This has been an overall good place to come eat. It's not always top notch but consistently ok good. Service is good almost every time even when busy. It's a good size place on the inside so you can sit and eat or take it to go. I'm glad they carry Mexican Coke and spite along with other drinks. 7/10 is not a bad score from me. The service was quick. I ordered from the app. It was ready 5 minutes after I ordered. However it was very bland. I ordered the new Chipotle Honey Chicken burrito and the chips and salsa. The rice wasn't done. The chips were stale and had very little salt on them. They were also thicker than I have gotten at other locations. I don't think I will be back to this location. I like the food first off, but the couple of times walking in around 5 pm, the place is messing and dirty...tables needed wiped off, floor definitely need sweep too. And when I when it's order time ( its not to busy either). The line food looks very dry and almost empty. I ordered 3 bowls, 1 each steak,chicken & carnita. I came in this location for a late dinner at this location and was greeted by a friendly crew. I even seen that they had the new carne asada steak and the girl insisted I try it before getting it. I will say that I prefer the steak to the carne asada, the carne asada just had too much of a lime dominant taste. I opted to mix the carne asada with the chicken and it was fine. I am a big fan of Chipotle. It is a superior and more healthy fast food option than the usual slew of fast food burger joints. I travel a lot with work, so there is far too many times I need to grab a fast meal and Chipotle is my go to. read more

This was my first time visiting Chipotle. Walked in and the place was dirty. Trash all over the tables and floor. The little bins you order from were either empty or almost empty which meant we were only able to get certain things. Ordered chips which were stale and not even warm. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I placed an online order 45 minutes before their closing time, the order was confirmed and said it would be ready at 9:40 PM. My husband got there at exactly 9:40 and they had locked the doors and were yelling at him they were closed. He showed them the mobile order and they begrudgingly let him in and said they'd make the food for him (they only had chicken, and were out of steak, of which I had ordered a double portion and already paid for). When he asked what time they close one guy said 10 at the same time another person said "9....9:30." Straight up lied to him. The hours online and at the store say 10 pm. This is unacceptable service, and I won't ever be back to this location. This was the straw that broke the camel's back since every time we have been before, the servers act like we killed their pet. read more

This is the second location I have been to where they were out of most food options and workers are just standing around while there are tables and floors to be cleaned, self serve stations that need to be refilled and cleaned, no one at the grill, and there's plenty of work to be done. Meanwhile, workers disappear to the back as soon as a new customer walks in, not to refill the empty containers but to check their phones and mess around. I paid for a half empty bowl because they were out of most produce. One or two occurrences is understandable, but this is ridiculous. Their guacamole is terrible more often than not (tends to just taste like onions). The fruit with the kids meal was frozen. My wife found a hair in her food. I purchased two salads with guacamole on the side. However, I did notice the guacamole appeared darker than normal but since I have never experienced an issue at any other Chipotle I didn't say anything about it. However, I got home to taste it the hGuacamole taste spoiled. When I called first I was placed on hold for a long time. I called the second time and Nick the manager informed me that all the food are always made fresh. As I was explaining to him the taste and the appearance, he continued to cut me off. He stated that he would reimburse me the amount for the guacamole but hung up in my face without being polite to solidify customer satisfaction! I will be reporting this to corporate office! ...
