Lunch time eats. Fast and so yummy. No Drive thru today we went inside. Sample the variety of entree choices. I tried the Treasure Chinese Chicken. Very flavorful its sauteed with peppers and I could taste that flavor in the chicken. I decided on the mildly spicy Shanghai Steak..with mushrooms and green beans. I got the bowl. Which is one entree item ..and choice of rice, fried rice, or chow mein The chow mein was a little low. So they made fresh. The kitchen was constantly making fresh entrees to replenish the line item foods. The lobby was clean with plenty of seating. They even have small outdoor dining area. I have mixed feelings about the food here. The "premium" surf and turf contains a filler-potatoes. 2 stars for sure especially when I have to pay an additional $1 for steak and shrimp. The orange chicken was very good. 3 stars The brown rice was ok-overcooked. 2 Stars The atmosphere of restaurant is pleasant, clean, and bright. The front door glass broken. I love love love this location. The food is always fresh and on point, the establishment is immaculately clean, the prices are very very reasonable for the amount of food they give you and the drive thur service is quick. All and all you will not be disappointed if you eat here they have a great meat selection, every time I come I always order half chow mien half rice with orange chicken and then I try a new flavor along side that at each visit. I got the bowl because I did not want too much being it was my first time. There was barely anything on the hot bar and it's 11:30 in the morning. I ordered one of the "premium" foods which happens to also be advertised as a new flavor. Rice and mixed vegetables. Like I said idk how but it was all nasty. I went in at 3:30 on Dec 31,2019 to pick up dinner. When i went to order their were 10 of their meats completly empty. When i asked why was told cook was on break and wouldn't be back for 20 more minutes. I asked tp speak to the manager and find out how long it would be to cook? She stated 20 to 25 minutes. The food that was in glass counter looked old and most was sticking to side of pans.i will drive 45 minutes from now on to get decent Chinese food. The manager wasn't helpful what makes me the angriest is that i had bought 50.00 gift cards. I will not be back there and will let family and friends know of lack of concern for customer service. Another thing when i went in their was an officer sitting their with two of the employees. When i asked to speak to the manager he came in and interjected himself in a conversation that was none of his business. I have also filed a complaint with the Lovejoy Police. You would think on New years eve he should be out keeping our community safe. I guess only time your truly safe is if its at a restaurant or donought shop. It never fails. Every time we order through the drive through, our order is wrong. The employees are rude. When we order online, we have the same issue with the order being wrong. When we go in to pick up our online order, we are usually ignored and end having to just jump in and make them acknowledge us. Then they act as if we are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. It's absolutely ridiculous. This location needs some serious customer service training ASAP.. read more

My son and I we're treated with the worst reception at a panda express I've ever had. I arrived around 6:45 PM, and was informed that the teriyaki chicken was cooking and we had to wait. Before we order, she took the ladies quarter behind me and kissed me off. And because I mentioned about us being in front of the other lady, she quit taking my order and went to do something else and handed me off to someone else. Then placed my order over to the side, took the ladies order behind me, and took her order up and let her pay for it, even though we were waiting on the same item. And then I was told I'll have to wait because they took other supporters. Then they moved on and left me standing there. So I spoke openly concerning the matter and me and my son left.
