Really disappointed with my order. Its been a few months since I last ordered the Angus Steak (and it was good). Tonight I decided to order the same and was truly dismayed. Two very small pieces of meat About 3/4 inch square, 1 piece of onion, 1 piece of red pepper, and 1 piece of mushroom followed by a boat load of brocolli. Absolutely awful and spiteful customer service. She made me wait for my already prepared food for 30 minutes! I drove by and saw there was a large line, so I ordered online and waited in the parking lot for half an hour. When my order was ready, I walked in the door marked "pick up here". The lady at the front desk started yelling at me to go outside. I explained I was there to pick up an online order, and when she asked my name, I told her. "Go wait outside!", she yelled. I went outside and waited nearly 30 minutes. After that, my patience started wearing thin, so I went inside and a different lady asked for my name. I told her and a young man walked to the front, picked up an order that was there the ENTIRE TIME and handed me my food. I was so frustrated I left and drove the 5 minutes home. All the food was cold, dry, and stale, and had to be microwaved just to become edible. On top of that, I asked for extra teriyaki and sweet and sour, and the cups were barely 1/4 of the way full! I have always enjoyed Panda Express and their entree options. I was around the shopping center hanging out with the family and I wanted to get myself a side of rice. I'm currently on a vegetarian diet so that was pretty much all I could get. The staff was really nice and I had asked them if they had any vegetarian options. They did not and the staff member that attended me was very informative towards options I had. For example she offered mixed veggies but she stated that they were cooked in broth that contained chicken. That was nice of her to tell me so I just went with my side of rice which was the reason I went in there in the first place. I'm always told to respect fast food workers, and I do. I almost rarely complain at them or ask them to change things for me or demand respect from them. The people at this Panda Express most certainly do not share the same sentiment of respect. The people who work here are beyond nasty for literally no reason. I go in there just to wait for my online order and they talk to me like I'm the biggest inconvenience in the world. On top of that, after finally proving to them I have the right Panda Express, they screw up my order and give me orange chicken instead of honey walnut shrimp. If I pay extra for a specific item, I expect to get it. Especially after dealing with your nasty attitude. Too bad about PANDA.  They pretty much eliminated every single dish I once enjoyed!! One, the EGGPLANT dish is gone. Two, the TOFU dish is gone. Three:  the Pan Stir SHRIMP is gone, (seasonal item they said). What's left?  My least favorite Walnut Shrimp. Meh. And the rest is all chicken or beef dishes which I don't eat.  THANKS A LOT, PANDA!!  Some people choose to eat Chinese food because there is usually a pretty good selection of crispy fresh vegetarian items. Only one person ahead of my husband me. We had a gift card and hadn't been to this Panda Express before. It was a take out order. We ordered a two entre plus one. Both the entrees Beijing beef and our or. chicken were tough and the or chicken was also dry. The Beijing serving was very skimpy on both our orders. The chow main was basically just noodles with none of the other stuff in it. The cashier didn't know how to use our gift card. It was one in which you could use it at one of four restaurants. She had someone try to help her. Meanwhile the line had backed up and my husband used his credit card which we don't use as we are trying to pay down. It was a take out or we would have told the mgr so we got home to a horrible meal. I love giving good reviews and if it had just been one thing I would just let it go but I've never had an experience like this at any PXpress. This location gets so busy and the service can be really slow. When they line gets backed up they really skimp on service. I was so surprised at how much room was in my to go box. I once tried to order using the mobile app to make it faster, and their system was malfunctioning and it wouldn't process my order. They didn't do anything to help.
