Hot and delicious! Service was fast. Tried the new brisket, so good. Environment was safe.

Went there just after 5:10 tonight and drive through was two cars but person working it only took one order at a time and then drive forward and fill it before taking another order. Then did not get two full items but 1.5 of same item of two item plus noodles and did not ask about soy sauce or anything. Bad service read more

Great choices of entrees. The food is hot and freshly cooked with the entrees being replenished often. Clean too.

Overall solid panda location. They didn't have sweet fire chicken at the time but all the options we ordered were well prepared and employees were nice. Good experience. I would go again in the future read more

This panda express is by far is one of the worst places ever. Food was over cooked. Angus steak was so over cooked it hurt my teeth chewing. Then my order was mixed up asked for half and half got all rice! Asked for teriyaki chicken all chicken no teriyaki! Worse place ever!! read more

As I entered the restaurant with the hopes of being in and out, with the option of online ordering, we were fairly surprised by the amount of customers in the store. Nonetheless happy for a healthy restaurant as we waited for our order to be fulfilled. As the time exceeded our pick up time i decided to ask the cashier (Jimena) for info regarding the order because I am a truck driver and use online ordering to make a prompt visit. I was told to wait for a reply then I was surprised to be left on the sideline with no clue on what the issue was. I asked Jimena again and rudely she replied she didn't know and that there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak with the manager Claudia and to my dismay her attitude was the same if not worst. She had a customer she was flirting with that had just walked in and said they can wait. No we can not our order was delayed and we also have places to be just like everyone else. The experience is the worst. So unprofessional. BTW Claudia the manager had sufficient employees not doing anything but she was more worried about flirting than taking care of her position, such as assuring all tables were clean yet were ALL dirty ... so we just stood while waiting. read more

I paid an extra $1.24 and you filled the container barely over half way full... Don't eat here, they think by being close to the highway and casinos it's okay to rip the customers off with half full containers read more

Panda Express - Damn stingy, I paid an extra $1.24 and you filled the container barely over half way full... - Chinese Near Me - Mesquite, Nevada

Giving this is a 5 star, because it's fast food and let's be real we can't expect it to be world class. The reason I give it 5 stars is that food tasted freshly cooked, it wasn't stale. read more

The food is always good at this location. The service is always with a smile. The ambiance is good it's always clean and organized.

I try to give the benefit of doubt in these trying times, but the management of this Panda Express seems like they just don't care. The food, no matter what you order, is either grossly overcooked, or tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. Many times the menu choices here are limited, but this visit, they were completely out of fried rice. Because of staffing problems, it's drive-thru only. This does not allow for seeing what's available or fresh. In other words, your meal choices are a crap shoot! This Panda Express was exceptionally good when it first opened, but has been a real mess for the past year. The workers are nice and seem to try to do well, but the food is fair at best. We used to patronize this place at least once a week, but for the past half year, maybe one a month. We keep hoping for improvement, but it doesn't happen. Maybe next year someone will finally get it together. read more

Worst Panda Express ever! I haven't had many good experiences here since they opened. I thought I'd give them another chance because I was craving Kung Pao chicken. They literally gave me four tiny pieces of chicken in a bowl full of rice. What a joke. Please go out of business and make room for a Chipotle or Chick Fil-A read more

They were very, very busy , inside as well as the drive-through, when I arrived for my pick up order around 5;00, so had to wait-- and they made me the wrong order--- but they then made it right. The food is predictably Panda Express food, the service was polite, and glad to have them in Mesquite. Juan was very attentive to fix it and deserves kudos. Will try again when we want predictable franchise Chinese food, which sometimes hits the spot. read more

Very disappointing. This is the 4th time we have been here but probably our last. Chow mein noodles cold and somewhat chewy. Staff was friendly read more

Solid meal. Food was hot, service was on point...mostly ( I received fried rice instead of super greens, but it was delicious). Everything tasted fresh. Was happy to get a quick good solid meal on the run. read more

I was hesitant to stop at this location because of the poor reviews. So I want to set the matter straight. Our food containers were packed to the top, I interacted with his staff members, both of which were extremely friendly and helpful. It's a very nice restaurant, both the restaurant and the bathrooms were immaculate. The food was delicious. I don't know what else I can say, I would stop there again! And I recommend you to also! read more

Horrible service. First, the lady at the window was extremely rude, she forgot my Dr Pepper and ran my card without telling me the total, they forgot to give us napkins, orange sauce for my spring rolls (the main thing needed for orange chicken I mean how do you do that?) Forgot half the potion of my food. I had to go in TWICE the first time to ask for our Dr Pepper they forgot and had to end up paying for it twice. Don't waste you're time find a different Panda Express to go to. read more

I am a long time fan of PE. However, this location is beyond bad. I have visited this place 3 times. The first time was very bad but I gave consideration that it was very late. Not a good excuse because if you are going to charge me the same price it should be the same quality. The second was take out. I told the person taking the order that due to radiation I could not have Chile's. Needless when I got home I had chilies in every dish. The third and final time was an effort on my part to try and get something close to what I am used to. With a pretty empty store I had to wait until the debt with all the drive thru. I took the time to check the choices. Two bowls were empty. Meaning that food was no available to guests. I even heard the server request food to fill the trays twice. When I ordered I again mentioned that I could not have any spicy food. "No problem" they said. Sitting at a table I looked for a knife because I have to take small bites bc/of an operation. There was no knife. Not even a spoon. I asked for a knife and was told they had none. I talked to the manager and was told again no knife. I asked him to take the food back because I could not eat it and was told they don't do refunds. Just then one of the back workers (smarter than the manager) said sir we do have knives. We can cut it for him. I thanked him and told the manager that everything must be cut. Needless to say it was not. I then took it home and found green beans in my food. I did not order them. My wife found peanuts in hers she did not order. She pointed out that once they pull the chicken from the fryer the stir fry in the exact same pan as the previous batch. Lon review I know but you need to stay away from the Mesquite, NV PE. I never gave then a bad review before. read more

Food was cold and bland tasted like it was under the heat lamp all day. Found 2 hairs in my sweet fire chicken as well. And they did not give us a fork had to go back in and get one defeating the whole purpose of drive though durning covid 19. I would not recommend this place to anyone better off going to Thai house on the other side of town. read more

Cold bland food, out of all but 1 options for your side and you either take it or leave it. And all of this is if you get there right around open, how are you going to have cold chicken right at open??? And be out of food options... Staff doesn't seem to care or want to help. We stopped off this particular Panda Express driving through Nevada on our way to Page, Arizona just in case we wouldn't encounter another sign of life to find food at and what a good call that was! The line was out the door when we arrived but managed to enter the warm restaurant and avoid waiting in line outside the cold, windy elements since I had to go back to my car for the mandatory mask I forgot or I would not be allowed in. Yes, it is mandatory to wear a mask to enter the establishment. Upon entering, you have to scan your inner wrist at the temperature check scanner machine stand greeting you upon ethe establishment to fall in line only for to go orders. The place looks clean, modern and fresh as it just opened about four months ago during the pandemic in November 2020. This location has graciously opened up their bathrooms which during these strange times is a rare blessing. The line was a tad bit slow as they were replenishing some dishes. I ordered the Bigger Plate which comes with a side dish (choice of fried rice, chow mein noodles, super greens vegetables, white steamed rice, or brown rice or half and half combo of these), and three entrees. I got the super greens for my side and the three following entrées: Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Shrimp, and Beijing Beef. Everything served was cooked to perfection! In fact, this location served the very best Original Orange Chicken I have ever had in my life. It was crispy with a rich deep flavor in the sauce. The sauce was rich in color and the crispiness of the chicken even lasted the next day. The orange chicken was not overly covered with dough. Whatever they are doing here, I wish they would come over to some San Diego locations I frequent and train them on how to make the orange chicken correctly. Even though I had to eat this in the car for our road trip to AZ, I enjoyed the popping sensational flavors that were perfectly made. I wish this particular location and crew of cooks worked at the San Diego locations I visit. Thumbs up for a job well done! read more

Just can't believe the total incompetence of the supply chain manager for this company! Most of the entrees at PE are rather spicy. We really like the Honey Sesame Chicken. It is flavorful and not over spiced. They ran out of the Honey Sesame sauce a few weeks ago and when I asked when they were going to get it back, the employees at the Mesquite, NV location said maybe in a few months! Shocking since they indicated it was their most popular entree. I contacted the customer service folks and all I got was the useless "We are sorry for the inconvenience" bull! Going up the ladder, no indicator that the management of Panda Express knows a thing about running a business. On top of the best dish they have not being in stock, several other items are always out. I could go on but why bother. Panda Express management, you SUCK! read more

I ordered a bowl with veggies and chicken mushroom. Veggies were fine, for the entree there were 24 pieces of zucchini, 4 pieces of mushroom and one small piece of chicken. Really? Do the employees pay for the chicken out of their wages? Is that why they are stingy with it? If you want Chinese, go to Casablanca and get it to go. You'll be much happier! read more

Unsatisfied! I went to Panda Express and stood in line for 5 minutes, finally it was my time to order. As I was placing my order they informed me that they were out of chowmein but when I pulled up the the window I saw a batch sitting on the steam table. So I asked the lady at the window if I could add a side of chowmein to my order since it was available and she rudely denied me and said I had to go around again to add it to my order. The manager of this place must be the biggest idiot. They closed at 6 PM tonight, right at dinner time. Everything online says they're open till 8 PM. Very unfriendly gave me some thing I didn't pay for blamed it on me told me I could get what I want it next time...

We were an inconvenience to the staff. Everyone in line completely ignored. I'd suggest going through the drive through.

Just a little rant about this place. We got into town at 9:30 P.M. We read online that they close at 10:00 P.M. So us thinking we can get a late night meal in we decided to go. We got into the parking lot, the doors were locked at 9:30. Someone walking out told us that they had closed the dining room but the drive through is still opened so we went in the drive through. She comes on and says that the kitchen is closed and they only have a variety of options left this late at night, but you close at 10? Anyways we order our food and pull up to the window the lady treats us very disrespectfully from the start. There were 5 of us and we got 5 meals. We made sure to ask if there were 5 fortune cookies so we could all get one, and comes back with a very snarky remark. Also they couldn't bother giving us any forks to eat with our meals. Will definitely not be back and I would advise anyone driving into town late to definitely not stop here. read more

This is my third time coming to this specific Panda Express, every time they always mess something up.
