Food was okay service absolutely positively sucked. The waitress had her son with her that day. Yelled from the booth she was sitting in to let my party know we could sit anywhere. Is it because it's on Tara Boulevard that we should just get any type of service. If I could use one word to describe my experience at Ranchero Tara Blvd, in Joneaboro, GA, it would be "AMAZING"!!!!! I HAD THE 3+3 and OMGGGGGG even the sauce was sooooo flavorful. Bit, let's start from the beginning. I started the meal with a Strawberry and Mango Frozen Daquiri and yaaassss!!!! It was soooo layered with liquor. Okay, so I'm drinking and snacking on the complimentary chips and salsa and this salsa has kick.... so I orderd the large guac, can I get a Amen!!! Yupppp everything thus far, Amazing!!!! My husband has the queso and beef dip with the Margarona and it was everything. He said it was the best magarona he had in a while. Then they bought out my 3+3 and his macho burrito, and did I just hear hubby say, this is his new favorite spot for burritos. Okkkkk.... So yes, everythi g was Amazing!!!! I went to the Mexican ranchero place and i went in there and they led me to a table when I saw that place ooooo it is clean it has a bar restrooms clean they serve me and when I tell you the food was sooooo delicious was festival they came right away with the ships and salsa. better than any restaurant and there supper nice and if you scream or yell at them they don't say anything go to this place it is a good place to eat read more

I went to this Mexican restaurant to enjoy a drink and food with a friend but we couldn't stay long it was a bad smell like a sewage problem!!! It was so horrible everyone started leaving we asked for manager it wasn't one on duty. I didn't order no food from this place it smelled like something had died it wasn't tolerable at all. They were acting like it was nothing they could do well you'll need to close and call a plumbing company or something! They could have went next door to the grocery store and got plug ins or air freshener at least. I'll never go back there worst experience for the first visit! read more

Very dark, not festive at all! There were dirty tables just waiting to be cleaned. When we came in we were told to sit anywhere. It was hard to find a clean table. We waited much too long for chips & salsa! The waitress finally came over to take our drink orders, which were horrible! I asked to have an extra shot. I swear that was water too! Finally food arrived. Waitress said be careful, plates were hot. But my food was cold! We left disappointed and without finishing drinks or meals. Stepped outside and had to step over the trash in front of the restaurant. It's as though the staff did not have pride in this place. I order from here at least twice a month. This is the second time I've ordered delivery and it's awful. First time I ordered a taco loco and no taco shell. This time taco loco again and the meat isn't even lukewarm! There is literally dried up orange fat all through the ground beef. I never order beef and I never will again. Warming up lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream in the microwave because the food is ice cold. And it's not doordashes fault I received my order within 10 minutes of them picking it up. read more

The service at this place is awful from the manager down to the waitress and the food was not good either!!. I should have known better when I didn't see many people there. I placed a to go order and got home and the order was wrong . I tried to call but they have the wrong number listed on the receipt. What business prints the wrong number on their receipts??? I ended up going back to speak with the manager about my order. The young lady (waitress) was rude and the manager acted as if he didn't know what to do about the situation. He didn't even offer me a cup of water for my trouble or apologize. He did replace my order correctly, but not once did he apologize. The one star is because another waitress came over and apologized for the problem. I will not be spending any more of my money with this business!!! read more

Waitresses were rude and ignored us. We should have left when we saw the unclean tables that hadn't been busted. I had to go to the bar and order because the wait staff refused to take an 'to go'order. Then had to wait an excessive amount of time for our order. Other customers who came in later than us had already arrived and were served before we received our order. The food was decent but not sufficient to justify the price.
