My visit to this location was great! The food was hot and flavorful. I had the super greens which were cooked perfectly. I also had the fried rice and the chicken breast. My husband had the orange chicken. The employees were helpful and friendly. I will visit this location again! read more

Food is ok, but service at the drive through has gotten so slow lately I won't be back.

Good food Good price Service good Helpful suggestions Ambiance good Good parking Nice drive through read more

Service is usually pretty quick and the food is always fresh every time that I've gone!

so today I was at panda express hungry after a workout so I wanted something healthy and filling I thought panda was it so I ordered and I wanted a orange chicken and Beijing beef but when got home it was broccoli and beef I was so upset read more

To start, I'm not one to really complain about fast food places. Normally I just take it in stride. However, from start to finish, this was not a good experience. First of all, the heat was on high and full blast to where it was almost unbearable. The lady behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to serve people, and her attitude reflected that point. The food was not even warm and the rice was undercooked. The only good thing that I can say about today's experience, is that when the first lady forgot our sauce, a gentleman from the line came with a smile and got some sauce for us. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant without some employee training across the board. read more

Please try to cook your chowmein! This is a raw chowmein noodles! Bland and no ingredients and not good at all. This is chinese food so please season it accordingly not cook it in a Caucasian way. This is the only panda express in our area so seems like we don't have choice at all! Update! Went here today and my order is so incomplete. No sweet and sour sauce for the cream cheese rangoons and no utensils. Seriously! It's not even busy and this is so unacceptable. Please train your staff appropriately for a better service! read more

Got there roach on bar by food. Told the worker he killed it and asked me what did I want!!!! I've been here several times. You have to go at the right time or they won't have what you want or it will be old. I can't believe that the rice is never fresh. Crunchy most times! Clean store. Need to keep food fresh and management needs to be more involved in what's going on. The end. read more

This Panda Express has the worst service out of any I've ever visited. I ALWAYS have to wait 7-10 minutes (which usually turns into 20 mins). The staff will slip in small servings of over cooked bottom of the pan scraps as a full serving) and to top it off, the restaurant is drive through only, because the doors are always locked. I love giving restaurants a chance to grow, especially the new ones and I'm always trying to support new business, but the service here is subpar. read more

The management folks sent me two free entree cards. That sounded like a nice effort to help me out. I visit the location thinking that I'll use one card. Immediately the person tells me I'll have to by one entree to use the free entree card. That doesn't sit well with me and after bickering with me....the person eventually gave me the entree. I'm upset, get home and do not enjoy the food. Days later I return with the second free entree card and offer to buy one entree to use the free card. (Sorry if this is confusing) They commence to tell me that I'll have to buy TWO entrees to then use the free entree card. No where on the free entree card is this bologna stated in any fashion. I don't care to go further with this. I'll wrap up. These people are not customer service oriented and their food is only mediocre, at best. Remember, the only reason they sent me two free entree cards is because I complained, yet at the drive through window these badly trained employees act like I am a problem. read more

Food greasy, tasted like old oil.could not eat it . Service was ok. Went through drive thru, so ambiance was n/a. Will not go again.

Waited 25 minutes for meal. We were told we would have to wait five minutes for rangoons. Which was not a problem. It taking longer than expected wouldn't have been a problem either until 10 cars after us received their food. Then the worker told me they were waiting for the same thing we were. We were forgotten and skipped. The worker proceeded to be very rude even though I continued to be nice. Food was cold and order was wrong as well. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants although times past 7 food can be unavailable. You are not promised your whole meal. Other than that the food is very enjoyable and they never let me down. read more

Consistent with what I expect at Panda. Fresh food fast with healthy choices and crisp veggies. I tried the new orange chicken with bacon and just like anything, things are always better with bacon! Good spice and good flavor. read more

Gave this place another try. Horrible choice! The food was so gross! The sweet fire chicken was old and just tasted horrible. The spring rolls were burned. When we first pulled away we realized they didn't give us both orders of spring rolls. So I pulled back through the drive thru. The girl didn't even say sorry! We were both sick after eating the food. Never again!! read more

We come by once a week in the drive thru and they NEVER have anything. We are here right now, the last said 25 minutes on fries rice. It's crazy. They close at 10pm and it's 8pm right now. read more

I've never been to a Panda Express before but immediately I noticed how dirty it was in there. We get up to the buffet to start ordering and we stood there a while before we were serviced, which was fine as they were super busy. A sweet little lady starts making our food and set it aside to wait for the chow mein and the male employee in the glasses walks by and TAKES FOOD OFF OUR PLATES AND PUTS IT BACK!!! This same employee nearly broke his legs trying to get to the table behind us shortly after this because a little boy was filling his grandfather's drink but the boy had only ordered water for himself. The employee made the family pay for another fountain drink. He just had such a crappy demeanor and seemed so rude. I will not ever go back. Our food was cold, did not taste well, it was $50 and no one had near enough to eat. I have a 7,9 and 18 month old and they all left hungry after eating their food and mine. read more

Worse Panda Express I've ever been too. Fried rice was hard and overcooked, orange chicken was overcooked/ burnt. Looked like black chicken. Walnut shrimp was burned and overcooked with shrimp pieces actually stuck together. Please bypass this location. You've been warned. One more thing, can't blame it on being busy because I was the only one in the drive through when I pulled and only one patron in the e dining area. 4:00pm timeframe. I see why.... I guess everyone else already knows about this place so they are staying away read more

I'm not sure why this restaurant waits until you arrive to put your mobile order together..... It literally gives you a time that your order will be ready but it never is. I arrived 20 minutes after the pick up time and they hadn't even started my order. This has happened to me multiple times here. The food is good. Service is horrible. read more

I wrote a 2 star review not too long ago about how bad the service was that i got when i came back to have them correct my food order and management was very quick to respond to my complaint. I still kept going back to pandas to keep giving them another try and when i went today i was happy with the portion of the chow mein. Normally its all vegetables and barely noodles but today it was balanced. I want to thank the management team on taking their time to deal with my complaint. read more

OK- Who expects great Kung Pau Chicken in a fast food Chinese restaurant? The egg rolls were very flavorful This is some of the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I chatted with a staffer. He was very positive. When the staff is up & enthusiastic, that a good thing. If you've not tried it, do so. I was reluctant to stop, but I did and I'm glad. I highly recommend the Kung Pau Chicken. read more

I was told it would take 8-10 min to order super greens. 30 minutes later I still did not have my food. I called the store, (I was waiting outside, I had gone through the drive-through), and they said they'd be right out. 10 more minutes I called the store and they were actually walking out with my food. The food was cold... I'm thinking it was sitting there the entire time. I have never left a bad review for any restaurants... Because I know how hard they work. However, this Lufkin Location continues to have issues with their service. Very disappointing. read more

Usually love Panda Express. This one, however, may be the worst one I've ever been to. Came in and they were out of Beijing beef, Kung pao chicken, and orange chicken wasn't even available until the next day with nobody in line and the restaurant was empty. Needed more chefs or a replacement read more

Their food is normally pretty good, comparable to other locations but I didn't even get to eat this time. I came in at 10:40 am, 10 mins after they opened so I was expecting some delay on food but to literally only have 1 dish out and say it will be a minimum of an hour before any rice or noodles were ready is ridiculous. If your going to open at 10:30 then you should be ready to serve food at 10:30 not start cooking at 10:30. What a joke!!! read more

I've gone here twice so far and both times have been disappointed. They close at 10, but stop cooking any food before 9. I arrived at 9pm and told the only entree they had was one single order and they were not cooking anything else even thou they were open for another hour. This has not been the only time that I've arrived well before closing. Have been told they do not have any food. The food is good when you can get it, but don't expect to get anything from them at night. read more

Delicious food! I love coming here whenever I get the chance!! I especially love to order the fried rice and orange chicken!!

I've always enjoyed this restaurant until tonight. I got the Beef Broccoli to go and it was horrible. It tasted burnt or something. I took one bite and threw it out. Never again read more

Our past few Panda Express experiences have been absolutely terrible. The worst service at any fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed. At the intercom, they start off by asking, "Would you like to try out orange chicken?" I'm not sure why... but they never have the orange chicken ready meaning that you have to go park and sit for an extremely long time (close to an hour for us) while they get their food ready... it's call fast food for a reason. They ended up forgetting about us and gave our food to someone else (even though we had already paid) meaning that we had to wait even longer for them to prepare our food again!!! I really wouldn't recommend ordering food here unless you have time to kill. read more

I ordered at the drive thru on 8/31/20 and the girl taking the orders was incredibly rude for no reason at all. The food was ok, definitely not the best, but the service is the reason that I'll never eat there again. Absolutely my worst experience at a Panda Express! This location was nasty in every way. Food service table, floors, all tables dirty that were not occupied. No ice!! Couldn't even throw our trash away because the cans were all overflowing. Also out of over half of the entrees and this was at 7:00 pm. Prime dinner time. read more
