Food was delicious! Very warm and fresh. Service was fine but they didn't really ask us for sauce or any add ons. The service was also kids which is fine but they seemed a little annoyed when we asked them for stuff like sauce and covers. Place was dirty and a little messy bathroom had no paper towel in it. Food was very good and reasonable priced. We enjoyed the shrimp and broccoli, general tsp chicken, crab Rangoon..the honey chicken was a little odd to me, but my son didn't complain. The leftovers were enjoyed the next morning so all in all, I would recommend! read more

We have had consistently had good food from China Star. The vegetable egg rolls were the best we've had. Reasonably priced local place.

Best Crab Rangoon Ever. Customer service can be a little awkward but it's worth it for the food. Always recommend this place for takeout or delivery. read more

I come from Chicago, so I have high standards when it comes to Chinese food. But I am pleasantly surprised!! I had given up on finding good asian cuisine in the area, and am soooo happy to have found China Star. I've ordered takeout from them twice, and will order again soon. Great food at a reasonable cost. Great size portions. Family owned. I was really impressed the girl in the front that took our order was really nice. We opted to stay and sit down sitting is limited but if you can music is great to hear peaceful. The beef and broccoli was on point big pieces of beef too. Traveling thru the area on I 43 and decided to stop based upon good Yelp reviews. It is worth the drive in off the freeway. Food was A+ amazing, service good and the atmosphere ok. We were served on real plates too! Amazing as a primarily fast food place. As noted by other reviews the Pot stickers are a must try. We also enjoyed watching their daughter quietly play while her mom & dad cooked and occassionally checked on her. We plan to make this a regular stop each time thru. We were traveling through Sheboygan and saw the good reviews here so stopped for some food. Not sure how this place has any positive reviews. Ordered the chicken with cashews and it was not fresh, overly salty and had way too many pieces of celery and not enough pieces of (soggy) chicken. The service was just as awful. This establishment focuses primarily on TakeOut, but does have a small sit-down dining room. I had the Hot and Sour Soup, which was very good. (I typically will make a judgement of the restaurant based largely upon how good the Hot and Sour Soup is . . . or is NOT! I also had the Moo Goo Gai Pan, which was very good. For starters, the food is amazing! However, the restaurant definitely need to be cleaned. When you walk in it smells like bleach or a swimming pool. It is very messy on the inside. The outside of the building isn't as inviting but what's inside will trump any doubt you might have.
