To start, I'm not one to really complain about fast food places. Normally I just take it in stride. However, from start to finish, this was not a good experience. First of all, the heat was on high and full blast to where it was almost unbearable. The lady behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to serve people, and her attitude reflected that point. The food was not even warm and the rice was undercooked. The only good thing that I can say about today's experience, is that when the first lady forgot our sauce, a gentleman from the line came with a smile and got some sauce for us. Please try to cook your chowmein! This is a raw chowmein noodles! Bland and no ingredients and not good at all. This is chinese food so please season it accordingly not cook it in a Caucasian way. This Panda Express has the worst service out of any I've ever visited. I ALWAYS have to wait 7-10 minutes (which usually turns into 20 mins). The staff will slip in small servings of over cooked bottom of the pan scraps as a full serving) and to top it off, the restaurant is drive through only, because the doors are always locked. The management folks sent me two free entree cards. That sounded like a nice effort to help me out. I visit the location thinking that I'll use one card. Immediately the person tells me I'll have to by one entree to use the free entree card. That doesn't sit well with me and after bickering with me....the person eventually gave me the entree. I'm upset, get home and do not enjoy the food. Days later I return with the second free entree card and offer to buy one entree to use the free card. (Sorry if this is confusing) They commence to tell me that I'll have to buy TWO entrees to then use the free entree card. No where on the free entree card is this bologna stated in any fashion. I don't care to go further with this. I'll wrap up. These people are not customer service oriented and their food is only mediocre, at best. I've never been to a Panda Express before but immediately I noticed how dirty it was in there. We get up to the buffet to start ordering and we stood there a while before we were serviced, which was fine as they were super busy. A sweet little lady starts making our food and set it aside to wait for the chow mein and the male employee in the glasses walks by and TAKES FOOD OFF OUR PLATES AND PUTS IT BACK!!! This same employee nearly broke his legs trying to get to the table behind us shortly after this because a little boy was filling his grandfather's drink but the boy had only ordered water for himself. The employee made the family pay for another fountain drink. He just had such a crappy demeanor and seemed so rude. I will not ever go back. Our food was cold, did not taste well, it was $50 and no one had near enough to eat. I have a 7,9 and 18 month old and they all left hungry after eating their food and mine. read more

I've gone here twice so far and both times have been disappointed. They close at 10, but stop cooking any food before 9. I arrived at 9pm and told the only entree they had was one single order and they were not cooking anything else even thou they were open for another hour. Our past few Panda Express experiences have been absolutely terrible. The worst service at any fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed. At the intercom, they start off by asking, "Would you like to try out orange chicken?" I'm not sure why... but they never have the orange chicken ready meaning that you have to go park and sit for an extremely long time (close to an hour for us) while they get their food ready... it's call fast food for a reason. They ended up forgetting about us and gave our food to someone else (even though we had already paid) meaning that we had to wait even longer for them to prepare our food again!!! I really wouldn't recommend ordering food here unless you have time to kill. read more
