I live 717 miles from the closest Zaxby's. This week may be my only time to try Zaxby's and the employees of this location decide to close 30 minutes early. An employee came out of the store carrying wet garbage and told every single car in the drive-thru to get out because they're "closed". I'm sure the other cars in the drive-thru appreciated waiting several minutes in traffic and in line just to be sent away just like I did. That shows very poor planning. CLEANLINESS!!!!the bathrooms are absolutely nasty. It made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. The staff was nice and polite and we got our food in a timely manner but dang it had me worried. My family and I really enjoy Zaxbys and this location is usually on point. I either get the wings and things meal with traditional wings (garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper) or the blue zalad. We don't have issues with our orders, the staff is pretty friendly and accommodating, and it is a pleasant place to visit. read more

Well..... Stopped in today just to see if the consistency was there. To my surprise it was a tad different. My buddy got the chicken sandwich combo that I always opt for. Today I wanted nibblers. I was a little upset after seeing the chicken that was on them. Really tiny meat. The pic that I snapped was the smaller one but the others weren't too much bigger. Nibblers are already smaller. I guess that's why they come in 3's. Just check out my pic. Service was just ok today. Not bad but not the best either. At first ...as I was approaching the door to the restaurant, I was met by the manager (she had keys) I assumed because she stated the inside was now closed and all orders are now being taken through drive thru. She locked the doors just like that!!!!! After all I almost fell because was no salt on the sidewalks surrounding the restaurant, the front door was locked so I had to walk to the side entrance... for her to tell me that. First Starters Customer Service. Team members wearing cooking or serving gloves and hair net on their hair. Bad attitude serving customers is an issue in restaurant businesses today. Hiring Younge adults without proper training isn't a good look on any company. Food has been given to the wrong customers, food has been given cold out the window and after waiting for almost 2hrs for food. Also after getting told to move up it would get brought out to the customer. Then the time gets to be out raggedly ridiculous, to go inside the and no apologies or explanation for what happened to the food why? Is it cold and to be given cold food and not cooked fresh. Unacceptable not very friendly service it's very poorly, ambiance isn't there and trying to get food would be a sentry because how long it takes you to get it. I've waited 2 months to go back to see if change or progress have been made by management or even corporate. Sad for me to return and it's the same and worse. No help no growth. My rating for this location and this Zaxby's is 0 stars. Please do better because this company Zaxby's definitely needs a lot of help progress and attitude change. When this Zaxbys 1st opened some yeaaaaaars ago, the staff was mixed yet mostly white. With that being said, the staff were professional and bright along with kind. But now the staff is more of a majority of black people and the atmosphere has changed to GHETTO. GHETTO with BOOMSHEEKA on the Register! Nasty attitudes. The young men walking around with their uniforms hanging off of their butts and the young females with nasty attitudes, who wont even greet u when u walk up to the counter but just stare at u. Rudest people ever!!! My first time going there I got a ramekin of seasoning thrown at me throw the drive Thur window. LITERALLY THROWN AT ME THREW MY WINDOW. The manager seen it and when I said they seen it I parked my car to go inside to speak to them. Upon my arrival inside the restaurant the man (the manager with dreads) stopped me and said "ma'am I'm sorry you can't come in here?" That instantly upset me because now your not trying to address your employee wrong . So I brushed in there anyway and asked what was he going to do about the situation and he Proceed to ignore me and ask me to leave and threaten to call the police. Each time I come here, I am disappointed. Inside or outside the wait is atrocious. Then the workers have the worst attitude towards doing their job. It's understandable, if I was working at a place where the majority of the work is put on teenagers that have to balance school or work, I would be a little upset myself. If i could give -5 stars i would., On 11/19/21 i arrived at this location pulled into the driveway behind 3 cars at 1024pm they close at 11.. upon waiting in line in the driveway 2 ghetto employees came from the back door. And went one car in front of me to manually take the order, the other proceeded to go to the car behind mines. Not 40 seconds later the girl approached my car to take my order. I told her i don't frequent here often i need to see the menu as i was pulling it online on my phone. She offered no assistance she just walked off and proceeded to the cars behind me. Now i have a car in front and 4 behind me., no one never came back to take my order. It was 11:02 when i reached the intercom i spoke 6xs to no availability i pulled up to the window and waited my turn., when it was my turn to approach the window the time was now 11:18., when i approached the ghetto boy said he could not take my order. For it was after 11 and they were officially closed! Imagine my irritation.., the girl who walked off from my car closed the window and started to speak her case about why they had no order for me and why i was stuck in between 6 orders. She admitted to her not coming back to retrieve my order., and went to get the manager., as I'm waiting on the manager to appear to window the ghetto boy is telling me to leave because I'm holding his line. I reminded him I've been patient in line since 10:26 and i need food he laughed like it was a joke and then walked off to mop floor. Now at 11:23 the manager arrived at window telling me he heard about what happened and unfortunately they can't take my order!!! When i pulled off without any food for my over an hour wait in zaxbys drive thru it was 11;48pm. I arrived back at this location the following day @203 to honor and retrieve my free meal. Okay food. Slow service. Don't bother ordering online. Always under new management. Inconsistent. I'm not really sure what else to say. I've never visited this location without issue, I just don't voice them all the time because I'm not a complainer. My overall review of this place after6 years of on-and-off is that you visit only when you have no other option. Fayetteville and Riverdale aren't that far away so I would recommend those stores first. Today was just annoying and it's hot outside so I'm sure that explains some of my attitude. Anyway, my sister, niece, and nephew and I stopped were quickly before they had to get back on the road to north Georgia. We were on a time crunch so I ordered online. My order was confirmed at 2:13pm for pick up at 2:23pm. We arrive at 2:25pm and I walked up to the sign that said "pick up online orders here". It took a while for anyone to acknowledge us as if the herd of people that walked in aren't noticeable. You would know if you'd seen our order already. Finally, the cashier farthest from us asked if we had been helped and I let her know that I'm picking up an online order. The cashier closest to me then called back to rush the online order that had not been started. It was 2:45 before we for our drinks and 2:50pm before we for our food. We ordered 3 meals and a side. The food was like warm which I couldn't understand. As I was waiting for my meal there were 2 other orders that had been messed up. My order was keyed in at 1:09pm. By the time I paid at 1:19pm my salad still wasn't ready so I was asked to pull up. SERIOUSLY?! Ok... Out of all the fast food & fried chicken places, Zaxby's might be one of my favorites! Gasp...I know! I live in Atlanta, home of Chick Fil-A and there's also a gluttony of fast food places here. It's mainly due to the buttery grilled slice of Texas Toast that comes with the order and the spiced & salted crinkle cut fries. As far as the chicken goes, I tend to go simple and order the white chicken strips with Zaxby's sauce...they tend to be a little salty but always perfectly crisp and satisfied the fried food craving. Drive thru is always very convenient, like any other fast food place... b/c of it's not always everywhere, especially in metro Atlanta, it seems to be a bit of a treat when I order from Zaxby's. read more

Came to Zaxby's for supper tonight. We were going to split a 6 finger meal and order an extra cole slaw. The girl said they had run out of cole slaw, yet the meal came with one on it. Obviously they hadn't run out of slaw. The ketchup dispenser was empty, the lemon container was also empty. The salt packets were wet. I went to the restroom and out of 4 possible rolls of toilet paper, there was barely one. It seems as though management needs to be a little more proactive in managing their store. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an online order on Friday evening,chose to pick up order for ASAP within 9 minutes. I gave an additional 15 minutes to ensure the order would be ready. When I arrived the drive thru was wrapped around the building, I thought to myself thank God I placed an online order. Which that was to no avail. I called at 8:38 when I arrived and was told my order wasn't ready yet. Okay not to big of an issue as yet. I waited and lost track of time and called again at 9:12 only to be told that the ticket said the order was ready but they didn't see it. I was told they would check on it and call me back. At this point I'm pissed. I wait for minutes 10 with no call so I go inside. I tell them that I have been waiting on my online order for 40 minutes now to this I am told that no one informed her that I was waiting. Which shouldn't matter if she was told I was waiting for my order should have been ready and waiting on me. Never once did anyone give an apology. I waited another 10-15 mins for my order and when I got it home my order was messed up. I didn't have the energy to call or go back up there. This is the worst service I have received ever. How can they be this close to Chick-fil-a to see how smoothly they run there business and you cant pick up any pointers from them. Just horrible!!!! read more
