When I placed my order through the drive-thru speaker, I could hear employees laughing while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable and that my order was not being handled professionally. Unfortunately, my order was also prepared incorrectly. I specifically ordered a Diet Dr Pepper, but I was given a regular Dr Pepper instead. Because I rely on receiving the correct beverage, consuming the regular soda caused me to become very ill. I was extremely disappointed by this mistake and the impact it had on my health. After discovering the error, I called the restaurant to discuss the situation. Rather than receiving understanding or assistance, I felt that the manager was disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. This response only added to my frustration. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. I hope steps can be taken to ensure orders are handled accurately and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised. Probably some of the best mild salsa I've ever had. The spicy salsa was tasty as well, but just a little bit beyond my heat range. I was very happy with the start to the meal, but once the pork belly tacos came out, I was in heaven. These are the best tacos I've ever had, and I've eaten a lots of tacos, and the best pork belly I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I ate it so fast that when it's finished, I thought a severe sense of disappointment that there wasn't more. The wait staff was great as well! The job I'm interviewing for is remote and I kind of hope I get it even more so that I can come down here and explore the rest of the menu.

Cute. These things were so tiny I half expected Zaxby's to include adoption papers. For $6.88, I was expecting boneless wings, not a small gathering of chicken nuggets that hadn't finished growing yet. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The lemon pepper flavor was lackluster, with about half the wings seemingly having never actually met the seasoning. A few had some flavor, while the others were apparently just there for moral support. And then there was the cooking. They were overdone, which is particularly impressive when the wings are already small enough to qualify as bite-sized. Tiny, dry, and inconsistently seasoned is not exactly the flavor trifecta I was hoping for. There's something particularly humbling about opening a takeout container and immediately doing the mental math on how much you apparently just paid per bite. Nearly seven dollars for these little fellas felt less like an afternoon snack and more like I'd made a small charitable contribution to the poultry industry. Fast pickup? Absolutely. Convenient location? Definitely. Flavor, portion, and value? All three were apparently on break. These wings may have been boneless, but that $6.88 price had some nerve.
