The food here is always good! Service in the drive thru is always quick when it comes to taking my order, sometimes I have to wait but I don't mind because my food is going to be fresh. If you're getting sauce I would get it at the window if you're told to wait though, 9 times out of 10 they accidentally forget it. I should have looked at the reviews for this place before I stopped in. For the record, I love panda express! They serve terrific food with little to no weight and their service is always exceptional... Except for this time. I had a 5 to 6 minute wait before my order was even taken at the drive-through. Once my order was taken, they told me it would be at least seven minutes before they had teriyaki chicken ready. I mean, this is their job to have a hot table full of food ready to go, how can they so consistently miss that? I have never eaten at a Panda Express. So, we decided to give them a try. From the start, I knew we were in trouble. The person that took our order in the drive through was rude, and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I ordered a coke with our meal, and was informed they didn't have any ice for the drink. The only bright spot in the whole experience was the young man that took our money, and gave us our food. He was smiling and acted like he appreciated our business. The food was HORRIBLE!! Only ones in line, waited over 5 min to have order taken. No one helped us. Three people behind the counter not doing anything at all. Looked at the food that they had out, if it wasn't completely out it looks like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. The first time everything was fresh, hot and plenty of food for two people. I next time the beef entree only had two pieces of dried up meat and everything was only lukewarm. I thought I would give it another chance and this time I believe they have struck out. Probably the best Panda Express I've been to. The workers were very professional and friendly. The manager also greeted us and made sure our food and experience was good prior to us leaving. The woman, or man, who was taking our order through the speaker was a little rude. Awful experience!! After receiving old orange chicken and trying to eat it, I noticed they had some fresh they just put up. So I asked if we could get some of the fresh stuff because ours was cold. This is my least favorite Panda Express location. The portions are always SO much smaller than any other location I have visited. They are always out of food and I have to wait for them to cook it. I always get the honey walnut shrimp and greens. The greens are often over cooked and much of the time I don't get a mix of the greens. Sometimes it has been just cabbage with one piece of broccoli. I have been here a few times, this time I asked for soy sauce and was told the sauce is in the bag. When we got home there is no sauce in the bag. For some reason this panda has employees that refuse to listen to there customers, evertime I go it seems like they really dont want to be at work. Thats to bad because its a great location.
