I visited the Morrow Moe's Southwest Grill on a Wednesday night around 8:15 PM with my family and they did not disappoint me. This has to be the best location that I've tried in Metro Atlanta in years! Not only was the food fresh, hot and flavorful, but because the customer service was great. I give the experience an A+. We did not have any hiccups with them honoring the state-wide special that is advertised on TV and social media ($5.99 bowls and burritos with the app QR code after 5 PM), nor did they skimp on the portions of food. I ordered the adobe chicken homewrecker (with seasoned rice, grilled onions and peppers, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheese and poblano crema). My family also had homewrecker bowls. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed whether it was cold water, fresh chips or sauces for our bowls. The restaurant was clean and salsa bar was fully stocked. We dined in and the bowls were so good that we opted to take an additional order to go to warm up for lunch/dinner the following day. My sister is a huge fan of Moe's, and she's slowly converting me to one as well. We came in 15 min before closing and we were met with a warm greeting. Even when they were out of certain toppings and cilantro rice, they still made it for us. We had to wait around 5 min, but definitely worth the wait. I was in the area and decided to grab a bite! Walking in, the staff gave us a super energetic "Welcome to Moe's." The establishment is super clean and very spacious. The menu is near the entrance which allows you to figure out what you are in the mood for before getting to the counter. Once at the counter your food is made right before your eyes. I decided on the 'Moe Meat, Moe Cheese' bowl with Steak as my protein. The Moe Meat Moe Cheese Bowl comes with double portions of steak, seasoned rice, black beans, queso, shredded cheese and pico de gallo. And yes, double protein and queso are included. I decided to add Onions and Jalapenos to mine for a kick. The bowl was super fresh, meaty, and flavorful. This will be my go-to when I come to Moe's from now on. The steak was tender and carried its own seasoning which fit perfectly with the fixings of the bowl overall. Worked late tonight so picked up something quick for dinner. Moe's is always good but I don't go that often. I wanted some queso so I got the bowl with a bowl of queso on the side. When I was checking out the manager gave me chips and asked if I needed more. I said yes and he responded they free here this ain't Chipotle lol. Anyway I got home without my queso. Do Not Eat Here. I visited this Moe's location a few weeks ago. While my food was being prepared, one of the employees started SWEEPING the floor below my food on the counter. debris flying everywhere and I asked her to please stop sweeping while our food was on the counter awaiting toppings. She looked at me very rudely and continued to sweep even harder. Disgusting. That food is not covered and has dirt and bacteria all in it. Myself and my daughter left. The customer behind me also spoke up and was told she had to leave and would not be served. I called in a complaint and the manager closed the file and did not contact me. This place has gone down hill DRASTICALLY!!! Please check the photos I am attaching. This is the stingiest location I have ever went to! I don't know if it's under new management but the manager on duty was a complete bitch and lashing out to employees about not giving too much. She had an attitude and was VERY greedy! They claimed they were out of big tortillas but we still had to pay the same price for the big ones?!? The woman behind us even chimed in saying "the first amount you gave wasn't even anything." They seem to care more about online orders then in person ordering, After ordering our Moe's Monday order we were informed that deal is only available through the app now. No where in the store does it say that. You never know from week to week what you are going to be able to order because they never have the some ingredients in stock. Cleanliness is a zero. This is my go to Moe's location. It's Monday so the line was longer than usual but they had full staff and they were moving quickly. They were pleasant. My burrito and quesadilla were fresh and tasty. Tables were dry wiped but not clean. Receipts were not printing but a sign was on the door when you came in so you could choose to not come in if that was a problem. read more

New issues, new management, just rude and terrible customer service. However, I recently returned and have found out that it is now managed by a young lady named Alexis. I ordered nachos and somehow I know I saw them put cheese on the nachos but maybe it was a switch-a-roo at the register and I had nachos with no melted cheese. This Moe's location is good. I eat here at least twice a week and I always order the burrito and the cheese dip. My only concern is that there are a lot of young folks that work there and they don't always craft my food in a neat way. Sometime I am unable to eat my food because it falls apart. They young lady wrapping the burritos kept ripping the tortillas which had her having to remake them. She was constantly complaining of being tired as if that was a good reason to mess up. And she keep using her stomach to assist her in wrapping the burritos. She walked away and came back 5 minutes later. She said she needed a moment. Once upon a time this location was the best location. But now it really sucks. The employees have changed over time and they suuuuck. When I walked in no one greeted you like they usually do. However, if you are watching your figure, beware. As any other fast food, the calories and sodium add up fast. I've been to this location a few times but never had any issues with the employees until today. I always order chicken nachos with my chips on the side so that they won't bet soggy on my ride home. I had no issues with my order until I asked for more chips in my bag. My bag had 1 scoop of chips.. for nachos... one scoop.. I asked the lady to put more in the bag and she slightly rolled her eyes and added half a scoop more. I always get the same exact order when I come to Moe's and my bag of chips is usually 3/4 full. It wasn't even half full. So since she has an attitude I decided to ask the gentleman on the register as I was paying. The lady handling the chips said rudely "I gave the right proportion" now correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't chips free with a purchase? It's not like I came in and bought a cookie and wanted a bag of chips to go with it. Long story short I ended up having to buy a bag of chips just so I could have enough with my nachos. An extra 3.50. Apparently the lady that was stingy with the chips was the manager named Amanda. I think the extra chips come out of her paycheck. While Moe's has very nice food and for some pretty decent prices on their Monday specials, I just recently added the app to my phone for ease of ordering and began consolidating lunch orders at work. My last order, December 18, 2017, was placed through the app, two Chicken Bacon Avocado Bowls and a Homewrecker Burrito. I have to say that I had ordered the bowl before and thought it to be tasty. Now, it is not the cleanest restaurant/eatery, but also not the worst. The problem I have is with the fact that I ordered one of the bowls without jalapenos but BOTH bowls were prepared with. I have the order history, etc. The person eating the bowl became ill and noticed the jalapenos, we discarded the food. I phoned the establishment to clearly state that I DID NOT want jalapenos but both fresh and pickled were in both bowls. The order history confirmed this. The young man stated that I need to bring the food in (which is in the garbage by now, remember the lady got physically sick?). I questioned if they truly expected me to dig food out of a garbage can after someone got sick, etc. YES!!! The answer was YES. I wrote to Moe's corporate and received a follow up email from someone named Keli who stated that the food was made to order (we were in the wrong) despite my willingness to provide a copy of the order history. Mind you, she affirmed that since I was not willing to bring the food in to receive assistance, there is nothing else to do. The "tape" or printout stated that jalapenos were ordered but my order history clearly shows NOT. What business, in this day and age, does this? I REFUSE TO SPEND A SINGLE CENT in this establishment. EVER again. Looking for another Moe's or going to Chipotle exclusively from now on. Shame. read more
