 dollars worth of food for a party, when it arrived, the breadsticks were the only edible item. The rest was thrown in the trash, we went to the pizza hut website to complain. We received a prompt response from a person who's title was area coach. She offered us two free pizza's of any kind we wanted. So now a month later we decided to use the coupons she mailed to us. The coupon states one large pizza, we received two of these coupons. The staff person who answered the phone, was very polite but did not know how to process the order, she ask us to wait for the Manager. 10 minutes later the staff returned to the phone and told us that the manager said those coupons were only good for a one topping pizza. We did not order anything. Please don't be taken in by the customer service hustle Pizza Hut will pull on you. The people from the corporate customers service are super nice but the Manager will screw you out of what is promised. We used to order pizza from them once a week, NEVER again, going to give Domino's a shot. read more
