My experience today was one star; I would rate it lower if I could. The lady (and I use that term loosely) that was behind the counter was snotty and incredibly snide and rude. There was one piece of broccoli in their super greens left and about 3/4 of a bowl of cabbage and kale; it looked like someone scooped out all the broccoli. I asked to make sure I got broccoli too. She said no that was the portions and I might not get any broccoli at all. I commented that wasn't normal, and asked if they could fix it. She replied that it was the way it was and I could "take it and like it". Two other employees were standing there watching and did nothing. I and the person behind me in line left. He told me on the way out that he and his wife weren't going to eat at a place that treated people like that. I've eaten at this Panda Express before (when the super green mix was normal), and saw the same person be rude to someone else, but not to the degree of today. I guess I learned to lessons today. (1) Don't eat here and (2) offer my support next time to the person having an issue. Clearly, she's become more bolden by no one correcting her. read more

This location is always a hit or miss. They are constantly out of items or will not remove discontinued items until you ask for it and then they say it's discontinued. We ordered on the app and it gave us a 20- minute eta but it was ready in 10. They have an online pickup counter. We ordered 12 spring rolls, and they gave us 2! Fortunately we were eating it there and noticed! I assume it was the manager who said "oh, right- well we have enough ready" and gave us 10 more. No apology. It was quite chilly inside, so bring a jacket. But it was clean. My food was good, but in general I don't like Panda Express. Here's why: 1- there is no description of the food, I had only been there one time before and got fried rice. There are peas in it, which is a pain in the butt to pick out for someone that dislikes them. My husband ordered some thing, and it was with green beans, also a no-go for me, but of course we had no idea that was the case because there's no description. 2- the food is all made up in advance so you can't get any modifications, such as no peas or no green beans (see #1) 3-they have coat products, but you can only get Coke zero in a bottle. read more

We were craving Panda Express and found this one on the way to the park, Laurence I believe was his name, he was so kind and helpful, he even noticed us speaking in Tagalog and he even spoke to us in Tagalog which made us more comfortable talking to him! The staff here seems clueless and management was unable to right the ship. The uneducated girl at the register was a wonderful example of someone going nowhere in life and wondering why. Customer service was completely failed and it's sad because I frequent this location. Amanda was confrontational about giving us the water cup, and then about giving out sauce, and after running her mouth, gave us the sauce after all. Seems like she belongs in a different industry. Brand new Panda Express located in front of Target in Mount Dora! I went here on a Saturday night and the line was out the door (to be expected when we get so much as a new gas station in our small town) and took about 30 minutes to get through it. It's a clean and brand new restaurant with plenty of indoor seating and decent food. This location does not, unfortunately, have the Beyond chicken option and does not have any vegetarian entree options. I got the fried rice, noodles, and sautéed veggies. We also got vegetarian spring rolls and cream cheese rangoons. I really appreciated the rangoons didn't have any crab/meat in them and were vegetarian friendly! The fried rice was really bland, the noodles were pretty good and the sautéed veggies were fair. I would go back for the rangoons or if I was really craving some quick Chinese food, but probably wouldn't choose it other than that. read more

I haven't been to panda in a while due to my previous experiences and I thought I would give it another go. Let me just tell you how nice and polite and Patient these workers are. I guess they had a rush of people so they were out of certain foods and I had to wait a little bit longer which was OK I was in no rush. Our experience at this new branch was not as positive as we hoped it would be, but there may just be opening jitters for a new branch with a few kinks to work out. When my wife and I were in the first flush of our marriage -- decades ago now -- we used to eat at a Panda Express in a mall food court, and we liked it. We usually got Orange Chicken. Now either our taste buds were stronger back then or else the food was more mild, for the Orange chicken at this particular branch was a bit too spicy for us. Also, the order of chow main was not hot at all, which was disappointing. The drive through is always a zoo whenever I pass by so I decided to park and go in to order.Their parking lot was coned off you you couldn't actually park in it. Yes, the drive thru line takes forever. After eating here, I feel like I need to go back and apologize to all these mom & pop Chinese places that I've insulted over the years. Apparently, serving fresh, well cooked Chinese food is NOT that easy. I say this, because our food was TERRIBLE here. The rice was soggy/mushy, and the orange chicken was hard as a rock, dry, and borderline flavorless. We went to this Panda Express for food!! Talk about terrible service!! My bro Ravi Ramadhar purchased food and they gave it to somebody else and then after waiting for 25 mins asked for a refund after to be told that we asked for fresh shrimp which we never did, and then they said ohh there was only 4 shrimp and they cannot serve it ( which by the way I only got 4 shrimp). When we asked for a refund we were told it's corporate policy that they give no refunds, which we then asked where is it posted. It was not posted anywhere in the store!!! By far, the worst Panda food ever! I ordered the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. My Sister ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein. The Orange Chicken was old - it was hard - every piece. The rice was hard and flavorless. My Sister's Chow Mein was hard - not because it was undercooked, but because it was old. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was good but basically walnutless - since there was only 1 piece of walnut with it. We've tried this location 3 or 4 times, and have been disappointed each time. This location is ok if you dine in. But if you do drive through, they skimp on the entree in their bowls. Twice recently, I got a bowl with green bean chicken. They were both mostly rice and barely any green bean chicken. My husband even told them to put more of the entree in the bowl the second time, and again, I got mostly rice.
