This Chinese food is fantastic! I don't think I have ever described food like that or I could be very hungry! The presentation is good for to go food! I had shrimp fried rice. The shrimp were so fresh and the rice was moist and not dry. I also had the cream cheese ration, a spring roll, Teriyaki chicken and bourbon chicken. Everything was so flavorful! Stopped by for a Friday lunch. My homeboy wanted to eat here again. Usually I always get the lo mein but I needed to try the rice this time. Let's just say it's not fried rice to me. More like a steamed rice. Kicking myself in the tail for getting it. The jalapeno chicken and teriyaki chicken were great. I had to ask for soy sauce and chili oil. Service was ok but not too welcoming. Folks just don't know how to be nice anymore. Just my opinion. Inside is small. Didn't use the restroom this time so I can't give an opinion on that. I saw the yelp reviews and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Only because everyone has different tastes. I was WRONG! Let me first say, the young man working the register was awesome. He was very friendly, and just an all around good vibe. The food... that was another story. It was more than horrible! I ordered the house lo-mein, and it was terrible. The only half decent thing about it was the noodles. The meat was all overcooked and disgusting. LITERALLY!! The meats had way too much ginger and was more than overbearing. The staff is pleasant. We went in very late one evening, close to closing time when the options for open restaurants was pretty low, and ordered our food to go. Unsurprisingly, it tasted like food from the bottom of the barrel. Teriyaki chicken is one of my go to dishes, so I was somewhat happy to see that it was one of the options that was nearly gone; I took that as a good sign that it was probably tasty. The chicken was hard and tough to chew, as of sitting over the warmer had dried it out. Some of the other meats were similarly hard, and most of it was too salty to consume. The rice was fine but didn't taste like friend rice at all. The best thing i got was a bottle of water. We won't be back here. read more

While the staff were pleasant and provided plenty of taste test options, I was upset to find a hair in my food! How disgusting is that!? I understand that accidents happen but to be looking forward to trying out a new place and finding hair in your food is not a good feeling. The jalapeño chicken sample was great but the actual meal was not so good. The chicken was dried out. In fact the meat didn't seem that fresh. I couldn't finish my food once I found the hair. Recommended from a friend and finally decided to give it a shot. Definitely worth the U-turn I had to make as I passed by. For around $8.00 I got two meats and a choice of fried rice or Lo Mein. I decided to try General Tso's chicken and the bourbon chicken. The food was definitely fresh and the flavor was pretty darn good. Portion size was very adequate and the staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. While there the food was being prepared and everything looked fresh and tasty. For the price, you get a good amount of food. It is pretty much chicken or beef in various sauces. I had the pick three - Spicy Garlic Chicken, Jalapeño Chicken, and the American favorite General Tso's Chicken. It all looked the same in the container and I could tell any taste difference between the pieces or even what was what. While it wasn't bad, the lack of anything was disappointing. It also wasn't great either. Very greasy, even more than usual. However the fried rice was a highlight. Don't know what they put in it, but I'd go back just to get more of it. Clean inside. Upon entering, the atmosphere was nice. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. They all wore masks didn't allow any in-house dining. The food was nicely displayed and labeled for customers to see. The food appeared fresh and my wings were fried to order. I waited about 5 mins. The restaurant also had a letter grade of 'A'. Prices were great for the portion amount. Inexpensive and tasty. This is our quick go-to American-Chinese spot on the South side. The staff is always friendly, servings are large, and the price is right. They seem to make smaller batches so nothing is too old. My wife always gets an order of their egg drop soup. 2 meats and a side along with soup was more than enough for the two of us. It's like mall food with out having to find a parking place. The food is great if you like chicken 10 different ways. And it is the same 10 different ways daily. They do not cook to order. So far since I have been in the south Atlanta area this restaurant is the best expensive Chinese restaurant I have been to. Of course that is only for takeout. It's a small building with lots of windows on route 155. The customer service was standard nothing special and not rude either. When you walk up to the counter you see a wide variety of very well presented entrées. You get to choose a certain amount of meats and A side depending on how much you want to pay. They put it in a foam container you pay and you eat. I chose the mongolian chicken and the bourbon chicken and they were both great. They both had a great texture the chicken was not stringy or dry. I am definitely going to have to come back here. Only negative is the fried rice they include as a side. It tasted good but it didn't have the traditional fried rice taste. It kind of tasted like it was cooked in the oven. Another words the rice absorbed too much water. Even with this minor defect it still tasted good. read more
