Visiting family and I went here to grab some quick dinner because I am very familiar with it in California. Horrible service. The drive thru lady was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was ordering. In the end the order was wrong. Wish I had read the yelp reviews before going so I could have saved my money. Took 30 minutes to get the wrong items to me. After reading the reviews I see I am in good company in my feelings about this establishment. It is clear that a couple employees have tried to write stellar reviews for the place. Clearly an attempt to make themselves look better than they are. No one in their right mind would call this "gourmet Chinese food" let alone give it 5 stars except someone trying to cover their arse. I don't understand why corporate chains like this do not look at their stores that fail so miserably and try to retrain them so they can at least be on par with the rest of the corporation. When I brought the food home and my daughter saw where it was from her response was... The wait is not acceptable for the food when you are the only one in the dirve-thru line. I think simple orders with two items, rice and a soda would be easy to make, but then again, I am not a fast food worker. The staff is always friendly, and helpful when I go here, there is really no exception to this statement. I find them all to be smiling, welcoming and helpful. But here in Lawton all the descent priced Asian restaurants look horribly dirty and the food taste like crap. This Panda Express gives the franchise a terrible reputation. They're always yelling cause they never understand. The rice is always over cooked and the Meats are cold. Then they will catch an attitude with you. They'll find a way to further inconvenience you somehow some way. This if fresh food fast. All the entrees are appealing and there is plenty to choose from.

The service and staff were amazing including the cashier and manager that day, making sure everybody is satisfied and asking each table for any concerns. However, I've been eating Panda Express for years now and for some reason this branch - their fried rice and lo mein tasted very differently - bland and dry :( Hopefully they can fix it. For the last 7 trips to this restaurant they have been out of egg rolls. Every time we go they are always out of a couple of their entrees. Place definitely offers a great selection of food. Food always taste great. The only things I had a problem with is that there was a lady behind the counter who had a pen behind her era, and it fell into the food. One star because I have to. We went in to eat. Ordered our food and we were the only ones in line when we got there. The two people I was with got their food along with everyone else who came in behind us. I on the other hand was still waiting. Every time I've gone through drive thru here I've gotten the same woman. She always cuts me off when I'm trying to place my order and it takes longer than necessary because I have to correct the order multiple times with her still interrupting me. Tonight, despite me correcting the order three times we still got the wrong food and when I pointed out how the employee kept cutting me off I got attitude from the employee at the window. Just went through the drive thru. Took 30 minutes just waiting! Then when I got my order I drove all the way home and opened it up just to find out they gave me broccoli beef instead of orange chicken that I ordered. Only 1 fork for 3 meals. And 1 fortune cookie. The food here makes you wonder when was the last time a regional manager stopped by because clearly it's been a looooooong while and they know regional ain't coming. Prison inmates on death row deserve a better meal than this-or maybe this is exactly what they deserve depending on what side of the debate you're on. The beef and broccoli was brown-I ordered drive through. It was so bitter it clearly sat there for hours. The fried rice and chow menu was unsalted and had zero seasoning which idk how it's even possible since it's all standard out of the bag fast food. I went in to ask them to give me fresh beef broccoli only to see they scraped the bottom of the barrel because it was near empty in the tray and BrOwN. I opted for orange chicken instead. Only to realize the orange chicken was half DRY half tender and the smaller bits were so dry I legit thought I was eating walnuts. Explain To me how something tastes so bad even when it's doused in high fructose corn syrup which shoulda aLways mask the flavor. It's almost as if the high fructose corn syrup barrel was soo old that even it couldn't mask. The taste. Next time do yourself a favor. 1st of all, my server, Ms. Noreen provided excellent service and greeted me with a smile. She asked me if I needed any condiments and repeated my order to ensure I was getting what I paid for at the checkout window. There are only a few places that still ask you about condiments anymore, Panda Express does and I like that. Noreen was GREAT in my opinion. The food was still hot and tasted awesome when I got home. It was cooked with fresh vegetables (onions and broccoli). The nice portions for the price will certainly keep me coming back for more. So After a year I came in and went back and ate at Panda Express Today between 3-5:30 pm .I ordered the same thing i've ordered last year chicken mushroom with lomein and white rice hoping for a good and tasty food but, Nope that place failed me again.The lomein was hard and not warm the white rice was hard and too dry, the mushroom chicken is tasteless it seems like the entree has been sitting in the pan for so long. The masculine white lady that serve me was rude!!!!.. I was standing in line waiting for her to take my order, but she didn't even look at me and ask me anything instead she started talking to the guy behind me and insisted if he wants to try a sample of some chicken whatever!. The other employee who was on behind the register is the one who came up to me and asked me what would i like to order while that older masculine lady kept talking to the guy and kept asking him if he wants to try mostly everything she can offer! I don't know what the deal is but the drive through staff just can't get it right. It all starts as you pull up to order, everytime we order it is the same woman. She has a very thick accent and we barely understand each other. You end up repeating your order 3 times. (Im sorry but if your accent is that hard to understand you really shouldn't work the drive through. And increasing your volume so your shouting at me isnt helpful either.) After you order you better get comfortable because you will sit in line for at least 20 minutes, probably longer. Even if it's a short line it will be a long wait. Then after you finally get your food you will realize they forgot part of your order or they gave you the wrong side. ugh. It is such a headache. Get it together people!!! Of course the food is good, its panda express! But the headache of drive through just isnt worth it. Either go inside or avoid altogether. read more

Currently in drive-thru and have been for the last 20 minutes. Not sure how it always seems to take this much time or more when the food is already made...? Also, they need to learn to pull people forward if their item is not ready. I had almost ten cars behind me when I finally got to the window to pay and pick up the food. The entire actual window transaction took no more than two minutes and could have been accomplished fifteen minutes ago if they managed the window correctly. This Panda Express is AWESOME!!! The staff is friendly. The food is great! I have come to the understanding that this is NOT fast food, but yet gourmet Chinese food. (which means quality over speed). At certain times of the day, an item or two may take a while to cook, but it is soooo worth the wait to have hot and fresh gourmet food. I can't wait to go back for more!!! read more
