Within the last week this Chick-fil-a has become a mad max movie scene. The employees are doing nothing to stop people from cutting the whole line. Even with traffic conductors they just allow people to cut the whole line. We have seen this happen twice this week. More and more people are seeing this and doing it as well. With nothing happening to those who cut it makes others cut as their future wait times will be lower. Took some effort just to get into the parking lot. Hit the bathroom first and it was GROSS. Overflowing feminine hygiene products in the trash can. Overflowing paper towels at the sink. The bathroom is really too small for the restaurant. Line to order food took too long. Redeeming quality: the food was good. Fresh and tasty. This may be the worst CFA service we've ever received. It took close to ten minutes for our food to be brought out (CFA average is normally 1-2 min); nobody seemed happy to be working here (CFA is known for its pleasant team members); when I went back to order a lemonade and two chocolate milks, after 5-7 minutes went by I went and asked where it was (it was just sitting on the counter; they forgot it); and some server dropped two trays on us (he apologized for it, but after everything else, it only seemed fitting). This is unfortunate because CFA has such a great reputation, but I don't see us coming back here anytime soon (and this is coming from a family who went to CFA every single Monday back in Illinois). read more

Great food, and extremely friendly staff. These employees seems to genuinely enjoy serving their customers. My lone complaint centers around the parking lot/drive-thru set-up. It is cumbersome, crowded, and the parking area becomes overly complicated to navigate when a lot of cars are in line for the drive-thru. Some of the best fast food around served by great staff. I've been to several dozen locations and I find the same great food/service. Even if you're not a favorite of salad, I highly recommend the spicy southwest chicken salad. My husband who is normally not a salad fan) loves this salad and orders it frequently. If you're not a spice fan, the light vinaigrette gives it a more flavorful vs spicy taste. If you like spicy, the creamy salsa gives a spicy kick. The salad is very filling, and if you get the grilled chicken paired with the light vinaigrette AND putting the crunchy toppings on, still stays well under 500 calories. read more

I've never known Peyton before Chick Fil A and I only see her at the resturaunt but she is the best. I love her because she is genuine and not a fake kind of friendly because she has to be at work. For example, most people get uptight at work especially if it's something stressful like fast food. The other person commenting on Peyton probably just caught her at bad time or that other person was having a bad day. I believe Peyton is very smart alert and catches on quickly... she just doesn't give fake smiles but she is still very friendly! This is why I like her... because she seems real. A good Chic Fil a location in Prattville. I always drop by this one on the way down to the beach. Employees are always friendly and it is very clean. Recently though, it has seemed so busy that some of the employees forget smaller things in your order that you ask for-such as sauces. That's honestly my only complaint-other than that, who doesn't love Chic Fil A?? Having done a good bit of corporate business with the previous owner, I am very saddened by the direction this location has headed since the new owner has taken over. Running out of food (on a Monday morning) and the owner parking his personal SUV in such a location that it impedes the traffic flow in an already cramped parking lot (& then him being extremely rude and unprofessional in his response to the complaint) show that the impeccable customer service that Mr. Truett Cathy built Chick-Fil-A on is completely lost at this location. read more
