Food fast hot and not a smushed chicken sandwich Restaurant is clean. Restrooms are clean

Worst experience we've ever had at a Chick-fil-a drive through. Asked for 4 mayos with two sandwiches, got home to find we had none. Sandwiches were way too salty and about half the size of a typical sandwich. Chicken noodle soup was a coagulated mess, and must have boiled down for days. Won't visit Cobbs Ford restaurant again. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fly in my bag - Fast Food Near Me - Prattville, Alabama

Chick-fil-A...Prattville AL has pissed me off! I went through the line and ordered a chicken, egg & cheese biscuit meal. I didn't look in the bag prior to driving off because most of the time Chick-fil-A gets it right. I get home and I'm hungry as he**, open the wrapper and I'm like WTH is this brown meat! I honestly thought they only sold chicken. I take closer look and it looks like hamburger meat with lines in it and a dry biscuit! I'm so mad and I can't go back because it's too far! read more

How can you not love Chick-fil-A?? Absolutely delicious food at fair prices served by the most courteous staff I've ever known. Love their menu and everything I have ever eaten there. Respect them tremendously for being closed on Sundays. Chick-fil-A rocks! read more

The food here amazing. I recommend the chicken sandwich or the nuggets. BUT, make sure to get some LARGE waffle fries (and maybe steal some of your brother's fries). The service is amazing it is their pleasure to serve you. The absolute nicest people. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great it reminds me of my childhood. This is the first Chic-fil-A I ever went to. I recommend this place it is very nostalgic to me and I hold it dear in my heart. read more

Perfect every single time, literally flawless. The line was out of the parking lot and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Food was delicious, hot couldn't be better.Other restaurants should learn from this company. read more

Service was friendly. Grill chicken sandwiches were over cooked and dry . Kinda pricey for a dry sandwich. read more

Been going to chick-fill-A forever. I went just recently and ordered the cool wrap. The lettuce was crunchy, and the tortilla was cold and brisk. The Chicken's texture was PERFECT. The Service was AMAZING. The Cashier was polite and Nice. The tables were clean, and the wrap was packed to perfection! The Ambiance was clean and just how a fast food should be. read more

Visiting from out of town having a late lunch at 2:00. I eat CFA all over the country... this was the dirtiest CFA dining room I've ever seen. Floors covered in dropped food... all over. Garbage cans overflowing... all of them. It was disgusting really. Parking lot was extremely tricky as others mentioned. On a positive note ... Food was hot and delicious though and we got it quickly and friendly read more

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and there was a piece of hair in my food. This was actually disgusting and really killed my appetite. I hope this doesn't always happen. f-ing disgusting. Theo.W read more

Within the last week this Chick-fil-a has become a mad max movie scene. The employees are doing nothing to stop people from cutting the whole line. Even with traffic conductors they just allow people to cut the whole line. We have seen this happen twice this week. More and more people are seeing this and doing it as well. With nothing happening to those who cut it makes others cut as their future wait times will be lower. I now don't see the point of going through the normal drive through. ‍ Might as well just go around and cut everyone off. read more

Chick-fil-A - ows the back of a white suv - Fast Food Near Me - Prattville, Alabama

I recommend this to anyone who has a hungry desire. But I also recommend whoever you getting it with make sure to eat the fries first. When my dad/other brings me Chick-fil-A the fries are always cold. Maybe y'all should cook them longer so they would be so cold. But, overall the restaurant is really good. The staff are really fast, cooperative, and easy to talk to. Anyways, back to the subject overall this is a really good restaurant. read more

Took some effort just to get into the parking lot. Hit the bathroom first and it was GROSS. Overflowing feminine hygiene products in the trash can. Overflowing paper towels at the sink. The bathroom is really too small for the restaurant. Line to order food took too long. Redeeming quality: the food was good. Fresh and tasty. But because of the difficulty getting into the parking lot and time it took to order food, I'll avoid this location in the future. read more

Love the milkshake and chicken sandwich.5 stars The honey roasted mustard sauce is the best sauce ive every had although I hate that you guys close on Sunday read more

This may be the worst CFA service we've ever received. It took close to ten minutes for our food to be brought out (CFA average is normally 1-2 min); nobody seemed happy to be working here (CFA is known for its pleasant team members); when I went back to order a lemonade and two chocolate milks, after 5-7 minutes went by I went and asked where it was (it was just sitting on the counter; they forgot it); and some server dropped two trays on us (he apologized for it, but after everything else, it only seemed fitting). This is unfortunate because CFA has such a great reputation, but I don't see us coming back here anytime soon (and this is coming from a family who went to CFA every single Monday back in Illinois). read more

I swing by this location sometimes when I get to leave Montgomery early to head back to Birmingham. Access to the driveway during lunch hour is tricky, but they are fast and the service is what I expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

The Chik-fil-A in prattville is great. Food always good and the people are friendly. I stopped going to the one in Montgomery near Atlanta highway. Honestly, they seem like bad people working there. not friendly. my last sandwhich was smushed. I"m not going back. read more

This is possibly the busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to; however, the crew is incredibly efficient. Best of all, they are always courteous and have absolutely set an unattainable standard of customer service. Kudos to the entire staff there who always do it right. read more

I am sorry to say, but this chick fil a location did not have the friendliest staff taking orders. Plus got our order wrong. The nuggets were really tiny and the chicken in the sandwich was the smallest we have ever seen. Will not be back to this location in Prattville Alabama and will take a break from the chain. read more

The food again great. Unfortunately tonight's crew ignored the dinning room and most of the tables were filthy. Not sure why the was no

Great food, and extremely friendly staff. These employees seems to genuinely enjoy serving their customers. My lone complaint centers around the parking lot/drive-thru set-up. It is cumbersome, crowded, and the parking area becomes overly complicated to navigate when a lot of cars are in line for the drive-thru. Despite this minor inconvenience, this is a wonderful restaurant that I always enjoy frequenting. read more

Chick-fil-A - Great place to eat! - Fast Food Near Me - Prattville, Alabama

I love Chick-fil-A but the manager at this restaurant, Payton, has a terrible attitude. She doesn't seem to understand what good customer service is or have the core beliefs that I thought Chick-fil-A stood for...won't be going back. read more

Some of the best fast food around served by great staff. I've been to several dozen locations and I find the same great food/service. Even if you're not a favorite of salad, I highly recommend the spicy southwest chicken salad. My husband who is normally not a salad fan) loves this salad and orders it frequently. If you're not a spice fan, the light vinaigrette gives it a more flavorful vs spicy taste. If you like spicy, the creamy salsa gives a spicy kick. The salad is very filling, and if you get the grilled chicken paired with the light vinaigrette AND putting the crunchy toppings on, still stays well under 500 calories. read more

You haven't lived through COVID-19 if you haven't been through the Chick-fil-A drive through. As far as Chick-fil-A drive throughs go this one does a decent job. It's not the best but definitely not the worst. Oh, and it's Chick-fil-A food so it's worth it. read more

*This is in a reply to another review I read about Peyton* It just shows that everyone has their own opinions because I've been here multiple times (everyday actually) lol I've met and now know the names of almost every of worker there and Peyton is actually my favorite! I've never known Peyton before Chick Fil A and I only see her at the resturaunt but she is the best. I love her because she is genuine and not a fake kind of friendly because she has to be at work. For example, most people get uptight at work especially if it's something stressful like fast food. The other person commenting on Peyton probably just caught her at bad time or that other person was having a bad day. I believe Peyton is very smart alert and catches on quickly... she just doesn't give fake smiles but she is still very friendly! This is why I like her... because she seems real. Everyone's great though anyways. We're lucky to have a fast food resturaunt like this in our town and they do a great job (hence why the place is constantly packed out)!! ***dont give a bad review when you know you're coming back and you're addicted to Chick Fil A like the rest of us *** read more

I understand there are circumstances right now that may make service a little slower. BUT...I just waited 35 min in the drive thru at this CFA to get a MOBILE order!!! A good Chic Fil a location in Prattville. I always drop by this one on the way down to the beach. Employees are always friendly and it is very clean. Recently though, it has seemed so busy that some of the employees forget smaller things in your order that you ask for-such as sauces. That's honestly my only complaint-other than that, who doesn't love Chic Fil A?? I will keep coming back here because it is convenient driving down to the beach and the food is always good. read more

This Chick-fil-A is always packed! We come here because they haven't built one in Wetumpka yet and the ones in Montgomery aren't as friendly as this one. The food is always hot and comes out quickly. Love Chick-fil-A read more

The layout of this Chick-fil-a is terrible, the parking lot and drive through is very difficult to get into. On top of this the customer service is horrid. Unlike the normal Chick-fil-a attitude the cashiers here are straight up rude to their customers and are not friendly. Not a single person said thank you, you're welcome, or even the signature "my pleasure". Even the food was meh here. read more

Extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism expressed by the owner of this location. Having done a good bit of corporate business with the previous owner, I am very saddened by the direction this location has headed since the new owner has taken over. Running out of food (on a Monday morning) and the owner parking his personal SUV in such a location that it impedes the traffic flow in an already cramped parking lot (& then him being extremely rude and unprofessional in his response to the complaint) show that the impeccable customer service that Mr. Truett Cathy built Chick-Fil-A on is completely lost at this location. read more
