I recently visited the Panda Express in Loganville and had a very disappointing experience. I simply asked to sample ONE piece of the spicy orange chicken before committing to an entire entree, and was refused. I understand if there's a policy in place, but not allowing customers to taste a single piece before ordering--especially with spicier options--is not only unaccommodating, it's poor customer service. This rigid approach may seem minor, but it leaves a lasting negative impression. Many customers, myself included, want to feel welcomed and respected--not treated like we're asking for too much. As a result, I will not be dining at this location again, and I imagine others may feel similarly. A small gesture of flexibility can go a long way in creating loyal customers. read more

We got the Orange Chicken to-go with fried rice and it was good for fast food Chinese. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean.

Ordered my food for delivery through Panda Express Waiting and on the app it said delivered so I called and they said "oh we still have it your just gonna have to come and pick it up" like are you stupid or what why tf would I pay extra for delivery and pay the tip only for me to get off work and then go wait in line when I paid for delivery it's the dumbest response I've ever heard I asked for a refund they said you're gonna have to wait until our manager is in. read more

I've eaten at this location a number of times and finally felt I needed to write a review after realizing this Panda Express falls woefully short of the typical Panda Express. Tonight's take out order was Orange Chicken with noodles and fried rice. The chicken while tasted okay, was dry as if it had been waiting too long to be served. The plate combo allows for two selections, the portions were not equal and the noodles were also dry and as the bonus i received steamed rice instead of fried rice. Had this not been a takeout order I would have certainly addressed and expected better if dining in store. read more

My wife and I decided to go to Panda Express because we were craving it one Thursday night. The staff was working hard to keep up, but struggled. We ended up waiting on some food we requested, particularly the orange chicken and for me, the shrimp. What followed was a sequel to "The Exorcist." We got so violently ill that night, we vomited everything due to food poisoning. Our symptoms happened at the exact same time and we had no other foods that day which could potentially cause it. Where's the BEEF? I've visited this location on and off since it opened. In the beginning they would always mess up our order even if they repeated the order over 3 times. We would walk in, order , drive home, and once unpacking realize they forgot side orders or packed the wrong containers. I decided to still give them a chance and check all our containers before leaving or driving away, Quick fix! The consistency of the orange chicken and rice was non existence but I think that's normal for a Fairly New Location. Yesterday we decided to grab and go through the drive through and this was unfortunately my side of Beef & Broccoli.... the one time that I craved this lol! I wanted to call the manager because I couldn't believe that we could consider this an order of "Beef" & Broccoli. I honestly don't know if I'm going to keep giving this place chances as much as I used to enjoy Panda Express. I think I'd rather just take the time and drive to the Teriyaki grill off New Hope Road. So for the record If you decide to eat here I would suggest to walk in and not go through the drive-thru, keep a very close eye on your order, and check it before walking out. read more

I've had problems with long lines here before, but tonight's visit takes the cake. Stood in line inside the store for 35 min. When it was finally my turn to order, they stopped helping customers, and prepared 9 door dash orders. They then decided that they were no longer going to take inside orders and told us we could either order online or go get in the 45 min drive thru line. I am beyond mad, that is the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to, ever! Recommend going to any other restaurant in Loganville instead of this Panda Express. read more

Just had a HORRIBLE experience at the Loganville Panda Express. A few weeks ago we ordered a family meal. My husband went to pick it up at our designated time, and it wasn't ready yet. Ok no problem. He pulled forward, waited, and they even gave him an extra entree for his wait. Today is my husband's birthday, and he wanted Panda Express again. We put in our order earlier today to be picked up at 5p. He went through the drive thru, and they apparently looked at him like they had no idea what order he was even talking about. Again they asked him to pull into a parking spot and wait. This time, he waited over 20 minutes while watching car after car go through their drive thru. He also watched 2 other cars be pulled forward, and they got their food while he still waited. After 22 minutes he called the restaurant and was told he had to come INSIDE to pick it up. My husband is a very level-headed person and came home livid. He said the employees inside acted like there was no problem with anything that happened. I called the manager when he got home. She told me it was corporate policy for them to let people inside to place orders and pick up food. I told her I was pretty sure by law in the state of Georgia right now they weren't allowed to do that, should be drive-thru and curbside only. Furthermore, I'm 8 months pregnant and have 2 year old at home and don't appreciate them making my husband come in while other customers were served outside. My husband went through the drive-thru, followed their direction to pull into a parking spot, watched other people have their orders brought out, and then was made to go inside their restaurant to get our food. Not okay. The manager absolutely refused to take responsibility, made no attempt to better the situation, and asked what exactly I wanted her to do to fix it. I told her she was the manager, and I was giving her an opportunity to provide some actual customer service before I contacted corporate. She told me she was busy and hung up on me. Restaurants are struggling right now, and there are certainly many other places that deserve our business more than them. They made that very clear today. I pulled through the drive through at 9:30 pm this location closed at 10 pm. I was told all we have is orange chicken, brown rice and vegetables. I said y'all close at 10, I would like the Fried rice and orange chicken bowl. She then proceeded to tell me they had no fried rice and could not make anymore. We have been here a few times. We gave it some time thinking it would get better once they got everyone trained. That is not the case. How in the world do you run out of steamed rice? And when you do, how is the wait time 40 minutes when it only takes 20 minutes to cook rice? Aside from that this is a national chain so I'm not sure how they screw up the taste of all their dishes. No call in orders! So we went to the Panda Express by Ace Hardware in Loganville for takeout. Fantasy is better than reality. There were servers mixing the big bowls of entrees and dipping and serving the selections into styrene plates. All you can see were dried crusty bowls and servers with loads of hair sticking out. I could only imagine the length of those hairs in the dried crusty noodles. They did try to do a good stirring of the dried noodles and rice into the less dried out sections of the bowl. On a good note the servers were wearing masks over the mouths and chins but nothing on the heads. We left. No reason to risk a hair ball. read more

Loganville NEEDED this! The drive through times have been getting a little better, but don't expect to be through the line after work without at least some type of wait.
