The orange chicken seemed like small slices of chicken in a bunch of breading. The mushroom chicken meat was again, small slices and didn't have much flavor with a mushy texture. The vegetables were crunchy as if trying to make up for the mushy chicken. The noodles reminded me of CupONoodles and the fried rice was actually good. This has been the absolute worst service ever at this location. My order was placed and said to be ready at 615pm. It is now 654pm and I've just now been told my ticket didn't print, and they don't know if my order was received. I showed the young staff member my email confirmation showing my order. All she did is apologize continued. I said please just make my order. The place is extremely unorganized and there is a line out the door. Maybe try having people on to go orders and other on order for walk in's, just a thought. On another note, gloves were being worn by all staff, not once were they changed between customers or food orders or taking money. Absolutely awful location. Visited on 4/22 at 2 pm and there was a lunch rush going, probably normal for a Saturday. What was not okay, was what seemed like the female manager on shift was yelling at multiple employees in front of a bunch of customers. I felt really bad for one of them, he looked very upset. With her yelling at them and all the other things going on, by the time I got my take out food order it was cold. We are regulars at this Panda Express, but the last few times we have been disappointed. Tonight we order three plates from the app and went to pick it up, the order was served wrong I check back on my receive to see if I made a mistake but the mistake was made in the other end. Through out the whole plates they where over filled with rice and chow main with the entrees on top giving the impression that we were getting a good portion. First off, even though it was a busy day, everybody was friendly, nice, and professional. Food wise, the orange chicken with bacon was too spicy for me. I couldn't take the heat. I always seem to have trouble ordering here. The staff has bungled my order at least three times now, partly due to the crappy layout of the location. With the grill right behind the front counter, it's way too loud and difficult to give the cashier your order. Add to that the COViD related plexi glass shield (understandable and necessary of course, but acoustically problematic) and everyone wearing masks, no one can hear each other. When I try to order , it's "please repeat" or "which selection?" Or "I couldn't understand you" . Then when I finally get my selections in, they somehow don't get it right. Today , I checked my order right away (as I always do now at this location, and sure enough, it was wrong. I had asked for a full meal of my selection and got a side order. Exceedingly frustrated, I asked the cashier to correct it and she could not figure out what I wanted. The manager came and it was like we were speaking different languages even though both of our English was good. I just gave up and left never to return. I get out of work late so I have tried to come in quite a few times around 20 minutes before they close at 10 and for some reason kayla is always the same girl that "helps" me out but actually does nothing to help what so ever. I used to work for the company and know their policies on making food before closing ESPECIALLY a whole 20 minutes to cook up some frozen food. She is always Awful and never any help at all. There is never any premium options at the end of the night so I always try and see if they can make me multiple portions and the answer is always no which is ridiculous. The food that's sitting out has been there an hour at bare minimum for the most part which is why I'd like it fresh. I was ready to buy multiple plates tonight after the third time going in and trying to order and being denied so I just left. Panda lost a customer and I won't return, I held back on the review the last time and I couldn't this time. I asked so nicely and I was so polite but she was anything but. I ended up going to target to buy 40 dollars of frozen Chinese food instead of spending 80 on a lesser quantity of frozen Panda Express food. The staff is friendly but the food needs to be improved. The fried rice is always crunchy and very flavorless. The entrees are hit or miss.

I have ordered twice on two separate occasions and both times they messed up my orders. These orders are not for one or two meals. I'm actually spending money on these orders. One order they completely forgot the orange chicken, so all I received was noodles, when I paid extra for the extra orange chicken. The second time I ordered vegetable egg rolls with several meals and I paid more than $10 for the order of egg rolls. When I got home I didn't get them. Maybe it's my fault for not checking, but that shouldn't be the case. There was literally no one in the place when I picked up my food. So why do they continue to mess up my order. The customer service is not great at all and when I tried calling them about the food that was missing, they never answer. Seems like a very negative place to work, the ladies are never happy and look like they are forced to work there. I ask them questions and they seem not to understand. Maybe they should actually screen people who work there to see if they are actually capable of understanding basic customer service and understand how to read and comprehend basic orders. I ordered directly through your app. I received an order confirmation and later received a text saying that my order was delivered. I never received my order. I only live like 5 mins away from the location so it shouldn't have taken over an hour. After waiting, I decided to go to your panda location in Menifee California, off of Newport and Haun. When I arrived I let one of the workers know, she then went to her supervisor and let her know of the situation. The supervisor then came to speak to me and said that they will process a complaint with the driver and that if I received a refund it would be in about 5 days. To which I said, no how is that fair. I still need the food so please remake it. She then laughed and said no, we already made your order. I reminded her that I never received that order, and I just paid your institution $60 and didn't receive anything. She smirked and told me it was not her problem. I needed to feed my family, my mother just had a stroke and we are tired from going back and forth to the hospital. So in my frustration I did raise my voice and told her to either make the order again or refund me my money. She proceeded to tell me that she doesn't have to do anything and that it's not her problem. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this location in particular. Regardless, we frequent this location very often because it's so close to our house. But I can tell you the lack of any kind of empathy was remarkable. I came here many times and I never thought to give a review about any restaurants I go to. So here I go. This is Panda Express on Haun Road, it's located within the marketplace, specifically next to Wingstop and Chase. The place looks very clean, they were serious about the cleanliness I can give them the credits for that. The restroom, now I remembered half of the time it was a bit dirty and half of the time it's very clean. Now, with the foods, they do look good, although the taste has seem to lost it for a bit, in my opinion. The food selection are wide and variety and very common, there isn't one item that is stranger to us. The hour is vary by the week and weekend. Although the time do look a bit closer. For example, Sunday including weekday they open from 10 AM TO 10:00. Saturday, they open from 10 AM to 10:30. Now about the friendliness of the staffs, there is seemingly none from the staff, they don't greet you with warm and happy attitude, instead they go "hello, what would you want?"
