They had 10 or more orders awaiting chow mein because they didn't make enough for the lunch rush. Because of the lack of chow mein, the line was 15 people or more waiting to order. The staff didn't seem to care nor did they apologize for the wait. If there was a manager there you wouldn't know it. Horrible service. I was amazed at the crowd at first giving that it was 8pm on a Tuesday night however I later realized why. As I waited and watched from the car for my roommate to get closer to the head of the line I noticed that the customers were all made up of families with more then 1 child/teenager. Its "back to school" shopping season (Walmart Kholes j c pennys and Payless are also in that shopping center). The food was great as always with big portions and lots of variety . Terry was taking care of the front counter by himself. A never ending cycle of serving and helping them at register. He did it for a while because he looked exhausted and at one point left to use restroom because he couldn't hold it any longer.
