You guys need to realize this is a family owned restaurant and they are trying everything they can to make us customers happy. Sometimes they get crammed like on holidays or if they are busy in general it will take them a little bit longer for them to make our food but they will always make sure to satisfy us and try to make it as quick as possible. Their cooks are super sweet and when busy is trying their best to keep up with all these large orders so please give them some time. I get it when it reaches a limit like if it takes an hour or so but even if they really are trying their best to keep up with each order and make sure we get our food to our liking. I looked at most of these reviews and see most of them are one time experiences and it over little mistakes so please just give them more chances because their food is absolutely delicious.
