Stopped at this restaurant while on vacation. The location was new and nice. The seating area was small but clean. The downside? Zero workers are stationed at the register to take your order. Instead, they want you to order at the kiosk. Their fountain machine was also out of order so drink options were limited. When the food was ready they called your name by the kitchen door to pick it up. There was not table delivery like all other Whataburger we've been to. They forgot sauces we had ordered so we stood by the kitchen door and waited several minutes for someone to bring them out. While eating, 4 other people walked in and waited several minutes at the counter for someone to take their order. All employees were in the kitchen while two other employees were outside messing with a vehicle. Overall the food was good but the location itself was strange and lacked a good customer service experience. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen. All trash cans were so full you couldn't throw anything in them. Burger was ok but my husband ordered a chocolate shake and I ordered a chocolate malt. They tasted exactly the same. The girl remade it for me and it still tasted the same-definitely no malt and very little chocolate flavor. Will never ever stop there again read more

Busy location, lots of things happening. Service was pretty nice, overall it was a good experience. Whataburger is decent, this was my first time trying it. I would describe the burger as being a whopper with less mayo and McDonald's patties instead of Burger King. read more

no stars at all! ordered and waited 10 minutes for drinks that are all uncarbonated tried to ask for more and send 5 back in bc there were so many getting new would be hard with extra drinks. asked more than one employee to please get from the lobby or could I? the manager got an attitude when asked for refund bc still even waiting on our food at the point. she gave me a "refund" receipt! nope it was our receipt from paying for the food not the refund. went inside after throwinf away 5 huge drinks in their trash, people waiting everywhere for even a front counter person or for their food. got the manager a very trashy lady who wouldn't let us still have our refund receipt so I took a picture of hers. long story short on way back from Panama we will stop again if money is not refunded by next Saturday. terrible place read more

Very confusing service, their coffee was awful and had coffee grounds all in the bottom of the cup, the servers did not care about the coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup, they said "it's just coffee grounds" they also got all of our burgers wrong after we told them plain and it was a simple as a burger and fries. there bathrooms were very messy and toilet paper everywhere. they were not very polite when giving us our food and attitudes are all in the air. Got the whatawing meal tonight and the wings were ice cold and the French fries were old, hard, and cold as well. I asked for sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. This is a new restaurant here so they are working out the kinks. But every time we have ordered ahead on the app, our order is ready when we get there! We have eaten inside and it was super busy, but no workers cleaning after patrons left which made it difficult to find a seat. After waiting 35 minutes for my food with any update at 20 minutes saying "it's going to be a hot minute" (for four kids meals), I decided at 35 minutes to ask for a refund. However, the manager then disappears into the kitchen saying my food is ready. However, there is no food and a restaurant of others waiting for their food as well. I again ask for a refund and I'm told to wait for the manager, and again that my food is ready, yet it still isn't. I chose to walk into the kitchen which finally got the attention of the manager who went on to give me a long talk about coming into the kitchen in which I informed him, I wouldn't have, if he would give me a refund. He then requests a receipt which I don't have because I ordered from the kiosk and it didn't print one, however I tell him my order number and show proof of purchase on my Apple Watch. He then proceeds to give me a refund which was the only decent thing about my entire stop here. The bathroom was also out of toilet paper and the toilet was clogged. I understand being under staffed, what I don't understand is having three kiosks and a drive through open if you have limited staff. I'll stick to only eating whataburger in Texas where you actually get service. read more

The entire store was disgusting, there were overflowing trash cans everywhere, the floor was littered with trash, and the bathrooms were filthy. They weren't moving very fast and they didn't get our food out to us for a while. When they did they got the order wrong. read more

This review is for the Prattville location only. I became a fan of WB traveling from Montgomery to points north and stopping there on the way. The burgers are great, the fries are fries (standard fast food), and the people are friendly. The WB in Prattville needs a lot of work. The service is awful and slow and the food appears to be prepared well ahead of time and is not hot or fresh. I know they repurposed an old Fazoli's so that may be part of the problem, but it's not good. read more

We have been here for 20+ minutes. Only two people have received food in the dining room in this timeframe. I guess the drive through is moving though. We will not stop here again. I ordered through the kiosk when I arrived. I waited for an hour and there was one person in front of me and they waited probably 45 minutes. I never got my food. They claim to be "fast food" but what is so fast about it? I could've went out to eat at a restaurant got my food and ticket and left by that time. It was absolutely terrible. Never going back.
