Do not go here. These people are embarrassingly lazy, dishonest, ignorant, and dumb. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and they said they could not make a bean and cheese burrito but could make a bean, cheese and rice burrito? Lazy! Another time around, we ordered three cheesy potatoes...they proceeded to give us beans that were days old. Not hours, days! 3pm, drive thru. Ordered 4 tacos, she immediately moved me forward (to avoid bad drive times- I know that game). Waited ten min, eventually parked and went inside to be told they forgot to put beef down for the tacos. Beef! Ground stuff that you put in tacos at lunch! Terrible. Terrible experience. I thought people were exaggerating how bad this location is, but they weren't. I ordered pickup through uber eats twenty minutes before I needed it, thinking that would be enough time for them to complete the order (small order, only two meals). When I got to the store, it was completely empty both inside and in the drive through so I thought my food would definitely be ready, considering I had placed the order twenty whole minutes prior. I got inside (wasn't greeted), and waited for someone to come up to the front so I could pick up my food. I was surprised to learn they hadn't even started the order yet, even though they had NO OTHER ORDERS AND TWENTY MINUTES TO COMPLETE IT. After I finally got my food ANOTHER twenty minutes later, I left (without checking the order, my mistake). It was missing the taco from one of the meals, and the quesadilla wasn't cut at all. Thankfully I was able to go back and get my taco, but when I opened it, it was cold, even though it had just been made. I used to work at another location, so I get it can be stressful and overwhelming at times, but THERE WERE NO OTHER ORDERS GOING ON!! There's no excuse for this other than laziness. It's was so disgusting I drove 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get a refund. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY So today I thought I was going to pick up a quick taco for lunch. Normally I would just take a little extra time to grab a lunch special at a local Mexican restaurant and grab a couple of taco's. I haven't had KFC/Taco Bell in a while so let's patronize this local business and spread my dollars to keep this establishment open. Little did I know that I was in for an afternoon NIGHTMARE!!! 1. The employee or the manager know of the $5 Craving box meal that I was ordering directly from the menu board. 2. Gets to the window and the price did not add up to what I was just ordered at the intercom. And again both the manager and the drive thru employee did not understand what was on the board so I ask them; "What do you have that is a $5 box on the Taco Bell menu?" After the manager gives his spill, which still did not correlate with the menu board, I proceeded to order this $5 meal. Then I was asked to pull forward and the would bring the food out. 3. 15 minutes later the order taker came out and ask; "What was your order again?" Again we repeated the order. 4. 15 minutes later we decided to go inside to see what's going on cause now we have waited 45 mins for basically 4 tacos and and 2 drink and i decided to get a refund for food that i don't have and go somewhere else to spend my money. Once in this location the manager who called himself Josh yelled out "We don't give refund you should have seen that on the drive thur windows sign." After a few word exchanged, I decided to call the local PD the help resolve this issue before this became the top story on all the major news channels. This location is the worst. All the other one star reviews are accurate from what I have experienced there as well. I also hate how they try to stop you from pulling up to the checkout window and then force you to drive away from the window as soon as you pay (even when nobody is behind you) so that their management can pretend to corporate that they are serving customers faster than they actually are. In the future I will be going to other drive-thru restaurants where I can actually get my food by driving thru and not being told to go park when I am the only person in the line. read more

I wanted to surprise my 86 year old Mom with a little Taco treat. Boy that back fired! As I drove away I was aware the food was not very warm. Once we started our little picnic it was obvious that the crispy taco was stale not just to the crunchiness but in flavor of old food and speaking of flavor there was none to the meat. Horrible & slow service, combined with an unprofessional staff = Disaster. My food was missing items (guacamole and pico de gallo) so I told the cashier, and she told me to pull around so she could correct it. I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Once I got to the window, I asked for hot food in exchange for the cold food they gave me, since I waited so long for a mistake they caused. The cashier replied "Your food is not cold". I asked for the manager and she rudely replied "I am the manager". I asked for her name & corporate's number and she replied "My name is Lamesha and we don't have a corporate number". Then she shut the window on me and started cursing and disrespecting me to her coworkers. I sat there waiting for another employee to come. Once he came, I asked if Lamesha was actually the manager and if that was her real name. He looked at her for confirmation and before he could speak, she said "Tell her my name is Lamesha, I don't care". He didn't even answer if she was the manager or not. I asked him for corporate's number and he told me it was on my receipt (which I never got). They printed me out a random receipt and pointed to the phone number at the top of the receipt. I told them, "This is the store's phone number, not corporate." Silence. Then I looked at the cashier's name on the receipt to make sure her name was really Lamesha. The receipt said Carmesicia. Then I asked her again, "Is your name Lamesha or Carmesicia?" Silence. I repeated my question. She said "My name is Carmesicia". So I asked to speak to another employee for confirmation. Once the other employee came to the window I asked her if thé cashier's name is Carmesicia or Lamesha. She looked at me stunned and said "I'm Carmesicia " So not only was the first cashier rude and disrespectful, but she also took on the identity of her coworker, and refused to give me corporate's number. This is the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! The staff is unprofessional, lackadaisical, and rude. If you don't believe me then look at the other reviews. I drove 10 miles to come here to use the restroom after going to the Atlanta motor speed way. If I could put a 0 I would literally rate them a 0. I knocked on the door to use the inside restroom for 5 minutes and the employees looked at me and looked away. I had a toddler with me and the signage on the outside of the door indicated they were open until 1am. I arrived at 11:45pm, No where did it say "dine in hours" on the front of the door. This is the only place that is open in the wee hours of the morning on this side of Tara Blvd. I almost always get steak chalupas because anything else makes me sick, literally. I never really liked taco bell to begin with but my family does. So i usually go for them. But even they have given up on this place. In no way should it take almost 45 minutes to get through the drive through for fried chicken or tacos. What the heck are they doing in there? And going inside doesn't make getting your meal any faster. The last time i went inside, there were at least 7 people in line and one cashier slowly taking orders--- one at a time. Oh and when a customer came up to complain about a missing taco, the whole front end shut down and started starting at each other with confused looks as if this missing taco was equivalent to missing cash from the drawer.
