The food was very good. Kanye, was outstanding. I lowered the rating because one of the employees serving the window wasn't using gloves or washing hand when he was touching items. Kanye did recognize it and made a good correction having him wash and put on gloves. I'm very particular at fast food that the employees wear gloves. Cleanliness also 3 stars. Typical Panda Express where this is great fast food upscale option to all the fast food burger joint chains out there. I have read all the negative comments on this store and can only attest to what I experienced, which was all the food was out on display and ready for ordering, super friendly and helpful staff, and a nice clean bright dining room. My orange chicken bowl with noodles was very tasty and I was in and out in 15 minutes which was great as I was in a rush that day. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of my first visit here and will definitely be returning in the future. Four star's in my book! read more

We regularly stop here when traveling. My initial "welcome" was a typical non-verbal, non-interest by the person behind the counter. That changed very quickly when Kanye C walked up. He was outgoing, friendly, and extremely helpful. As we ate, I watched him continue this friendly enthusiasm with other customers. He is a huge asset to this store. read more

I love the chain but this one is iffy. I've been here quite a few times. The service has never been very good. The food is decent. However today's experience made me not rlly wanna come back. Firstly, we went through the drive through it was pretty clear just from ordering through the speaker the lady taking our order was not in a good mood and didn't wanna be there. I got white rice as a side. It was a 10 minute wait because they were out of some things. However the same lady came and gave us the food still acting rude, and to and from delivering our food the worker was glued to her phone, and basically through the food at us. Server on receipt says Yahaira (sorry girly) They also gave me fried rice and not white rice. I get things happen. But like bruh. I'll just go to Appleton next time lol read more

Attempted to use the drive through, we were struggling to order as everything we wanted they didn't have. When we finally finished ordering two plates, we needed a third and who we assume to be the manager took over the drive through speaker and told us in the most disrespectful way that the drive through was for fast orders and that if we wanted to order food we would have to come inside because he didn't have the time for us to order so slowly. We were struggling to order because they had no food!! It was honestly disgusting behavior. These places are popping up everywhere! Used to have to go to a mall or airport to find the Panda. This location in a stand alone near a Lowe's. I have been to this location 4 times now and it has been hit or miss. I am a big fan of the Orange Chicken but twice ( including today) the taste has been off. I really was impressed with this place. Walking in you pick a entrée and then a side (rice or noodles). We both wanted the new general tsos option with noodles. Because there was a wait for the food they gave us our drinks for free. You get huge portions. The egg roll I added to my meal was crisp and had a ton of veggies. The chicken in the dish was just the right amount of spice and giant chunks atop of the noodles. The noodles had rich flavor and were mixed with onions. Past review: This Panda Express is full of the rudest people I think I have ever met at a Panda Express. They told us we could not do two separate orders in the drive through which is absolutely ridiculous. It isn't that hard. So we went inside and they did not really talk to us. I asked for black pepper chicken after they clearly ran out and did not warn their cooks. They then said that will be a 5-10 minute wait and I said "okay". They looked annoyed that they had to do there job. Then when I asked to take my fiancé's food out to him because he was driving on the road trip the guy said "I guess you can do that" and I paid for it so legally I can do whatever I want with my food. I am super shocked and disappointed because this Panda Express represents the rest. I went in for my two entrees and a side to see if it was done. My empty box was sitting on the counter while the chicken was sitting in the bowl. I had to ask to have my order finished while other people were ordering and taking the item I asked for. The workers did not say anything and stated at me like I was an inconvenience. When I asked for silverware they said "what?", and I asked again and they were like "ya no problem". This is the worst restaurant ever, they told me there was a 10 min wait for the teriyaki chicken, I had to wait 33 mins for it, then, I get home and and the darn chicken had no teriyaki sauce, nor there was a cup with it. This wasn't the first time that I have had problems with Manitowoc's Panda Express. They are known for either overcharging you or forgetting parts of your order. But I thought I would give them another chance, I had order a plate: veggies, string bean chicken, and mushroom chicken. I was told that it would be a few minutes because they were out of veggies and out of the string bean chicken. So I payed my bill and waited. After waiting over ten minutes and watching the staff check out other customers, the server that took my order walks over by me and says "We are out of the string bean chicken and can't make anymore because we close soon." - Then why did you have me waiting, when you knew you wouldn't be able to fill my order? And then I noticed that after I left that they had charged me for a bigger plate and had given me Beijing Beef, which I had not ordered. I won't be coming back here anytime soon and I wouldn't recommend going to this Panda Express location unless you want to be overcharged, have your order incomplete or just have your time wasted. read more

The quality of the food is what you would expect from a Chinese bufett, although it isn't actually a buffet it is similar. You order your food and choose your entrees and they put it on a plate. The menu said they had 2 or 3 entree lunches, but if you order anything but chicken they tell you it is an extra $1.50, this is not on the menu. So I got two chicken dishes and mixed vegetables. I'll be completely honest when I say I did not have very high expectations ordering from here. But WOW did they change my mind!!! I ordered a large catering order for the same day. I had placed the order online and called to confirm since I didn't get an email. The chef who answered was so polite and accommodating. He took my order over the phone since they hadn't received it yet either and started on it right away. I was shocked when they not only said they'd do it, but that it would be ready in one hour. Came in 15 minutes early to pick everything up. Justin greeted me at the register and offered me a soda while I waited. Another employee made sure to come out to let me know it would be another 10 minutes. I let her know I knew I was early but I appreciate the heads up. The entire time I sat there, Justin kept me updated on what was going on with my order. When it was all ready, he even helped me carry the heavy bags to my car!
