This is the best Panda Express I've ever been to. I have been eating here for about a month 2 or 3 times a week and the food is consistently good. I usually get the Black Pepper Sirloin Steak and the Kung Pao Chicken with the Super Greens and an egg roll and it's always fresh around lunch time. Every single time we come in here, around 11am, almost none of the food is cooked! It's so frustrating!! If you open at 11am, all of your food needs to be cooked and ready for your customers by 11am and not a minute later. We should not have to wait for the food to be cooked. The passion mango tea isn't made yet. We like the food, but not enough to have to wait like this. Not a single thing we ordered, out of five entrees, is cooked. Ordered at 11:12am. It's now 11:36am and our food was just finished cooking and delivered to our table! Unacceptable! We had to get to go boxes because the wait made me late to my appt. I just don't understand the management of this restaurant. Today I went through the drive through at 11:05 am. They opened at 11. I ordered teriyaki chicken and they said it would be 20 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. The super greens are always a wait. When I received my order the bowl was filled up about 2/4 of the way with rice and as for the broccoli beef, I got about 12 broccoli flowerets and 3 medium to small pieces of meat with a bit of sauce. Waited ten minutes for food, when it came out I asked the short blonde girl if there were chopsticks in the bag and she said "you didn't ask for any." I then asked her for some she rolled her eyes and went to get them. I have been in retail/food for 3/4 of my life. Was it really so hard to just say she will get some and bring it back out. Typical Panda Express. We don't have these where I live and am excited to see one. Walked in and greeted by almost every employee which is nice to see at a fast food place. Very clean and modern facility. Missing two stars for lack of quality food, while tasty it just misses that mark. Great for a quick bite while craving that Japanese/Chinese food. Crab Rangoon was alright filled with green onion and cream cheese rather than crab. Thankful for their soy sauce packets which happen to be my favorite soy sauce which brightened everything on my dish. Green bean chicken was good and light in flavor and calories while orange chicken was good though more spicy than typical orange chicken as well as more breading than actual chicken. Last night I went by to get some food. The place looked closed because the lights were turned off in the dinning area. I saw 3 cars in the parking lot so I went to the drive through. The attendant was nice when I told her that I thought they were closed and she said that "yeah we closed the dinning area because we only have 3 people and it looks that way with the lights off"....? Looks like they were hoping people would not show. I ordered the broccoli beef bowl with white rice for my wife and I got the Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef w/fried rice. The broccoli when I got the order home looked like it was 4 days old and over cooked. Brown and limp and there was only a couple pieces of meat in the bowl. The Kung Pao and Beijing Beef was over cooked and did not taste good a rubbery substance. The Teriyaki Chicken bowl seemed ok. They were out of Egg Rolls and only had Spring rolls. I decided to go in on 10-2-15 and they had a lot of empty bowls which means there wasn't a lot of varieties for me to try even though I was able to sampled 2 out of I guess around 5-6 different dish bowls that was empty but the 2 I'd sampled was good. One of them was little tough but not bad which was Beijing Beef. The staff was friendly. Even offered me samples to try which I like a lot. Why do the discontinue everything I like.. Wanted the Pacific shrimp, it was the only thing that is remotely spicy in the store. According to the sign on the door, this restaurant is supposed to be open until 9:30pm on a Saturday. I was just turned away at 9:16 by the employees pantomiming "we're closed" behind locked doors. Very friendly employee greeted us as we entered. This was my first visit and she offered me taste samples. The food was delicious. I loved the atmosphere and the price was acceptable. She also offered me a new flavor shrimp that was very tasty! This was the best service I have ever received at this location. Be aware that there is an extra charge for some of the "specialty" items on the menu like the Honey Walnut Shrimp. You get quite a bit of food for your money here.
