We ordered on the app and it gave us a 20- minute eta but it was ready in 10. They have an online pickup counter. We ordered 12 spring rolls, and they gave us 2! Fortunately we were eating it there and noticed! I assume it was the manager who said "oh, right- well we have enough ready" and gave us 10 more. No apology. It was quite chilly inside, so bring a jacket. But it was clean. My food was good, but in general I don't like Panda Express. Here's why: 1- there is no description of the food, I had only been there one time before and got fried rice. There are peas in it, which is a pain in the butt to pick out for someone that dislikes them. My husband ordered some thing, and it was with green beans, also a no-go for me, but of course we had no idea that was the case because there's no description. 2- the food is all made up in advance so you can't get any modifications, such as no peas or no green beans (see #1) 3-they have coat products, but you can only get Coke zero in a bottle.

Beyond Orange Chicken, please make this a permanent menu item!!!

The staff here seems clueless and management was unable to right the ship. The uneducated girl at the register was a wonderful example of someone going nowhere in life and wondering why. Customer service was completely failed and it's sad because I frequent this location. Amanda was confrontational about giving us the water cup, and then about giving out sauce, and after running her mouth, gave us the sauce after all. Seems like she belongs in a different industry. She topped it off by using profanity. Good job Amanda, you are what you do and you suck at it.

Every time I order food they sent me the wrong food, I don't recommend it, the worst Panda Express

ABOVE AND BEYOND! Truly, the first time I can genuinely say this has been an outstanding experience at a fast food drive-through. I haven't been to panda in a while due to my previous experiences and I thought I would give it another go. Let me just tell you how nice and polite and Patient these workers are. I guess they had a rush of people so they were out of certain foods and I had to wait a little bit longer which was OK I was in no rush. They informed me, they chatted with me to make the time go by faster, and they even threw in a little extra. The food was good, and the whole experience was just pleasant.

Orange chicken kids meal. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE THESE SMALL PORTIONS OF FOOD!!! There was a piece of HAIR in the orange chicken.

FIVE STARS We lived…read morein CT for almost 25 years. One of our two favorite restaurants was an authentic Thai restaurant in Ansonia. We're not Thai experts but know good food when we eat it. Their food was exceptional. Their Drunken Noodles were our favorite. Until now. We stopped at Aloy Dee today for lunch and my wife ordered the Drunken Noodles. I was a little more adventurous and asked one of the owners (a really nice young couple) for his recommendation. He recommended the Khao Soi which is not yet on the menu. My wife ate every bite of the generous and delicious Drunken Noodles which were every bit as good if not better than our CT place. But IMHO the hit of the day was the Khao Soi. It's hard to describe but a kind of soup/stew of noodles and chicken and veggies swimming in a curry based "soup". To say it was delicious is a vast understatement. As we were leaving the wife gave us each a sample of her enormous chicken dumplings in a special soy sauce. DELICIOUS. We'll be back often to try the rest of their menu. We HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in delicious food of any kind - PERIOD. it's an extra bonus to if you love Thai!! They opened in 2020 just as COVID hit so much of their business is still take out but the restaurant is clean and spacious and looks like it could accommodate groups upward of 8-10. There should be lines.

This restaurant is not happy or proud of itself. It's sad and past it's prime by a mile. The…read moreservice was not unfriendly, but just barely there. The food was okay. That's all that any member of our party could say about it. The restaurant evidently used to have lots of tables in it. Now it has two over on one side, four on the other side, maybe five, and a big hole in the middle where there are no tables. Very sad looking.
