I visited the Morrow Moe's Southwest Grill on a Wednesday night around 8:15 PM with my family and they did not disappoint me. This has to be the best location that I've tried in Metro Atlanta in years! Not only was the food fresh, hot and flavorful, but because the customer service was great. I give the experience an A+. We did not have any hiccups with them honoring the state-wide special that is advertised on TV and social media ($5.99 bowls and burritos with the app QR code after 5 PM), nor did they skimp on the portions of food. I ordered the adobe chicken homewrecker (with seasoned rice, grilled onions and peppers, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheese and poblano crema). My family also had homewrecker bowls. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed whether it was cold water, fresh chips or sauces for our bowls. The restaurant was clean and salsa bar was fully stocked. We dined in and the bowls were so good that we opted to take an additional order to go to warm up for lunch/dinner the following day. My sister is a huge fan of Moe's, and she's slowly converting me to one as well. We came in 15 min before closing and we were met with a warm greeting. Even when they were out of certain toppings and cilantro rice, they still made it for us. We had to wait around 5 min, but definitely worth the wait. I was in the area and decided to grab a bite! Walking in, the staff gave us a super energetic "Welcome to Moe's." The establishment is super clean and very spacious. The Moe Meat Moe Cheese Bowl comes with double portions of steak, seasoned rice, black beans, queso, shredded cheese and pico de gallo. And yes, double protein and queso are included. I decided to add Onions and Jalapenos to mine for a kick. The bowl was super fresh, meaty, and flavorful. This will be my go-to when I come to Moe's from now on. The steak was tender and carried its own seasoning which fit perfectly with the fixings of the bowl overall. I live by the place that starts with a C, and will go out of my way to go to Moe's. . The manager is the bomb. Kind and gracious and runs his staff like a well oiled machine. Worked late tonight so picked up something quick for dinner. Moe's is always good but I don't go that often. I wanted some queso so I got the bowl with a bowl of queso on the side. When I was checking out the manager gave me chips and asked if I needed more. I said yes and he responded they free here this ain't Chipotle lol. Anyway I got home without my queso. I called back and Darian the manager apologized and said what you want me to bring it to you and I was serious but jokingly said yes and he surprised me and did. Darian made my whole night! I don't know if it's under new management but the manager on duty was a complete bitch and lashing out to employees about not giving too much. She had an attitude and was VERY greedy! They claimed they were out of big tortillas but we still had to pay the same price for the big ones?!? When the manager stingily and barely put shredded cheese on it, we asked for a little more and she said we would have to pay extra. The woman behind us even chimed in saying "the first amount you gave wasn't even anything." My mother got a burrito and asked for both beans so the woman gave a tiny a scoop of both and my mother asked for more and the manager on duty claimed if you get both, you can only get a little of each. That has NEVER been the case when we've went before! I am a vegetarian and I do not eat Mexican rice so I ALWAYS get extra both beans and she claimed they do not do that! My dad got a few tacos and when we opened them, they were ALL flipped upside down and barely had anything in them! Honestly, I'm surprised she didn't take away the free salsa. While my food was being prepared, one of the employees started SWEEPING the floor below my food on the counter. debris flying everywhere and I asked her to please stop sweeping while our food was on the counter awaiting toppings. She looked at me very rudely and continued to sweep even harder. Disgusting. That food is not covered and has dirt and bacteria all in it. Myself and my daughter left. The customer behind me also spoke up and was told she had to leave and would not be served. I called in a complaint and the manager closed the file and did not contact me. First of all, let me say that I love Moe's I have been coming to this specific Moe's for 15+ years. Over the past 2-3 years this particular Moe's has been declining. Today will be my last time coming to this Moe's. They seem to care more about online orders then in person ordering, After ordering our Moe's Monday order we were informed that deal is only available through the app now. No where in the store does it say that. You never know from week to week what you are going to be able to order because they never have the some ingredients in stock. Cleanliness is a zero. The tables have not been wiped, the floors have not been swept, the score have gotten a lot lower over the years. Not coming back here. Chipotle here we come. read more

This is my go to Moe's location. It's Monday so the line was longer than usual but they had full staff and they were moving quickly. They were pleasant. My burrito and quesadilla were fresh and tasty. Tables were dry wiped but not clean. Receipts were not printing but a sign was on the door when you came in so you could choose to not come in if that was a problem. read more

New issues, new management, just rude and terrible customer service. However, I recently returned and have found out that it is now managed by a young lady named Alexis. She is amazing, and her team keeps the line moving, the restaurant clean, and they are polite and courteous while doing it. 10/10! I ordered nachos and somehow I know I saw them put cheese on the nachos but maybe it was a switch-a-roo at the register and I had nachos with no melted cheese. Tonight I place a online order at 6:40, pick up time 7:10. 7:30 I get our food, drive home and at 7:40 realized 3 burritos were wrong and 2 items were cold. 1 burrito kinda looked like vomit of a flour tortilla. Called up there and the manager was extremely rude in the back ground. Drove back up there and waited once again. It is now 8:40. 2 hours after the order was placed. Horrible experience. Came in and no workers was at the front to be greeted. It was a ghost town. Funnily placed my order and they were putting topping on my burrito I didn't ask for so I had to wait for them to take it off. My only concern is that there are a lot of young folks that work there and they don't always craft my food in a neat way. Sometime I am unable to eat my food because it falls apart. This restaurant has horrible service. We stopped her to get a quick bite and I really wished we didn't. The serving station was very dirty with food all over the place. They young lady wrapping the burritos kept ripping the tortillas which had her having to remake them. She was constantly complaining of being tired as if that was a good reason to mess up. And she keep using her stomach to assist her in wrapping the burritos. She walked away and came back 5 minutes later. She said she needed a moment. When asked to switch her gloves she got upset and called someone else over to make the food. When I asked for cucumbers on my bowl she put 4 small diced pieces. Worst experience ever. read more
