For our party of six, we experienced difficulty with three of our orders. One member ordered french fries, which the waiter repeated when writing down his order. He was brought rice instead of fries. After four orders were delivered, two of ours were delayed. The waiter checked to see if everything was okay. We reminded him of our orders. I ordered the quesadilla meal (grilled chicken). As advertised on the menu, it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and I believe rice, and refried beans. When my order arrived, it was only the grilled chicken quesadilla, so I inquired about the rest of the meal. The water promptly brought everything but the guacamole. When I asked about it, I was told it didn't come with the meal and had to be ordered separately, but that he would get it for me. I told him to check the menu. Overall, the restaurant does have good food, very clean, with polite and courteous employees. If not for the issues experienced with the orders, I would have given Five Stars. read more

This is such a cute spot in downtown Hampton. The outside calls you inside, and once you're inside, it doesn't disappoint. The interior is unique and pretty, with statues, vases, and pictures. I also like the sitting area; it has two sides, and you can sit at a table or a booth. The hostess explained there was a choice of buffet style or we could order from the menu. I chose the buffet, and was happy I did. I tried the chicken, fish, tacos, rice, quesadillas, and fajitas. It was a buffet of many good choices. I went for second helpings, which should tell you the food was really good and hot. If I had a favorite, it would definitely be everything. What an adorable place to eat when you all can't decide between mexican or Italian; here you can have both! Even given a tray of nachos with salsa (had heat to it which I love) and warm bread with balsamic/olive oil. The chicken Toscanna was excellent, chicken breast with marscapone cheese porcinni mushroom sauce, and I had a side of potatoes that are cooked very well and are soft throughout. Also had a side Caesar salad which has a nice dressing and crisp bread crumbs. My partner had a Mexican dish on the menu-pork chops which were also delicious as I tasted the sauce only. I stopped into this very nice Mexican restaurant one Friday afternoon for a late lunch and was very impressed with it. They are located in the quintessential Southern town of Hampton in a very quaint square. I was greated warmly upon entering. It was not a very busy time for the restaurant so I was seated immediately and served. The chips and salsa were good and classic for a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the Burrito Deluxe for dinner which comes with rice and also one beef and one chicken burrito. They were so good! I ate all of it, and I highly recommend it. I got a side of re-fried beans which were delicious as well. They also have an assortment of fresh cakes that are prepared there everyday. Given my penchant for lemon-flavored things, I had to have the lemon cake. It was so, so delicious. I loved it! I love the elegant decor of the restaurant and the hospitality that is experience upon entering almost immediately. They truly add a five-start feel to downtown Hampton, Georgia. I highly recommend them for a truly authentic and upscale Mexican feel in the cradle of Southern comfort and quaintness on the ATL South Side. Parking is ample and on the street. Stopped in for dinner and was delighted by the chips and salsa to start with. The salsa reminded me of Arizona where I'm from. The chips were pleasantly warm. Okay, let's go. I order from this place via door dash; I along with my family have support this place since being in the Hampton location. When the door dasher got here, w/out opening the bag I saw hard shell tacos; however, I order soft shell. The door dasher looked up my order and she saw what I order; however, she stated they say it was correct. I call them while she was here to advised that my order was incorrect; I told them she was still at my home to and I was returning the meal for a replacement. The gentlemen that answered looked at my ticket and saw what I order. He asked me how long would she be and I advised about 7 to 10 minutes. Well, it's 1 hour later (this place is literally 10 minutes away); and the door dasher has not shown up with my replacement food and Tierra Mia will now not answer my phone call (called once). I texted the door dasher twice and she didn't return my text. Don't fret, I'm not going to sweat about. I will not be supporting your restaurant ever again and I have block that door dasher. You know the last time I was in their with a friend, you had a workers dancing on the table (but I digress). Now, up until today I have never experience a bad door dasher; and I was going to give this young lady an extra tip for her having to go back. However, she closed out the ticket; as though I received my food (in my eyes, that stealing). Tierra Mia, you could have call back and stated that she didn't pick up my replacement food; well, I guess she was hungry, so she got a free meal today). This has left a bad taste in my mouth; very unprofessional, not customer service friendly, and lost revenues for your business. Had this Mexican restaurant on my to-do list and I am so glad I did. The decor reminded me of restaurants in Mexico ... so I was hoping the food was just as authentic. It did not disappoint. Of course at all Mexican restaurants you receive chips and salsa that are hit or miss at best, but babyyyy we almost asked for another basket the way we ran thru the chips and salsa because it was so good. We ordered the chorizo and bacon fries appetizer and I did not think I would enjoy it, but surprisingly I did. It was salty, cheesy and filling and a must try if you like a good carb. Unfortunately, my bf wanted to be like me and ordered the same thing lol...the seafood nachos. It was everything!! Get it! Told her my food was cold, went & warmed it up brought it back & my guest started theirs had gotten cold she said it couldn't have it was sitting under the heating lamp.
