The broccoli and beef is amazing and the Choi mein was good but I would recommend the orange chicken definitely very good not too pricy and they have good soy sauce but I would say the one down side is the dry rice but I think that can easily be fixed. Never been to Roswell and I wouldn't want to stop here again after my mother was treated with disrespect and major attitude. She ordered a premium shrimp dish and only served 3 pieces of shrimp..... Seriously?!!!!! Who runs this management team??? By the way you might want to consider doing random visits and inspect your own establishment!! I wish I could rate this with more stars. I love Panda Express, and I nearly fell over when I found out Roswell was getting one. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back. Customer service is non-existent. I ate there at 6:30, and almost everything on the serving line had run out. The place was filthy- we couldn't find a clean table, the trashes were overflowed with trash all around the floor of the trash can where it had spilled out. There were no forks or napkins so we had to ask them to refill them, in which the cashier rolled her eyes. I know this is a new place and its JAM PACKED with people excited to eat there, like I was, but it's no excuse. There were plenty of employees standing around talking that could have cleaned up the place, or helped refill the food. read more

But they definitely need training on multitasking and if they get behind they can at least acknowledge the customer so they dont feel completely ignored. I had to ask for someone to complete my order as they had moved on to the people behind me and just left mine behind. Ordering food for my one year old, I asked what wasn't spicy and no nuts because he's allergic. She was listing things with nuts. To play is safe just got him rice and beef. His fried rice had plastic in it. The lady helping doesn't like her job and you can tell. The kids meal comes with a drink and a cookie. Had to ask for it. read more

Horrible service... doors were locked when we arrived and the workers did not bother to open them for us, rather they stayed put and simply laughed at us. Very unprofessional and workers were very slow when serving. When we asked to speak to the manager they said he was not there and when we asked to speak to the person in charge, they said he was on break. Very blunt and rude do not come here. read more

The food was good, but someone needs to teach the servers proper food handling techniques. The girl dishing the food is also the cashier. She goes from checking someone out (handling money) to dishing for the next customer. No gloves, no hand washing. I had to ask her to wash her hands. She did, but seemed put out by my request. My family really enjoy eating at Panda Express when we travel but I must agree with previous review that the service is terrible here at this one in Roswell New Mexico.. Had to wait 20 minutes for basics of fried rice and the grill was broken( so they say) so no teriyaki chicken was available. I would suggest to corporate that they get an adult in here to supervise these young kids to better their 2.5 star rating. read more

Ordered online w my cell phone. Went to go pick up, they didnt have the order. I proceeded to reorder onsite. The attendant asked for my order, I begin to reorder only to find out she wasnt talking to me but taking someone elses order over the phone. The place at 3:50pm is empty, maybe 2 customers seated, but too busy to make it right for me, even though they screwed up by not having my order in the first place. I showed my online order that was still on my phone confirming my order but attendant was too busy doing nothing behind the counter...or taking other orders over the phone. Although they seemed to be in a fluster trying to balance both the customers inside and outside (drive thru) they should have some decent organization skills. I think this is the only panda express I went too that gave the smallest portions. The servers were great and friendly but I felt as if they were so busy just trying to GET you out of their way. Which is not acceptable, you should be connecting with your customers also. The food tasted as usual from any other Panda Express. The girl who ringed me up was very nice. I would come back here again but Panda Express please make sure your employees have better management and customer service skills. Other then that I liked it and would come again. We always go inside to order as it's best to see how fresh the particular entree looks prior to ordering. The food and overall operation seems to be getting better as time goes on. I would have rated it 3 stars a year ago, but the food and service has been very good the last 6 months. I came with my father and wanted fresh honey walnut shrimp and the worker called back to the cook after about 5 minutes the cooks replied saying he just made it when clearly it was old food that was not fresh. After we proceed to check out and the male who checked us out was in a hurry and rude and just very dismissive. Made me not want to finish my order. Ive never had a problem with this location till recently this past month. I guess They have cut back on their serving sizes, they use to load up the plates and give you your money's worth. Well the past couple of times ive gone, they have been very stingy on the orange chicken entrees on a plate. Today i went through drive-thru and politely asked if they could make sure they filled up my orange chicken entree side because the past few times they had been very short and underserved. She said "sure ill make sure they do" well i get my plate after i pay and when i open the plate at home, not only did they still not fill up the little compartment, but they gave me the last dry, hard, crunchy and stale nuggets at the bottom of the batch instead of waiting and serving the new fresh batch of orange chicken. I love panda express but this Roswell location is beginning to fail when it comes to the quality of their product. Im not gonna stop going there, however i do hope that management cracks down on this. Its great food when served right. read more

Messed up my bf's order, didn't give us our spring rolls, tables & food trays smelled like a dirty dish rag. When I went to retrieve my spring rolls, the woman gave me attitude saying "it's not on the receipt but the crab rangoons are". I said "yes that's because she didn't ring them up or give them to us." She then said "well do you wanna pay for another?" I'm like "SUUURE I'd love to pay for something she should've rang up the FIRST time!!" Then after we finally started eating (& changing tables) they proceeded to laugh & gossip about the situation & linger RIGHT next to our table pretending to sweep while smiling. HOW IMMATURE! LISTEN, I would've had NO problem paying for the spring rolls but I didn't even get an APOLOGY for screwing up our order!!! These classless, unprofessional, incompetent, little BRATS need to learn how to ring up a simple order & at least TRY to act like they give a crap! Bad experience...not only did I wait in line for over 30 minutes my order was lacking and was cold. I ordered Chow Mien for a side) and their new chili shrimp and vegi's. Servers were absolutely clueless on what dishes were what. The one kid, who couldn't have been more than 17 years old had to ask which was the Beijing Beef and which was the Teriyaki Chicken. The couple in front of us had ordered the steamed rice, and the kid started putting fried rice on her plate. When she said that that wasn't the right rice, he started to scoop the rice back into the serving bowl. When he wasn't getting it off the plate well enough with the spoon, he then started to use his HAND to scoop it off the plate. And no, he wasn't wearing gloves. This wan't the Grand Opening, that was a few days before and the service was really good for the high demand that they had. They weren't super swamped, there was many of the employees who were just standing around because they didn't have anything to do. Some of the employees were even hugging and grabbing eachother's assess in the kitchen in full view of us and everyone else in the restaurant! When my fiancee ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, the girl in that part of the line, Monica, was the slowest meat cutter I've ever seen. It took her literally 30 seconds to cut 2 pieces of meat, and again, wasn't wearing gloves while handling our food. When we went to checkout, they left my box sitting on the counter and Monica had to ask me a couple times which box was mine and seemed more and more irritated when I told her "No, I ordered the Beijing Beef." So we finally get to pay and the cashier asked if we wanted drinks and I politely told her no thank you. So she asked again in a "I know you want the drink so just say yes" type of way. I again politely told her no and thanked her for asking and she replied by sighing and said "Ok, whatever." She bagged up our food and my fiancee asked for soy sauce. He response was a snobby "I already put some in there." So we then asked for a thing of chop sticks and she rolled her eyes and threw the chop sticks in the bag and put the bag on the counter. I told her thanks and she rolled her eyes at me. I have never been more disgusted or insulted by anyone working in a fast food place until this visit at your Roswell chain. The workers are so undertrained I felt the need to go behind the counter and get my food and the other patrons food myself. Shouldn't knowing what entree is which be the first thing they learn in training? That kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. I will not be going there again any time soon unless I find out that management has changed and they replaced the entrire serving staff. read more
